This end of terrace cottage rests in Cemaes Bay, Wales and can sleep nine people in five bedrooms.
Monfa is an outstanding property resting in the village of Cemaes Bay. It comes with five bedrooms, comprising a king-size, a second-floor king-size, a twin, a second-floor twin and a single (there is a trundle bed available on request) together sleeping nine people. Serving the bedrooms is a bathroom with roll-top bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC, a second-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC and a cloakroom with basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside, there is a decked area and artificial lawn. Monfa is a superb base for the whole family to enjoy this part of Wales. 2 Small dogs well behaved dogs accepted for the additional cost of £30 per dog.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Gas Range oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, DVD player and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate available. Enclosed garden with decking and artificial lawn. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Beach, shop and pub within 0.1 miles. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200 at this property. Note: Occupancy is 9 and a trundle bed is available but only suitable for a child. The Isle is a great base for walking and cycling, renowned birdwatching, excellent watersports, fishing and many quality golf courses, as well as a number of attractions including Sea Zoo and a variety of National Trust properties.
