About this apartment rental
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!! Burnt Store Marina, Punta Gorda, FL and maybe one of the few 2nd floor CORNER rentals with a panoramic marina view.
NOTE per HOA: 30 day min. and no pets for rentals less than 6 months.
Owner's high season preference is Jan-Feb-Mar-Apr, but two contiguous months rental will be accepted (E.g. Dec and Jan, Jan and Feb, or Feb and Mar). Other 30 day reservations will be considered once a two month rental has been satisified.
This tasteful, eclectically decorated, open floorplan, bright and airy 2 bedroom (1K, 1Q), 2 bath, approx. 1515 SF condo offers a PREMIER view of the North Shore Marina.
Cass Cay and Trading Post restaurants are just around the corner at South Shore Marina as is the Safe Harbor Marina https://shmarinas.com/locations/safe-harbor-burnt-store/.
Also nearby is Burnt Store Marina Country Club https://www.bsgac.org
Despite COVID, supply chain issues and then Hurricane Ian’s wrath, MANY but not all renovations have been completed (new 24x24 floor tile in inside entry/LR/DR/guest bath/marina front lanai, both baths renovated, new carpet in both bedrooms, LR/DR/guest bedroom new floor to ceiling blinds, new ceiling fans, new king mattress, new linens, many furniture upgrades, fresh paint throughout, pebble floor in the master shower, upgraded doors and trim, new DR chandelier, etc.). But any future upgrades can’t supersede its PRISTINE location where occupants have seen manatee and tarpon lurking right front the dining room table.
And once past Burnt Store Marina’s Security Guard’s station, maybe you too will feel the “calm”.
Please note this is in a complex with full time residents, snow birds and rentals; a noise ordinance exists.
The community’s heated swimming pool is in the sun all day. For additional fees, public golfing, health club and tennis courts are nearby.
Certain beaches are approx. 40 min. And, of course, the North Shore Marina is right out the condo …..if you can find a slip for your boat.
We now have keyless entry and a front door security camera.
Acceptance is dependent on signing the supplemental HOA’s rules/regs and real estate agreement.
All are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to protect your investment.
Passport or official government photo IDs will needed.

The moment you enter the condo you know you made the right decision. This condo is an end unit with stunning panoramic views! We spent so much time on the lanai manatee watching and people watching. I seriously considered sleeping out there.. The condo is so open and airy! The Marina view is so calming and has a great nautical feel. We can’t say enough about the property, the community, the people and the great communication with the host.. I’m so lonesome for that place.😢 Paradise Found is the best! Thanks for the memories!
