A large flat in the centre of town

Property is right in the centre of town surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. Large apartment with plenty of space, comfy beds and sofas. Large private rooftop area with table and chairs and loungers.

Great location.

Great location. Nice roof terrace. Elie the owner was very helpful.

No lift which we already knew but very tiring at the end of a long day. Parking space some distance if you have luggage. Small bedroom and bed not to our liking a bit hard.

Great location if you want to know Gibraltar and excellent rooftop!

The location is great. The rooftop is extremely nice and the views are spectacular. The house has sufficient space for a family and the kitchen includes all the required appliances.

The house needs a bit of refurbishment (as an example the bathroom needs improvements because it is a bit damaged by humidity and the walls near the windows would also benefit from improvements). In terms of cleaning, some areas could be better cleaned.

Enjoyed the spacious apartment and Elie made our stay comfortable and relaxing.

Great location in Main Street. Supermarket in the street just behind apartment and plenty of others close by. Try the Clipper Pub in Irish town, very nice staff & venue and reasonable prices. It was good to be in the Main Street and nearer the attractions such as the cable car and botanical gardens, museum etc. Liked the spaciousness, one of the larger places we've stayed at in Gib. and the living room was one of the most comfortable we've had for Gibraltar stays. Elie was lovely, efficient and approachable. met us on arrival with keys and showed us around and also dropped off two brand new sun loungers for the terrace during our stay. Which I made full use of! Roof Terrace was great and enjoyed the extra space, used it daily. It was quiet and private there. The apartment was clean with plenty of cleaning supplies and utensils for kitchen. Nice towels in the bathroom, large and fluffy and very clean. Large fridge freezer/washing machine, all was very useful.

If the building had a user friendly lift that could be used easily that would be a massive bonus. The stairs did get to me and it was v tricky with the cases. However, this is made clear in the advert for the flat prior to booking so we knew about it. A few small areas could do with a light decorative touch up but everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen worked well, no problems with the cooker/microwave or any appliances. The hot water gets very hot so be careful when using hot taps. Being in the thick of things there is not much of a view from the apartment itself but you can sit on the terrace and look toward the Rock and cable cars etc.

Emplacement exceptionnel dans la rue principale avec les commerces et les restaurants. 10 minutes à pied du téléphérique qui monte au rocher. Terrasse sur le toit avec une vue incroyable. Communication très facile avec le propriétaire. Appartement très propre et lits confortables.

The flat is nice itself and is located central. The appliances were nice, the rooms were clean and provided enough space

Location is fantastic

The flat is up three flights of stairs and the elevator is practically useless. I got prepared for my wedding at the flat and attempted to use the elevator (after using it twice to bring up luggage on previous days). My grandparents and I got into the elevator (mind you I’m in a wedding dress) and we could not get the elevator to move downwards and then the doors locked us in.

Nice flat in an excellent location

Excellent location, right in the heart of the main bit of town. Air conditioning was important for us and the roof terrace was a nice place to sit and read/eat. The terrace isn't actually part of the flat - you leave the flat to get to the terrace, but there is a dedicated area for the flat and it is easy enough to take drinks / food up there from the flat.

Little things. There was loads of storage in the main bedroom, but this left the room a little small. Plug sockets seemed to be in strange places.

We really enjoyed our stay and are thankful to our host for sharing with us. Highly recommend!

The flat was just right for our family of 4. Super convenient right in the heart of Gibraltar. Nicely outfitted kitchen, comfortable bedding (although I do prefer fluffier pillows lol) and the private rooftop patio was a huge hit for lunch and afternoon coffee and tea time!

As I mentioned, I am a person who loves a really fluffy pillow. Our host was easy to communicate with and the flat was spacious for 4 people - two of whom were teenagers!

Exceptional

Our host, Elie, could not have been more helpful from the initial booking to the end of the holiday. He was not available to meet us when we arrived, but prior to our holiday he sent videos of the location and how to access the building, flat and sun terrace, and he arranged for someone else to meet us when we did get there. The flat itself is in an ideal location for first time visitors to Gibraltar, being situated in the middle of town. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and all the tourist attractions are close by. On the third floor of the building (there is lift access, but the stairs provide regular exercise too!) it is actually really quiet inside and on the terrace, considering where it is situated. The flat is well-equipped and comfortable, with air-conditioning throughout (very welcome for the warm weather!) and the sun terrace is definitely an added bonus. We will certainly be returning at some point. I thoroughly recommend you try it!

Great location. Can use some upgrades. I would stay again if I ever come back to Gibraltar.

Host was very nice. The location was excellent. There are many groceries, restaurants, and shops located within walking distance. Was only a 15 min walk to the Gibraltar Cable Car and there are many great shops, restaurants along the way. The roof terrace is an excellent lounge for relaxing after a long day of site seeing.

The steps all the way to the 3rd floor was not good for my mom, who is over 60 yrs old.

Superb

Location - very central and perfect walking distance to everything. Cleanliness. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Even though we went in the winter, we could stay very cosy due to the A/C and warm bed linens. I had forgotten about the electrical plug adapter (EU-UK) and 1 was kindly offered. Big terrace.
