French doors from the kitchen/diner, sitting room and the ground floor bedroom all lead directly to the enclosed garden, making the garden a focal point and providing an extra place for outdoor dining and socialising.To the first floor are two further bedrooms; a double and a twin, plus a family bathroom.
The accommodation is spacious throughout with plenty of storage and home comforts. It is the ideal place for families looking for a quieter base to enjoy the bustling local area and year-round activities of Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Snape and beyond.

To the front is a gravel garden with lavenders and mixed topiary (box and holly). To the rear of the property, is a large fully enclosed, dog friendly patio garden with table and seating for six guests, and two sun loungers. Charcoal BBQ.

One well behaved dog welcome for a small additional charge per week.
