My wife and I stayed at Jackie's place for 4 nights as we attended a weekend wedding. Jackie's place was perfect for our needs. The location encourages a 10 minute stroll to the core downtown and its restaurants/shop/Britt Garden grounds. Jackie's place is spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. Filled with thoughtful amenities. The dawn and dusk visits by the ever-present deer population (including a family with 2 fawns) made our morning coffee and evening cocktail times extra special. I would easily return to Jackie's place for a Britt Festival performance.

We enjoyed this cottage so much that this was our second time here, and I hope to reserve it again the next time we visit Jacksonville. Jackie has thought of everything a person might need for a relaxing stay. The cottage is immaculate and feels luxurious. The bed is comfy, the towels thick and soft, and the kitchen well appointed. I loved being walking distance to town and the Britt Festival, and only a 10 minutes drive from many miles of hiking trails and bird watching, which were big draws for us. Jackie is a considerate and kind host.

Lovely cottage ideal for four adults. Extra nice amenities including plush towels, soft linens, snack basket, Keurig cups for am coffee, cosmetic essentials, etc. Even luxury bathrobes and slippers for each guest! Mule deer roam in the yard. Outside gas fire pit was a great place to gather in the evening. Location was top notch with convenience store across the street and restaurants within walking distance. A great place for a getaway!

This freshly renovated cottage was a good pick for our party of 3. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely note from the host, a bevy of great snacks and water options in the fridge. The whole place was very stylish with high quality design choices in every room. The linens and towels were absolutely wonderful and there were thoughtful amenities supplied like thick robes and slippers, additional toiletries and nice laundry facilities. The living room was very hip, which we enjoyed, but we might have traded the cool leather sofa for a big comfy sectional. Both bedrooms were nicely appointed, one with a Queen bed and one with a King. The single bathroom had a big shower, an add-on bidet, nice finishes and modern style but could have used another shelf around the sink. Outside had several different seating areas including a gas firepit that was perfect on a cool Spring evening. We enjoyed a cocktail hour there, hanging out with the local deer. It seems like more landscaping work is still to come and I expect this property to only become more charming in the future. I highly recommend this lodging and look forward to staying again the next time we are in town.

This property is wonderful and would we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend some quiet time relaxing and exploring in Jacksonville. We walked to everything, so the location is close to downtown, yet far enough away... The owner is wonderful and very attentive to all your needs. This was our third time staying here and would do so again. Thank you again for everything!

We’ve stayed at both of Jackie’s properties now and they are both equally wonderful! Always immaculate, well stocked and conveniently located close to town. We loved the deer that quietly visited every morning and evening and the turkeys, too! Jacksonville is a special place and we look forward to returning. This little cottage was absolutely amazing! I do an annual Fall trip to Oregon with a few of my girlfriends every year and this year we decided to stay in Jacksonville. From the moment we booked this trip we felt so welcomed as guests. My friend and I both brought our babies and Jackie went above and beyond to accommodate them! She set out a high chair, bib, crib, pack n play, toys, blankets and books. It was amazing and so helpful to not have to travel with those items. For us adults, she had robes, slippers, snacks, water and more. It really felt like we were staying at a spa. The house was so clean and the yard was perfect! I didn't even realize there was a grassy area in the back before we went. When we got there we just laid a blanket out there and had some wine and apps because it was so inviting. Jackie was so welcoming and had literally thought of everything you would need to make a comfortable stay in her cottage. It became a little joke during our stay if we needed something, we would look around and say "Jackie definitely has this here" and every time we would find what we needed! The location of the house was also perfect. So close to a market, coffee shop, restaurants and the downtown area. Also, as everyone has already mentioned, the deer definitely made several appearances while we were there! It was so fun watching them frequent the yard. We were already talking about our next stay at this cottage before we even left. We will be back!

Quaint little cottage outside, wonderful thoughtful touches inside! A welcome basket full of snackable goodies and beverages in the refrigerator. Coffee pot with plenty of coffee pods and an assortment of sugars/substitutes. Spotlessly clean. Lovely towels and linens. Great outdoor area with fire pit, as well as a picnic table and lounge chairs. Large binder with great information! A bonus was a visit from the many deer each day.

The cottage is clean and well designed and was exactly what we needed for our stay. Easy walk into town. We enjoyed the outdoor space every morning and the view from the yard. Communication was great!

It goes above and beyond to provide for your every need. Want a luxury robe to wrap up in? Want to spend lovely evenings around a fire pit? Want to have coffee on the back porch and watch entire families of deer walk by or witness them resting in the shade? This place has it ALL. We loved our stay in Jacksonville and would love to return. One of the best properties we have ever stayed at!

Luxury cottage indeed! Very clean and comfortable house with comfy beds, fabulous bath towels and stylish decor. We had a wonderful relaxing stay hanging out at the house, wine tasting all day and coming back to cook in the well equipped kitchen. The location is ideal. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood but within walking distance to the action downtown. Jackie is a super host , filling the house with lots of thoughtful details to make your stay fun and carefree. We highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again in the future!

This will be on the top of our list of VRBO's and we have stayed at quite a few back east, mid west, and the west coast, and we rarely do a review. It was spotless and the location is perfect. We walked to everything. So much thought has been put in to all the details (and there are a lot)! It is classy, convenient, & comfortable. The weather was really cool and it rained so we didn't get to use the outside fire pit but the yard is also beautiful and we really enjoyed seeing the deer laying right outside and the beautiful fall colors. It really is an awesome place and just as represented in the pictures and description.

Hands down one of the nicest places I've stayed at! This home was super clean, and everything we could've needed was supplied! This place is also a short walk to downtown, so we had a great central location to stay in while enjoying our weekend in Jacksonville!

This lovely cottage was super clean and had everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Luxury bedding and toiletries. We wish we had stayed longer. Jackie was in touch every step of the way. We had snacks and special touches that were just for our family. A family of deer visit's each afternoon and my grandson loved seeing them. Can’t say enough about how great this property and experience was and we rent vacation property several times a year.

As before, the property was clean and stocked with everything you could need. Communication with Jackie is great and she responds immediately to any questions or concerns. This is our go to rental in the Jacksonville area.

This was hands down the best rental my family has stayed in! Upon arrival at the house we were made welcome with personalized snacks and toys for my kids and my husband and I. The house was spotless and so perfectly decorated! Jackie was hands down the most amazing host! She made everything so easy and was so easy to contact her. She has truly thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay. She even left a pack and play and high chair for me to use for my son. The house has every amenity you would ever need. It’s honestly cuter in person than even in the pictures if that seems possible! The location was perfect! Right in the center of town for easy access to all the great spots Jacksonville has to discover. I cannot say enough good things about this house or Jackie. My husband and I can’t wait to go back and hopefully very soon!!

We have rented several VRBO houses and condos in the past. Hands down this one was the absolute best. Jackie, the owner, was most accommodating and a lovely, extremely friendly person who sincerely wanted us there. She had thought of everything and equipped the house perfectly. Everything was there, from laundry supplies to makeup remover to umbrellas, slippers and bathrobes, to cinnamon for our coffee and she had stocked the plushest towels you could ever ask for. My personal qualification for stars is "Are the beds comfortable?" Yes, they are, with premium linens, duvets and pillows. We slept well. The house is fresh and lovely, very efficient. Being somewhat close to 5th Street, which is Oregon Highway 236, I wondered if it would be noisy, but the house has great sound abatement with dual pane windows. The traffic did not bother us. She went way beyond excellent planning with a binder answering every question you could have about the house, Jacksonville and the surrounding area. The beautiful outdoor living areas; the picnic table with umbrella, the firepit with 4 very comfortable chairs and the two chaise lounge chairs under the trees, even the two seat patio table off the 2nd bedroom made every day special. We played a lot of cards on that little table. The deer and turkey watching were extra special. They came right up in the yard, unconcerned that there were humans sitting there. Would we stay here again or recommend it? Absolutely YES! However, I would recommend it for a couples stay as ours was. That is one tiny bathroom for more than two people. I can’t express enough how amazing the home, the host, the neighborhood, the small gestures, and overall everything were. The home was spotless, welcoming, and peaceful. Everything Jackie did from communication, checking in, the small editions of comfort around the house were everything I could have dreamed of having on vacation. She truly takes care of her guests and sets it to be her goal to make it an amazing experience for whoever visits. We didn’t know what to expect from Jacksonville as this was our first visit, but we loved it so much and cannot wait to return! The people, the community, the wineries, the drives, walks, hikes, everything was perfect! Thank you so much for having us!

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this is by far the best one yet. The communication with the manager was excellent, the property was clean and appeared exactly as listed and then some. The house was so well thought out, from the toiletries to the snacks, we had everything we could have ever needed. The beds were comfy, wifi strong and AC excellent, even during the 110 degree heat wave. Highly recommend.

We wound up having to cancel at the very last minute. Jackie was a fantastic host - a great communicator and very kind. We will book again in the future!!

We’ve been staying in VRBOs for a while now and this is at the top of our list. Nothing was overlooked at this house. If you needed it, it was there. The home was immaculate and new. We enjoyed the outdoors and friendly neighborhood deer that joined us. We were also able to walk to dinner and the grocery store. I would recommend this home to anyone.

The host was amazing and constantly checked in with us, the property was extremely clean and looked just like the photos, location is amazing. I could go on and on! This was one of the best short term rentals we have ever had and we will be back anytime we are in southern oregon!!

This was an amazing little cottage. I've stayed at many places but this one was stocked with everything you could possibly need when you are traveling. The only critique I would have is that the property is located off of a busy road. It didn't bother us, but there definitely was some traffic noise you could hear throughout the day.
