Drumrunie is a spacious detached cottage resting close to Braemar in Royal Deeside and sleeps 12 guests in six bedrooms.
Amenities: Central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and grill, gas hob,2 microwaves, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, two dishwashers, food mixer, filter coffee makers. 55ins smart TV with Amazon Prime, WiFi, collection of books, maps, local guides and toys. Fuel, power and logs for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two highchairs and two travel cots . Ample off-road parking. Safe, enclosed gardens with two summer houses, 1 of which is designed for children, tower tree house and a Wendy house. Dog-friendly for 2 well behaved dogs. Dog charge - £30 per dog. Sorry, this is a no smoking property. Shop 0.5 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note: Though the electricity is included in the rent, electric for charging cars is not included in the rental. Note: Please keep all gates closed at all times to keep out deer and rabbits. Note: Please bring own linen for travel cot. Note : This property can only accept a Saturday check-in.

Nestling in the River Dee valley within the Cairngorms National Park, Braemar and the area around it are a treasure trove for the outdoor enthusiast, boasting 24 Munros, the highest 18-hole golf course in the country and close proximity to the Glenshee Ski Centre. The village offers plentiful opportunities for relaxation as well in the many cafes, shops and restaurants. The famous Highland Gathering in September, a favourite of Queen Elizabeth, is a spectacular feast of highland games, music and dancing. Inverness, Aberdeen and Perth are a great day out, are accessed through great scenery, and are well worth a visit. Royal Deeside boasts many rare wildlife and plant species such as capercaillie, roe deer, red squirrels and golden eagles. With Braemar and Balmoral Castles and the Royal Lochnagar Distillery in this area, there is indeed something for everyone in this delightful part of Scotland.
