Frühstück, Poolbereich mit morschen Palmen, die jederzeit umfallen. Einfach lebensgefährlich. Ignorantes und unfreundliches Personal☹️

Very dissapointing stay and not worth the price.

Not much.

The room was dusty, outlets did not work, lamps needed new light bulbs, beds were not comfortable, the AC barely worked in the room or in the halls. There was no good lighting, the fridge had to be replaced, I would never stay again.

It's good but could use some updating

It was quiet and the room had everything we needed. Shuttle to downtown and beach was very convenient.

Hotel is quite outdated. Looks like there was a fresh up in some areas but it could use a bit more. There was rust on the bathtub, curtains got stuck, were hard to move, chair in room was very worn down.

Good stay/ would recommend

The pool area is really nice and has multiple chairs to just relax. The room was clean and nice. The balcony is small but cute and has a little table with two chairs. The location is nice because it’s close to 2 beaches. We used our car but there were shuttle busses everyday. The pool stays open until late which is great.

Satisfactory not the best Hilton I’ve stayed in.

The room a aged and past ready for refurbishment Draws broken decor looking old Originally booked via booking.com then we decided to extend by one more night, the hotel charged for the single night AND the two nights, I’m awaiting a credit for $252 that I’m told can take upto 10 days?

Très bel hôtel avec piscine au calme

La chambre est grande et jolie décoration. la piscine est super. le personnel est très sympathique. Des cookies tout chaud ont été offerts à notre arrivée. Des bouteilles d’eau et du café sont en libre service gratuitement. La plage de Smathers beach qui est juste à côté et qui est très belle. Le matelas et les coussins sont très confortables. Hôtel au calme. La salle de sport.

Очень теплый бассейн , и красиво вокруг него .

Цена и номер не совпадал с ожиданиями . Кран в ванной был сломан, приходилось долго мучаться чтобы повернуть его на теплую воду.

Place not worth the prices

The shuttle to and from downtown/old town

The room didn't have any light. Very noisy. Rooms not worth prices at all. 4 star hotel prices for 2 star hotel. This place isn't worth it. No vending machines.

Good place to explore Key West, just quite far from any beaches around for swimming.

After travelling for 2 weeks and staying in mediocre hotels on our way here - this hotel was as manna from heaven. Keep up good job Hilton! Rooms are spacious enough, balcony option is good, breakfast option was very good, wi-fi signal is good and fast, clean, clean towels everyday, towels for the beach are included, water 2 bottles each day for free, transfer shuttle was good but sometimes bus was not enough for big crowds of tourists going to the town center.

Rooms were a little tired, no safe in each room. Room 174 has a beautiful view and hot tub right below the balcony and we were forcibly involved in any discussion and drinking and singing after it in this hot tub but without inviting us with all hot tub visitors. So take it higher floor or deal with it. Breakfast was included but you have to sign inventory receipt anyway at breakfast - but the error in billing was charged us twice. Good habit - to check your BILL. Management refund it and apologize immediately.

Enjoyed our stay, staff was wonderful, great location, highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff, breakfast was very good, rooms were comfortable and clean.

Not really a “didn’t like” just an observation. The furniture / baths were dated.

Not worth the price to smell smoke while you sleep and have a huge balcony with a table and 4 chairs and no view. Pointl

The breakfast options were good.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and I let the front desk know. They sent someone up to spray Febreeze which helped for about 20 minutes. I originally asked for a balcony room with a good view of the pool and was given room 234 which has the view of the top of the tiki bar roof and you cannot see the pool behind it at all. This request was even in my booking notes.

Comfortable, accommodating, pleasant

We did not eat breakfast on property; rather we took the early shuttle and enjoyed coffee downtown. We liked the shuttle service as it allowed us the luxury of not driving or naming a designated driver!

Zu teuer!

Die Zimmer waren recht verwohnt. Preis-Leistung passte nicht. Kostenlosen Kaffee gab es nur zu Frühstückszeiten und begrenzt. Die Behälter sind nicht nachgefüllt worden. Pro Person und Tag 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser Das Frühstück war schlichtweg zu teuer!

Great place to stay

Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were clean. Pool was clean, pool bar was nice.

Property had biting midges outdoors in the shuttle waiting area and near the pool area. Room did not have adequate lighting.

The shuttle service into town was perhaps the best thing about this property. It was on time and very convenient.

The price. Key West is just absurdly expensive. Breakfast here over priced.

Wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben

Hervorragendes American Breakfast mit allem , was das Herz begehrt (Bacon, Rührei, Pancakes, Cereals, Obst usw.). Es gibt einen Shuttlebus, der einmal die Stunde ins Zentrum von Key West fährt, sodass man sein eigenes Auto stehen lassen kann. Sehr bequeme Betten, sauberes Zimmer. Eben was man von einem Resorthotel erwarten kann. Ganz toll waren auch die free Cookies, die man sich immer nehmen durfte. Beim check-out haben wir sogar ne Tüte voll für unterwegs bekommen.

Nix zu bemängeln.

Our stay at Dou le tree was great , ambiance, staffing were very nice. I highly recommend.

The facility was nice ,clean , ambiance was great. Staffing was attentive checking in and checking out. It was a great location.

I would recommend this hotel, nice to relax away from the crowds and noise.

We liked that it was not in the busy touristy area, traffic was not bad. It was very quiet except the occasional plane that would fly over plus we had a small balcony overlooking the pool. The shuttle was convenient to go down to the Duval St area, from the drop off we walked a few blocks to the Hemmingway House. The best thing was the cookies and water!
