Good enough if you just want to sleep and explore the island

Location is good and the style also

Water from the rain cane into our room and the crew suggested us to use a towel to block.

An oasis in the Centro, close to everything and very peaceful. Loved it!

Killer location, serenity, security. Diego is super helpful. Excellent bed and a nice common area for lounging.

Wifi was spotty. Shower sucked…weak and no hot water.

Lage und Ambiente gut

Lage ist super, Anlage gesichert und modern, kleiner Pool zum Abkühlen, Safe, kostenloses Frühstück (Kaffee und Obst) am morgen sowie immer Wasser zum Auffüllen. TV war mit Netflix ausgestattet.

Die Sauberkeit im Bad lies etwas zu Wünschen übrig. Wir waren insgesamt 3 Nächte und von Anreise bis Abreise befanden sich Barthaare vom Rasieren in dem Tablet des Seifenspenders.

excellent base to explore the island

superb location, very central yet quiet. very comfy and spacious room. felt like a little oasis. helpful staff. nice toiletries (local honey shampoo was divine). lots of restaurants and shops nearby. safe area.

there is a self-service coffee station at the entrance, if you want water, get it there (there wasn’t any in our room). the shower in our room needed updating. the fridge was making a lot of noise at night and it seemed difficult to unplug.

Eigentlich schön mit kleinen Schwächen, besonders das Personal

Schöne ausreichend große Zimmer, sauberer Pool und schöne Außenanlage. Liegt in einer halbwegs ruhigen Straße. Wir haben nichts von dem Lärm der Nachtklubs gehört und wir waren 1 Woche dort, also auch ein komplettes Wochenende. Kostenloser Kaffee von 08-10 Uhr. Das Gebäck könnte man sich sparen

Die unfähigen korpulenten Angestellten vor Ort. Man kann ihnen sagen was man will. Der eine sagt zu allem, wird erledigt und im Anschluss passiert nichts und der andere sagt direkt „geht nicht“. Wir haben nach zwei Schüsseln fürs Frühstück gefragt. Er hat diese direkt verneint, dass wir keine bekommen. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Management haben wir ohne Probleme zwei Schüsseln fürs Müsli bekommen. Das Management ist gut über WhatsApp erreichbar und die Steuern und kümmern sich super. Die Herren vor Ort kriegen wirklich nichts hin. Der Pool war Schmutzig, sie laufen mehrfach dran vorbei und spielen lieber mit dem Handy. Management geschrieben und keine 20 min kam jemand zum reinigen. 100€ die Nacht waren schon sehr happig, aber auf der Insel wohl noch günstig für das was wir bekommen haben. Küche sehr sehr dürftig ausgestattet, fast nichts vorhanden.

Wi fi is horrible cant rely on Although it's clean overall... Something about it feels dirty.. Maybe the walls Shower and toilet are ok overall but a little shelf in the shower even couldve been helpful

A lovely boutique hotel, great location, fantastic staff, everything you could wish for

Location perfect just a short stroll for all the action and ferry port. Bed huge and comfy, shower hot and reasonable pressure for the island. Coffee, fruit,pastries out every morning. Had fridge which was great and a safe. Cleaning staff leave sweets and towel art with rose petals. Pool area peaceful and plenty of comfy beds/ cabanas. I would highly recommend this place.

If I had to be really picky I would say the pool area needs a bit of weeding and repainting but we still loved it. The mattress topper has plastic under it which made me feel a bit like a hospital bed, I guess it is more hygienic this way though. We have extended our stay in cozumel and gone to a place nearby for half the cost. It’s not as nice but just as comfy so if this hotel was a bit cheaper I would have definitely extended here.

Nice pastries in the morning. Room very comfortable and nice quiet grounds.

Bedsheet had some dirt on it, seemed like the toiletries hadn't been restocked before we arrived. The pool is a bit smaller than it seems in the pictures but still nice to have.

Hidden gem in Cozumel

The hotel decor is well thought in each corner. Just think that you can smell an amazing relaxing Perfume every time you enter the main door. The room was super spacious There was free coffee and fresh water available during the whole day The access to the main door and to the room is via code which makes it very convenient Reception is super available, we even received a WhatsApp message from a "personal concierge" available H24. Super Service. We booked via them a snorkeling trip and could have not been happier

Snacks for breakfast were a bit limited, as well as the fruit was not the best one. Both Saturday and Sunday there was a party going on nearby and you could hear it along the whole night (literally till 5 am at least). Not a fault of the property but to be taken into consideration. The door is a bit hard to open

Very Nice And

We loved the spacious clean room and the comfortable bed. We also loved the large shower and the quiet property. We also especially loved that there were multiple electrical outlets on both sides of the bed.

I wished they were within walking distance of more food options. Check-out was at 12:00 by 12:15 we were opening the door to walk out and Arturo seemed to need to tell us that we need to be out by noon. I expressed to him that we are leaving but he still seemed insistent on telling me that check out was at noon. I told him we are leaving and yet he still seemed to need to have the last word in telling me that check out is at noon. It seems very aggressive. It was only 15 mins past and we were walking out of the room with our bags already.

Skip on weekends due to the noise

Great location! Close to good restaurants and cafes. Good coffee Pastries and fruit in the morning Beautiful design Friendly staff, especially evening staff.

Regularly the hot water was gone, so you had to wait till it heated up again. Chair beds on pool were dirty Fridge in the room didn't work The NOISE on the weekends was terrible. Ear plugs are provided, but no sympathy from reception when we talked to them about the music till 4 am. Slow and weak wifi Also the layout of the room is weird in a sense that if you're in the bathroom you're right in front of the main window. Lack of privacy, it's not strictly negative, but you can't open the door if someone is in the bathroom. There's no screen or door. It's all of these combined that makes me give this score. Like after a couple of nights of interrupted sleep because of the noise you get annoyed and irritable especially in that heat.

Beautiful, spacious rooms with cool decor, free toiletries and safe included. Staff were lovely and on hand most of the day. Free coffee, tea, pastries and fruit in the morning. Small but great pool with sunloungers and resident iguana!. Short walk to main square, ferry terminal and lots of amazing restaurants. Very secure with coded entry into complex and into rooms

nice hotel in a great location

the design, the vibes. very cozy

there was a leak in our shower and the reception didn’t seem to mind so much, we asked to call maintenance but they never got back to us. later we asked for a mop because our entire room got flooded and we decided to clean it up ourselves seeing as no one came to help. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

our car was broken down after check out, the reception man spent at least 1 hour to help us and to find the best people on island to fix it, incredible help from him even when the English was not perfect, he saved our holiday to stay perfect, thank you so much

It was a wonderful location. The set up was lovely once inside the gate, private and secure.

The location is perfect for my first time visiting. It was both near centro and what seemed like regular neighborhoods. Lots of good food nearby. The outdoor spaces were so nicely appointed and well shaded. The pool was nice for a refreshing dip. Traveling solo, I felt self at all times, the staff was very friendly. It had a spa like vibe which I appreciated. the comfy bed, soft comforter and linens, big towels and hot showers with nice water pressure were are wonderful details that make this a standout stay.

The staff at the front desk was unable to book a room for me I had to do it online. They did not have any information on dining or trusted tour information readily available. There was no one on the property at night so in case of emergency there would be no one to assist and also there was a lot of people and noise in pool area at 3am one night (I was in room 11 right next to it) for a while and there was no recourse other than to confront personally and I was not willing to do that. I'm not a downer, but it would be nice to have hours for the public outdoor spaces or someone that can help manage any out of control situation during the later hours. Midnight to 6am quiet hours outside seems reasonable to ask and mention to guests. the wifi was spotty and insufficient for working online Each person on staff was wonderful as a person, but they could be better trained to share the best of the Island.

Well equipped but very noisy!

Noisy, my apartment was right near the entrance. Staff were playing very loud music until after 10 pm at the front entrance. I liked the accommodation up until that time but because of the music I will not be back, neither will I recommend the hotel.

This place was a unique find. Large clean rooms pool cabanas with small plunge pool! Added juice coffee and bread was served for breakfast which was an added bonus. It’s a few blocks to the ferry and quiet!

Diego is the worst. don’t go there.

Everything, BUT NOT THE STAFF.

NEVER had such a terrible experience in my life. The property is super beautiful, comfortable and in great location, however the staff, and most of all Diego at the front desk, was SO rude to us, right from the beginning and all the way through the end. such a sad thing because we had such a lovely time otherwise. We checked out of the room in time and he told us we can keep our stuff till 7pm. All of a sudden, at 3pm, while we are speaking with a friend, he says “you have to get your stuff and leave because my coworker is not coming today(?!) so now go”. He basically kicked our stuff away and claimed “it’s the policy of the hotel” even though he couldn’t show us anything of that sort written. we asked to speak with a supervisor- he wouldn’t give us any contact details, not even email. and when we asked for his name he wouldn’t give it to us (luckily I remembered). most awful and humiliating experience I ever had dealing with service person. Would never go back. (he also harassed our friend twice about her check out say- “when are you leaving? oh, tomorrow? ok.” and then asking her again and again to leave before her check out)

Best hotel of our trip

Perfect location, right in the center of town and a couple of blocks from the ferry. What we liked the most was the design, very cool property, I think it is brand new and even had a small continental breakfast that we did not expect.
