This secluded property is perfect year-round for a visit to Custer. Nestled in the heart of the Black Hills, this cabin offers the ideal base for exploring the area’s breathtaking attractions. Only 30 minutes from Mt. Rushmore, you’ll have access to adventures like hot air balloon rides, encountering buffalo up close, or racing through forest trails on a UTV. Whether you’re hiking, rock climbing, or enjoying a white-water kayak excursion, the Black Hills National Forest offers endless outdoor activities. This cabin provides the perfect place to experience it all.

With five bedrooms and additional sleeping arrangements, this cabin accommodates large groups comfortably. Bedrooms feature queen beds, a full bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. For families, a Pack 'n Play is also provided.

Step outside to enjoy a spacious patio with seating for ten, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, and a gazebo. Relax in the hot tub or watch deer roam while listening to the soothing sounds of nature.

Inside, unwind by the fireplace or watch your favorite shows on the smart TV. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating for four at the kitchen counter. A selection of board games is available for quality time with loved ones.

For more fun, the game room features an arcade system with over 400 games, ping pong, Xbox 360, cornhole, wall games, and another smart TV. It’s a fantastic space for guests of all ages.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, from cooking oil and spices to a coffee maker stocked with local Pure Bean coffee. Barbecue tools and all necessary utensils are provided for your convenience.

This home prioritizes comfort and cleanliness. All bedding and towels are premium quality, with 100% cotton sheets and luxurious bath towels. The property is meticulously cleaned between guests, including mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, sanitizing all surfaces, washing all bedding (including quilts and shams), and replacing shower liners.

Parking is stress-free with an expanded driveway for ample space. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain the peaceful environment.

Between each guest's stay, our dedicated team diligently cleans and prepares the property for your arrival. We take the utmost care to ensure every surface is immaculate and that all linens are crisp and fresh.

Cancellation policy:
We offer free cancellation or 100% refund amount of payable if you cancel 30 days before check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a 20% processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).

Additional rules

1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.

2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.

3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved

4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the
neighbors.

5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If
there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.

6. For noise complaints:
6.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
6.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.

7. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.

8. Follow state laws when using fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.

Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash

2. Wash dishes/start dishwasher

Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches, pet hair on furniture/beds ). All damages will also be charged to guest.

* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $200.

* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
