Has everything you need. Pool, beach, restaurants. Great and amazing Thai restaurant.
Big comfortable rooms.
The pool areas feel a bit outdated
4.3
L emplacement

The hotel was excellent. It was clean and the service was superb.
We used the Spa for massage. It was the worst we ever had. Total waste of money and time.

Excellent customer service, very accomodating for our children providing two cots and highchairs at meal times. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We came in low season so many amenities we're not available but indoor swimming pool was nice enough for a dip. Breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality, particularly at the weekend there was a huge selection including a vegetarian/vegan hot section which is quite impressive. They delivered a bottle of wine and some fruit to our room after check in. Lots of additional touches that mark it out as a 5* hotel.
During low season there is not much around (within walking distance) if you want to eat outside the hotel. Family room was a little bit on the small side (we were warned about this when we requested two cots so we were prepared). The hallways and bathrooms are a little dated in some areas but all clean and functioning.

Room was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Hotel staff was polite and helpful. Hotel areas are good and offered plenty choices, especially if with family. Breakfast was rich (cold coffee/frappe wasn't as good). Breakfast area is spacious and open.
Coffee and juices in breakfast could be better.

All staff were friendly and helpful . We were very happy with the location and the cleanliness of the room. Balcony was very private and the view was lovely.
The service in the Captain's bar was disappointing, although the bar was well staffed, the service was extremely slow. In the other areas of the hotel the service was much more efficient and staff were happy to serve.

Glad to see this hotel keeps high level of service despite the crisis.
The manager - Vaggelis - was very helpful and kind. He literally turned this large hotel into a very friendly and hospitable place for us. Thank you!
Gabriella from the Splash snack bar was very helpful and cordial too.

A very nice hotel with a beautiful garden and several pools, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, abundant breakfast, parking, tennis courts, spa

location was good and their facilities and outdoor area such as the pool was good.
we communicated on our departure that during the night there had been noise disturbance to a member of staff. she was not very responsive and very dismissive.
4.3
Lovely reception and duty manager found us an excellent room with sea view even though checked in early.
No place to get a nice coffee. everything in plastic cups geared up for the all inclusive market which made it feel a bit cheap
4.3
Extremely overpriced for what is offering.
4.3
location. it’s proximity to the sea and it’s lovely beach
I thought that the hotel was not 5 star ratings and it was expensive due to its classification
4.3
The beach is right behind the hotel with its sunbeds. The hotel has excellent facilities.
4.3
Spacious resort with lots of room & overall good facilities, including pools and beach. Might be a good fit for families.
Relatively good breakfast. Parking on premises.
For a 5* property it's old and dated, due for renovation. If it would be 3* or 4* hotel it would be totally fine.
Furniture and decor in rooms are old & the building itself shows its age.
Service in the bars is non existent, waiters can ingore their customers for 20 mins straight.
4.3
Pool, beach, eco friendly, vegan food, the restaurants are exceptional, beach volleyball near the hotel
Some of the vegan food for breakfast could be improved. At least some of the pastries for breakfast could be made vegan.
The entertainment is fun, but it could be better.
The rooms are not modern.
