Lovely stay would definitely return
We liked the fact that everything you would need is provided. Good kitchen, nice bathroom. Central location and the parking clock works really well. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
Settee was very uncomfortable!!!

Only a short stay for us but Crows Nest would be ideal for a longer stay in the area.
Lovely quirky apartment in one of the stand out buildings in the town. 2 good sized bedrooms and a comfortable lounge with a great view of the street, large, well equipped kitchen, small but perfectly adequate bathroom, bakery on the ground floor was almost too convenient! Easy walk to the remainder of the town and to the beachfront, handy pub with food across the road + a few other choices nearby. We only used the apartment as a base for a couple of nights and didn't make full use of the facilities but I could envisage a longer self catering stay being totally feasible. Although we never met Gemma her communication and response to my concerns over parking our motorcycles in the vicinity were comprehensively addressed and the info package provided prior to arrival was equally concise and informative. I could confidently recommend Crows Nest to anyone visiting the area
Parking is a recognised issue but not insurmountable - street parking nearby is restricted to 2 hours during the day but there is a free car park about 100 metres away which can be clearly seen from the lounge window + a parking permit is also provided which allows for longer stays in the more distant car park on the road to the beach. We arrived with a car and 2 motorcycles - the car was fine in the free car park and we put the bikes on the wide pavement area next to the cycle rack outside of the pub opposite - not in anybody's way and checking with the pub they were quite happy to have them there, which was great as we could keep an eye on them. Why there are no catches on the bedroom doors is a puzzle - while we were there it was a little windy and the doors had a habit of swinging open all of the time so we had to resort to wedging them shut with motorcycle boots!

Lovely place to stay and relax while on holiday.
The location is perfect when you are visiting the south coast. Lots of great places to get food, all within walking distance.
The bath towels could be bigger.

Nice few days break
Central location. Close to the beach. Apartment was lovely, nice size rooms although bathroom a little small but it works well. Beds comfy. Hurst castle is definitely worth a visit. Breakfast in the Pub opposite was fantastic.
Parking available but had to keep moving the car because of the restrictions. Parking space in the car park opposite the Britannia Thai available everyday after 5 so I could leave it there then. Great stay otherwise.

Cozy and quiet
Fantastic place to return to from a long hike, you had all the bits you need and more. The place is quiet and peaceful, as well clean and cozy. Oh and your no more then a 5 minute walk from the beach.
Nothing 😊
