Our first time as a family in Lincoln city and we will go again! We had a toddler in our group so the nearby tide pools and regatta park were a huge hit! The house was quiet, nicely furnished and comfortable (lots of kids toys and games too). The bonus was the beautiful views! The only drawback was several crank out windows were broken and couldn’t be latched which was a little concerning with young ones in the house. The property managers are aware of the issue and responded quickly.

This house was beautiful! We would stay again for sure! Great location and views, very clean and stocked with essentials. Loved the espresso machine. Laundry room was locked when we arrived, but one phone call and they were there to help out. Beautiful property!

Spacious bedrooms throughout and fantastic great room on upper floor. The views are as good as they appeared online! Would recommend for families traveling together and groups of friends. Stayed 5 nights

We rented the house to celebrate my daughter's college graduation. This house was amazing and I would definitely rent it again! It was clean and comfortable and easily accommodated our large group. Everything we could have needed was provided for. The only disappointment was that there was a karaoke machine listed in the description of the property. The karaoke machine turned out to be a tiny child's toy that didn't actually work. Otherwise, everything else was exactly as listed in the description. Unfortunately we couldn't all bring our dogs though because they only allow 2 dogs, which was a bummer. Overall though, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!

This house is fully stocked. Lots of extra linens and towels. Beautifully furnished and clean. Very spacious. It's a little bit of a walk to get to the beach but our dog loved it. The side yard is fully fenced. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the upstairs great room/living space for the ocean view, the spaciousness & the amount of sun that came through the windows. Our adult children stayed with us & they loved the arcade games & the small living room off the kitchen for their personal gaming. The kitchen was lacking a few amenities for those that cook-pans could have been a bit nicer & better sizes, and the ventilation wasn't ideal. If you don't plan on cooking, it's a fantastic space. The house overall was beautiful & we enjoyed having enough room to spread out. There was plenty of room for those needing a break from socializing & enough room for us to gather for meals and board games. All in all, a great place to stay!

This place was beautiful and had lots of space. It is a pretty close walk to the beach - although the road has some blind corners if you decide to walk down it. There were 10 of us and there was enough space throughout for everyone to have their own area without it being too loud or crowded. View from the top floor is beautiful!! The kitchen also had what we needed. Things were clean and in good condition. House was well taken care of and newly renovated. We would come back!

This was a great house with plenty of room for everyone. It was conveniently located for shopping and food, and the beach was relatively close, but we still drove. The house was well stocked too. It was a great time. The only negatives were that the internet only worked here and there and was not reliable and the water pressure downstairs in the kitchen was very weak and the hot water had trouble coming through.

Loads of room to have private and gathering spaces. Master shower had two heads....one never got hot. Same with the shower directly below....never got hot not even luke warm. Couldnt figure it out. Had other ootions but found it odd.

We loved this house. However it wasn’t as dog friendly as we thought it would be. We have a small dog so he was able to get out from under the steps off the back porch. Luckily we saw him get out. The ice maker and water wasn’t working on the fridge so we had to buy bagged ice. Also the garbage can was full when we got there so we had to leave the trash outside of the can. Overall it was a beautiful home and a great trip.

The house was amazing, view was even better, the location was only .5 mile walk from the beach one way, and .25 miles the other. Near the stores, and yet not a busy area. Soooo may kids toys available and lots of games for both kids and adults. Really great place. Will gladly go back anytime. Only thing to be careful of- the inside stairs are a bit slippery so don't wear socks on them. Other than that, amazing.
