Wonderful place to stay! Very spacious, perfect for a larger group! Would definitely stay here again!

The entire family, ,3 adult children, their sig. others and one toddler thoroughly enjoyed their stay. This cozy Cape house has enough room that no one felt on top of each other. The décor, though a bit over the top, typified the region. Our hosts texted us that the house was available ahead of time, which was great since it was raining and we had arrived the the area early. They contacted us the next day to be sure all was in order and made sure we had everything we needed. They had left essentials for us to use (paper towel, dishwasher soap etc) as well as bikes, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, wood for the fire pit etc. Rooms were spacious, linen crisp and clean, it could not have been more perfect. The only drawback was the distance to the beach- we had to drive, and it is not a great place to go for an evening walk as there were few street lights and the house is located just of Route 6 (heavy, speedy traffic) Of course not the end of the world, and not the host's fault. It's just a fact and a drawback. That all being said, everyone is already talking about next year's "annual" trip!!

Clean with plenty of room for our family, nice large kitchen fully applianced! Back yard is all gravel. House location is a cul-du sac right off Rt.24 with no easy access to taking a walk to the SMALL beach. Better to drive to large public beaches.
Only downfall was very few "comfortable" chairs to relax and read a book (it rained 4 of our days ), to many stools. Dinning table (says it seats 6 but there were only 5 chairs). Addition of a clothesline would be great too. All easily remedied.

Myself and the 5 other guys who stayed in the house were on the Cape for a summer internship. Thi, the owner, was incredibly easy to work with in terms of booking. The property was super nice, an older home but the owners have given it a facelift in most areas, so it has a nice charm to it. Whenever we had a problem, Thi would send someone he trusted to handle it quickly, or he would come into town and get it done himself. He is very diligent and wants the tenants to enjoy their stay. Highly recommend for larger parties, plus kids because of bunk room and room with 2 queens. The house made our summer on the Cape much better and I really thank Thi for his diligence, patience, and hospitality!
