Emplacement pas loint du quai pour les visites Belle vue de la chambre

Wifi payante Toilettes salle de bain communes petites et pas accueillantes Hotel qui a du être sympat il y a quelques annees

Djungel, Berge und Strãnde

Schöne Lage,gleich bei Dorf und Kirche. Street food oder Restaurant .oder I'm Gãstehaus Essen. Nahe zu Strand und Bootshafen wo es zum Underground river lostuckert.. Djungel einsame Strände zu Fuss erkunden oder Guide buchen. Plōtzlich war Neujahr und ich wurde gleich mit eingeladen am eigentlich privaten Festessen der netten Wirtsfamilie teilzunehmen. Abenteuerlich schon.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Herz und Seele

Die Unterkunft ist komplett aus Holz und Naturmaterialien. Oben sind die Schlafzimmer und unten die Gemeinschaftsräume, wo man schön sitzen und frühstücken kann. Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmäßig und mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Die Besitzerin Mary hat den Aufenthalt so besonders gemacht, weil man ganz herzlich aufgenommen wird und sie eine tolle Gastgeberin ist. Bei der Organisation von Touren und Vanfahrten wird zuverlässig geholfen. Wenn man eine private Tour in die Gegend machen will unbedingt nach Jungle George fragen. Er macht wohl die besten Ausflüge in die Gegend. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Dusche und die Toiletten wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Waschbecken leider nicht, obwohl es hier dringend nötig gewesen wäre. Ich habe darauf hingewiesen, aber passiert ist nichts.

Preis Leistung Verhältnis sehr gut

Personal kümmert sich um alles, super freundlich, helfen bei Touren und Transfers. Super Frühstück. Uns kam es so vor, als würden sie ihr eigenes Brot backen. Gemauerter Pizzaofen stand ja auch im Hof. Ach so unbedingt die Pizza probieren, diese braucht sich vor keinem Italiener verstecken.

Bungalow in a nice setting an close to the beach

We had the Family Bungalow with a socalled kichen and an upper sleeping area. It’s a simple, but solid wooden construction. It is nicely situated in the garden with a nice terrace. With a little effort, investment and taste one could develop it to a cosy bungalow. We liked the pizza from the cafe.

The mosquito net doesn’t fit, simple and not really clean bathroom, clean bed linen, dirty kitchen (dishes from former guests were never cleaned), fridge doesn’t work, dirty water boiler, …, but may be that you can’t expect more for the price.

Very nice place and would definitely recommend for your stay in Sabang

Nice guesthouse with a very chill vibe, rooms are surrounded by trees and it feels like being in a forest.

Staff don't speak English very well, rooms are quite basic (even though honestly I don't need more than that). Also some locals were singing loud karaoke in the evening till 10pm, which was really nice but not when while were trying to sleep, so I had to kindly ask them to stop.

Passable

Very close to the beach and boats for Underground River. Staff were very helpful in arranging pickup from Puerto Princessa and organising trip to Underground River. Kristan went out of her way to help me. The dorm room is very spacious but also basic and rustic. You do get a locker for safekeeping valuables.

The dorm only had one floor fan and with 6 people this wouldn't be sufficient. Although the mozzie nets on the window do allow for a nice breeze. Only one option for breakfast which was highly priced. The toilets don't have toilet seats and the showers upstairs are in the same space as the toilet. No toilet roll or soap supplied 🤢. Overall for what you get the charge could be a lot less. It's fine for an overnight stay but not ideal for a length of time

Nice stay.

Nice house made of wood, with a big terrace and kitchen.

In the one wooden house are two rooms, and though the walls are quite open you hear everything what happens in the other room, specially in the bathroom.

the hosts/volunteers were the kindest people ever and super accommodating! they were so helpful and welcoming. I made great friends in the hostel and it had everything you need! I hope to return in the future

Very simple place, the hikes with Jungle George were amazing, ask about the cave and mountain top tours if you have good fitness :)

Having toilet seats and toilet paper available would be a huge quality of life improvement.

The beds had an anti-musquito net. The guest house was within walking distance of the most important places

Good accommodation for visiting PPUR

Very minimalistic but clean room and comfortable bed. We didn’t expect much but it looked better than in the pictures. The bathroom is a little weird but it was clean and sufficient for our short stay. It also seemed like that the owners are constantly improving the place which is nice. The location was perfect, super close to the beach and pier for the subterranean river tour. Just note that there is no wifi but we had pretty good cell phone reception.

I have never slept better anywhere in the philippines than at Cafe Sabang!

I was on the Philippines for three weeks and made a little stop at Sabang. I loved this little village and its beach and jungle. And i loved to stay at Cafe Sabang! I online had a bed in the dorm. Everything was simple but clean and fine. And the bed was soooo comfortable. During my whole time on the philippines i never slept as good as in this dorm. The staff was quiet friendly and helpfull. And i although have to mention that they had a great frenchpress coffee for me in the morning :-) I can higly recomend this lovely little guesthouse and i am sure, i will come back again!

Great place to stay!

The best host! Mary is so pleasant and helpful. The guest house is very close to the beach and the guest house can arrange great trips. The jungle trip was great.

you need to get used to the toilet. but it was fine.
