The house boat is comfortable in a beautiful setting and the restaurant by the water has really good food and is very reasonably priced.
The shower pressure was really low. We take showers normally for 5-7 minutes but it took us over 30 minutes because of the low pressure. And the floors were not really clean. Our white socks turned black so bring indoor sandals.

Beautiful area and enjoyed our stay. Houseboats were really neat
Wishing there was a place to get coffee even on Sundays. Also wish the bar and restaurant were open a bit later.

The location is near to Key west actually it is in stock island not in key west Island . The boat house is good , clean and comfortable .
It does not have any soap or shampoo in bathroom .

Beds were comfortable. Very clean! Great kitchenette! Nice sitting on the patio overlooking the water

Everything was great. Wish we had time to stay longer. Definitely will return.
The smell of fuel in the morning made it difficult to sit outside, but it was expected, as it's a working fishing dock/marina.

Nice to be on the water and next to the restraunt.
The bed in the loft had minimal room to move around and the couch was not comfortable at all.

Location, the gentle movement of the boat and having the small kitchen
Water pressure fluctuated often but didn't mind too much

staff was great
parking was nonexistent and tv didn’t work

Very clean, Have never stayed on a house boat before. Location was somewhat odd, but overall a good stay.
The location was out of the way of the majority of what we wanted to do, but at least it wasn't crazy loud or super busy until the wee hours. So you have to pick your battles!

bathroom sink and toilet are slow, needs to be updated. No recycle bin for plastic bottles. Trash can is small.

The view.
You had to carry your.luggage through pelican poop all over the dock, stench of gas from bathroom all the time. Beds were horrible

Overall the lodge was nice and updated, good beds, restaurant food was good and staff was nice. Good location. They cooked fish that we caught and it was delicious.
Water pressure was weak at times, hardly any stream coming out of the shower, occasionally you could smell the dirty water tanks on the boat and you would get a brief smell of sewage. Parking at the marina was also a problem at busy time, I would recommend maybe parking for people that have aqua lodges rented.

Good location, the river is cool, the hurricane hole restaurant is really good.
For $650CAD/night it could be a lot better. After leaving all my luggage/passport in there for an entire day and night I found out the back door didn't lock..... I left a ~$50.00 item behind and they "threw it out"...

We were in boat #7. It was evident it had been thoroughly scrubbed before our arrival. Fridge looks brand new. The boat is nicely appointed.
Boats #6 and 7 are anchored next to Overseas Hwy, the only, and at times very noisy road into town. They are also in the middle of a small working marina that can best be described as ‘rustic’, with trash in the mangroves, a grimy boardwalk and fishing equipment strewn about. Across the marina is a busy restaurant which can get noisy. Then there was the large palmetto bug on the curtains. So - the boat itself was fine, but at over $500 a night I was hoping for a more tranquil and scenic setting.

We made the best of it, just slept there. The bed was actually very comfortable.
First off the place was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Shower curtain was all black mold. Dishes were put away dirty and totally not equipped. There was a very dirty futon for sitting and that was it. No where to sit and eat unless you eat outside on a gross stained moldy plastic table. The photo was very deceiving it showed your boat pointing towards the water not looking at the door of another houseboat. The smell of the toilet was overwhelming to say the least. The safety factors were beyond scary. No lighting along the dock to our place, hoses and cords across walkway along with bike’s taking up the walkway. Not to mention the rotting wood and no railings anywhere. There is a total lack of communication, no one is around who has anything to do with the rentals. It is very hard to find, it’s a working boat yard along with a restaurant so good luck finding parking. You are left with no information or contact numbers. The whole experience was extremely disappointing. This was extremely over priced and un maintained.

Loved watching the boats coming in and out while sitting on the deck. Location was great.
Could use a little update on some things. Bug on the shower curtain.

The floating boat house is a nice idea.
There is plenty of space.
Large brown cockroaches roaming in the room at night.
Defective outdoor AC fan rattling noises made it impossible to sleep in the bed next to that wall.
Toilet water flow was almost inexistent.
Large boat storage warehouse on the premises.
Access boardwalk lights are not working.

Clean and big.
No proper check in. All no touch so when we had questions there was no one there anymore (and no response via booking messages).
Also two bird corpses outside our room. One flowting in the water next to our entrance and one dead bird on the rood of the boat house next to ours...

The house boat was perfect for our family.
Comfy beds & had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay.
Super friendly staff!
Would definitely stay again.
It’s a working marina, which is great albeit a little noisy.
The most unfortunate part is the amount of trash & debris around the property. With a little cleanup, the place would be perfect.
