Vackert inrett

Älskar att det fanns ett badkar i badrummet! Vackert, stort rum med fin utsikt.

Dålig placering på sängen i det rum jag fick. Hade gärna sett att man kunde dra för spegeldörrarna på garderoben. Sänglamporna var lite för ljusa om man vill sova med lampan tänd.

Very close to the supermarket so veryy noisy. Impossible to open a window because of all the noises coming from trucks

Enjoyed the stay, but would have been better if bathroom was better.

Location, staff and the big bed!

The bathroom always smelt of urine. Difficult to get in and out of the bath, and no privacy curtain .

First room; horrible and muggy, second room was perfect

Breakfast was really good.

The hotel and breakfast where good. Only.. the first night we where put in a room without a window. So we had no daylight and fresh air in the room.. they didn't tell us in advance and we had to pay full price for it. For me this was not okay at all! Luckily we could change rooms after the first night. That room was perfect though! Still so weird to put us in that first room at all.

I don’t have many postive things to say. I slept really bad the whole week I stayed here, which was very unfortunate as

the location was good, and the staff friendly. Especially the lovely cleaning lady.

There was no ac in the rooms, only a fan. The room got really hot during the day when the sun is shining. The ventilation was poor as well, I kept the window open most of the time, but still the air in the room felt really stuffed, especially after shower. There is a big construction work right outside, so it got very noisy. Check-in is at 14, I arrived at 16 but had to wait in lobby for quite some times because the hotel’s key card machine malfunctioned. I was tired after a long trip, and after waiting for 1h more or less, the staff finally brought me an extra key I could use. I thought they could have given me the extra key immediately. There could be more choices in the breakfast buffet.

Decent hotel in the city center

Had a single room that was spacious and in very good condition, for one night. Breakfast was very good. The WiFi was super fast and reliable, excellent! The bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I was surprised to find myself waking up freezing several times at night. The room was much colder than expected. I assume this was because of the electricity/energy cost these days, but I sure would have appreciated to have at least an extra blanket in the room. Regrettably I couldn't find one and I didn't want to get up at night to contact the reception. Another thing that surprised me was that the tap water was extremely hot. It was even a bit difficult to lower the temperature in the shower to a comfortable level. Strange, I've never experienced that before. Also a bit disappointing that the hotel didn't have a gym. On the other hand they offered access, at a low fare, to a an external gym nearby.

Great location and comfortable small hotel

The room was lovely - spacious and with three windows. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of space.

Unfortunately there wasn’t any air conditioning and the temperature inside the room was around 30C. The windows only opened a little and even with the two fans provided, it was hot and stuffy. Had it been cooler weather, I’m sure this would not have been an issue. I didn’t particularly like the graffiti style graphics and swear word on the restaurant/bar wall but I did like the funky layout.

I am offically "breaking up" with Best Western

I liked that now this being my third unsatisfactory stay at Best Western Hostels in a row- I know to never book Best Western again.

The room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in-including rooms on cruise ships. There was supposed to be a "sit corner" in the room, but if you were to sit in the chair your head would be literally behing the t.v.- I tried it. The breakfast area was filthy and lloked like a renovation site! The silverware was discustingly dirty- I could not find a clean spoon, mentioned this to the staff and they were entirely indifferent. The breakfast place also had the word F### on the wall in neon- not family friendly. There were many other things wrong, but these were the main concerns.

Staff was really friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was modest, but nice with fresh and local products.

The location in the centre on itself is great, however with a supermarket next door having supply trucks making noise from 06:00 in the morning, it is hard to have a good sleep. The rooms were without airconditioning; at ~28°C, this was really uncomfortable. Opening the window is not really an option, as the city center noises keep you awake.
