The location is top notch. Just 2 small blocks away from the historic center. And room has amazing amenities.

A very nice small motel.

The room had clearly been updated and it was very clean. The location was great as we could walk to downtown Grass Valley and it was a short drive to the fairgrounds.

The driveway was awkward for exiting by car. There are no gardens nor places to hangout, except your room. However that didn’t matter to us. The AC is loud.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. and the location was prefect for our needs. also liked the quiet policy as it made it a pleasant stay.

our room was a bit small. but now we know the property we would ask for another room. but would diffidently come back.

very clean I got the family suit came with two bedrooms a living room and a bathroom of course and a good size kitchen I love the fact that they provided glass dishes in the rooms! extra pillows n blankets cleaning supply’s amazing!

My stay was excellent.

The location was great. It was vert quiet at night, so great for sleeping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Grass Valley is a great town to visit.

Quaint

Loved the location, value for 2 rooms and two bathrooms was good.

Was promised two blow dryers. Got 1 that burned out on the first morning. It was replaced but later in the day as the office does not open until 8:30. Beds are too soft. Faucet in master bathroom was faulty. Freezer in frog did not keep items cold.

Great hotel - would recommend to others and return again.

Very friendly staff who had good suggestions for local restaurants. The location was great - a short walk to the center of town. It's right next to the road and you can hear traffic in the daytime, but it was quiet at night.

Our television didn't work, but it didn't impact our stay much as we weren't in the room very much.

Clean Quaint and beautiful grounds.

Please change out the coffee , tea basket. It is broken down and really dirty.
