This was our favorite hotel during our two week visit in Thailand. Couldn’t recommend more!

Everything. Incredibly kind staff, clean room, artwork around the hotel, delicious breakfast, guest laundry, rooftop pool.

整體環境清幽，外出較不便，性價比中等

遠離清邁古城鬧區，環境相當放鬆看得出老闆的用心佈置，床很好睡兩個人睡空間還很大，不會因為另一人翻身整個床都在晃還有小廚房可以開伙，早餐是套餐也有迷你的自助bar，沙拉很好吃，也很謝謝代收包裹。

晚上昆蟲較多，浴室抽風扇固定似乎不夠密合，噪音很大。另外毛巾備品更換只是放在桌上沒有放在床上，觀感不太好泳池比想像中的小，沒有遮陽棚早餐的培根油耗味非常重，沒有培根的味道，不好吃

We loved it!

We had an amazing room for 4 people - it’s more than an apartment with sitting room and separate bedroom, both have separate bathroom, everything beautifully designed. Delicious breakfast, we even got a take-out breakfast for our early flight. Snack and coffee available during the whole day. Great swimming pool on the roof - great refreshment after the whole day of activities. Amazing and super friendly staff! Thank You for a great stay!

Perfection!

It was so peaceful and beautiful! The room was so comfortable and well decorated. The outdoors bathtub was gorgeous! The breakfast was amazing’ I only have great things to say ❤️

Geweldig!

Prijs kwaliteit is enorm goed. We hadden een hele grote kamer met een heel lekker bed. We hadden de beste douche in heel Thailand! We zouden zo opnieuw boeken.

De locatie is prima maar het is een beetje een afgelegen straat. Met Bolt/Grab ben je overal zo.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir fanden es auch optisch sehr toll!

Tolles kleines Hotel! Gute Lage, schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück auch gut.

Der Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles auf den Gängen/Fluren, die gesamte Nacht bellen Hunde von Nachbarn.

Wonderful accomodation and friendly, helpful staff

It was quiet but not far to walk to markets etc. took us about 15/20 minutes to walk to Old Town. Staff were wonderful and rooms comfy

Breakfast could be more choice. What they had was nice but repetitive

ห้องอาบน้ำติดกับกำแพงที่ข้างบนเปิดโล่ง มีความรู้สึกไม่เป็นส่วนตัว ไม่มีม่านปิดให้เป็นทางเลือก ชั้นลอยสำหรับห้องจูเนียร์สวีทแอร์คอนดิชันเนอร์และพัดลมไปไม่ค่อยเต็มที่ทำให้รู้สึกร้อน

위치는 타페문으로 들어가기에 적당한 위치에 놓여 있으며 가격 대비 시설이 너무 좋음. 항상 먹을 수 있는 간단한 스낵과 과일을 준비해 주셔서 출출할 때 먹을 수 있게 배려해 주신 점이 너무 좋았음.

아침식사의 선택 폭이 많이 있지 않아 머무는 동안 계속 같은 메뉴의 음식을 먹어서 조금 아쉽다. 방이 1층 식당 옆에 위치해서 아침 6시 50분부터 식당 준비로 그 시간에 항상 일어나야만 했다. 방에 하수구 냄새가 올라와 꼭 환기가 필요했음.

Nice hotel in a quiet and relaxing environment

We booked a studio suite, room was really nice, spacious and with a nice terrace with bathtub just in front of the bed. I have to say that pictures really reflect reality. The hotel is located in a side-street which makes it pretty quiet and relaxing.

Location is in a side street which definitely makes it quiet and relaxing compared to the busy city streets. However I would not call this centrally-located. It takes about 15-20 minutes walking to reach the heart of the city. The hotel is overall quite clean but not super fresh. Bedsheets with small stains, a bit dusty on the floor (walking barefoot in the room you could really see a bit of dirt on your feet’s, toilet a bit yellowish inside). Pool area doesn’t really feel taken care of, I think it has much more potential, would suggest to take a bit more care of it. Breakfast is ok, not a lot of options but I guess this is normal in a boutique hotel.

Naprosto úžasné

Toto ubytování bylo tak překrásné! Ocením detaily a ty tu rozhodně byly. Při checkinu jame dostali welcome drink v podobě studeného slazeného čaje a při checkoutu snack pytlíček na cestu. Personál byl velice laskavý, ubytování překrásné, snídaně výborné. Dokonce v průběhu pobytu byla na recepci lednice s drobným občerstvením. A na pokoj jsme dostali vždy velkou láhev vody zdarma. Máte možnost si zapůjčit i kola. Nemám absolutně co vytknout. Byli jsme zde na 3 noci a pokud zvažujete cestu na Chiang Mai, toto ubytování rozhodně doporučuji.

An amazing piece of art place to stay, surely a must visit when we return to Chiang Mai.

If I had to give a prize for the most aesthetically beautiful place I have ever stayed in, this would be the winner by a mile. Every nook and corner was so artfully decorated, everything was a joy to look at. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and to provide us with vegan breakfast. Unlimited fruit, milk, nuts and coffee 24X7, whoa, I don't recollect any other place that offers this. Just a very happy vibe about everyone and everything out there.

Nothing actually, everything was too perfect.

Lovely oasis away from busy areas. Best stay in CM,

I stayed a few times whilst in CM in different rooms. The studio deluxe is the same as the studio, just without the bath on the balcony. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds (not hard like most places I stayed) nice bathroom and small kitchen with microwave and stovetop. Good WiFi and tv with Netflix. Complimentary bottle of water every day and free snacks/coffee/ fruit in reception which is a nice touch. Location is hidden away down quiet lane, nearest supermarket and 7-11 about 15 min walk. Old town and local market 25-30 mins walk. Plenty of restaurants along river 10-15 min walk. Lots of walking on busy roads or easy to order Grab to anywhere. I definitely would recommend staying here and I stayed in many places during my two months in CM.

Location of room is vital in my experience. I recommend asking for a room on second or third floor and as far as entrance as possible. There are dogs barking and early morning crowing cockerels at the neighbouring property, not heard if further away.

Excellent

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme. Décoration moderne avec style industriel. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Nous avons aimé la chambre avec la baignoire sur le balcon. Personnel sympathique.

Le lit est très dur. Se situe un peu loin à pied du centre.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del night bazaar y del casco antiguo. Hotel tranquilo, lejos del bullicio de los hoteles del centro de la ciudad. Personal amable. Desayuno correcto.

非常好！還會想再次回訪的住宿

整體環境小巧精緻，很適合朋友一起來度假四人房裝潢典雅、內部設施非常齊全，有客廳、雙衛浴、浴缸、懶骨頭，甚至還有簡單廚具餐具，有機會的話很想長住大廳有很多點心、咖啡花茶可以取用，而半自助式的早餐也很用心美味

唯一的缺點是腳踏車疏於管理、想借時沒辦法騎

Great location. Short walk from Markets, shopping and restaurants , Quite and comfortable spacious room with excellent staff.

Great stay for Loy Krathong

Lovely setting. Very quiet area but close to the river and night market. Room was well laid out and comfortable. Bed was comfy but on the firm side. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely.

We were on the ground floor and there seemed to be a bit of a musty smell in the room when we returned each day. Not overwhelming but noticeable.

Leider war es durch das Lichterfest, welches nur einmal im Jahr am Fluss stattfindet, etwas laut. Aber das wussten wir auch vorher.

breakfast - good pool - nice and cosy room - nice and beautifully decoration. the best part is the reception area, with convenient seat and fridge with goodies like fruits, yogurt, biscuit and unlimited coffee supply....

my room has sewer smear..... hopefully they can fix it. room 234... free bicycle is a feature in this hotel, however need to fix the damage bicycle...
