About this house rental

This adorable well-maintained home is fully furnished with two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room has a 65" tv, record player, books, and cozy furniture including a fold-out bed. Our home has a large yard and is pet friendly, although animals cannot be left outside unattended as the yard is not completely fenced. Downtown Grass Valley is just a few blocks away where you can find great food, wine, shopping and entertainment. Let us know if you need recommendations for swimming holes and hiking trails, we are lucky to live in such a beautiful area and happy to share. We live right next door and want to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible!

Everything was great. Owners were wonderful always communicating with me quickly. My only thing was I thought there was AC but only a window unit the weekend we went happened to be triple digits. So we couldn’t stay there with little ones but I would go back in cooler months

Couldn't have been happier with our choice: a lovely, airy house with all the extras that could be wished for. We loved sitting outdoors on the porch listening to the birds and breathing in the summer scents. Ideal location for Grass Valley town center, and within easy walking distance of a most attractive park. Would happily return, all the way from Scotland, in an instant!

Very comfortable and pleasant. I found it difficult to use the shower because of no grab bars. The street was very narrow for parking. We enjoyed our visit.

We had a great time at Emma’s home. It’s very clean and looks exactly the same than the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. Easy to walk to downtown and very quiet. Emma gave us some advice for places to visit and she was responsive to my emails and calls. I highly recommend her home. Thanks Emma!!
