At first, we wanted to relocate due to the hot condition in our room because this place has no Air condtioning. I believe another fan (two) or a better one will help the issue.
We tried to relocate but the owner did point out that the place has no AC, so too late for us to back out. However, it turned out good or we made the best out of it. It does has a beautiful Panaromic view and we enjoyed cooking our breakfast in the morning. We kept out of the room during the day with all the activites we planned and go back to the place in the evening when the sun is down and the place is a little cooler. Just ask someone, I think he's a care taker for additional towel or trade your towel. Not sure if their checking the room but I think they do because I saw an additional toilet paper. Overall, this place is great if it's on a cooler weather time period or add another fan in the room to help cool off the room. (we were going to purchase another one but changed our mind). We checked out two days earlier not because of the place has no AC but we simply ran out of places or things to do because you can only do so much in Pappeete. Buy your groceries that suits your needs and you can comfortably stay here otherwise, you can eat out but there's not much choices of restaurants to dine in coz either the close early or we really don't know where to go. Yes, we ended up liking this place.

What an amazing place to stay in Tahiti! It’s away from all the tourist and beautiful. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly and were available to help anytime day or night. They offered lots of information and directions about local attractions and would even call places for us since we didn’t speak French. The bungalows were beautiful overlooking the ocean. Someone wrote that it’s very steep getting up to the house, but it’s no steeper than the hills in downtown Seattle. Have to climb a little to stay at a place with incredible views. No problem in an automatic or manual small car or large vehicle. There is a nice beach directly across the road and it’s situated in a perfect area to see all the attractions and beaches. The best grocery store nearby is Hyper U and is only a 5 minute drive. You can buy cheap fresh fish there and cook on the gas stove or they have grills for you to use. My kids pretty much had the pool to themselves. This is where I would always return to unless I had the money to stay in a bungalow on the water. Thank you Cedrick and Poe for the wonderful hospitality and amazing stay!

The hosts were amazing from the start! I was able to communicate with them easily via WhatsApp and they sent me all the directions and information needed. The property is very clean and the view was amazing! I would definitely stay here again!

The room was on the side of the mountain and the view
was amazing. The picture shows the room we were in. The room had a kitchenette and the owners were friendly and helped us get groceries and show us places to see on the maps. It was quiet and safe. They helped us find places and they were very helpful.
The only problem that we had was the driveway. If you are a skier you know what double diamond is. The drive way is double diamond and you need an automatic transmission to get up it. We had a standard and had to go fast to get up it and it was a challenge.

The property description should state renting a car is required. Taxi dropped us off the night of arrival but had issues getting up the mountain to the property. The next morning after arriving we tried unsuccessfully for 6 hrs to get a taxi to come get us for our excursions. The taxi service either didn't know how to get to the property location or didn't want to come up to the location because the road up is not paved. We also had no food or water because we had no idea getting a taxi would be impossible. After missing the time to start exercusions for the day and not having any food or water we decided to leave the property with our suitcase and walk down the mountain. We were then able to call a taxi to finally pick us up and take us to a new hotel that we booked for the remainder of our stay. We lost money for not being able to get to our exercusions for the day and felt overwhelmed from the enter experience. I am going through expedia to request a refund and if needed file a claim with my credit credit card company.

We made a mistake while booking this and tried to cancel. It took several hours to connect and once we did, about 3 hours after booking, we were told we could not receive back any funds for the tree days we booked.
We had made another reservation at the end of our trip, so we cancelled that one and were able to apply the 3 days we had paid for a two day stay. We waited a week for how to find the place and hours before we got a text that we would get a WhatsApp instruction, but without any Wifi that was worthless. The very nice taxi driver pulled up the website and info off Hotels.com and it still took us 20 minutes to find the place, costing around $50 from the airport. Even if we had rented a car this would be a very hard place to find.
Other than the occasional giant roach, it was clean. It does have Netflix, but no AC. We did get a fan and the Wifi worked. The pool is very small and you share it with the bungaloo that is 10 feet from yours. Basically, terrible communication in a very hard to locate place. We stayed at 5 location while in Tahiti/Morrea/Tuamoto's and Huahine and this was the most disappointing.
