Piscina
A falta de limpeza nas casas de banho, colchão estragado o barulho durante a noite de outros hóspedes.
A falta de educação e responsabilidade da empresa que gere o alojamento pois fui incomodada durante a minha estadia pela agencia e a falta de comunicação.

The actual house was beautiful and very well kept by the Gardner who attended the property daily. The location was wonderful in a peaceful location but only 15 minutes from Lagos by car and 30 minutes from Albufeira.
I wasn’t aware that the property had other rooms rented to other guests. Although we were lucky to have good people come and go it was still uncomfortable not knowing who to expect the next day.
The beds and pillows in rooms 3,4,5 and 6 were uncomfortable being extremely soft.
The bathrooms had no overhead showers heads and it’s still the old fashion head attached to a shower hose which makes it slightly difficult to have a shower.
The property also echos a lot and the doors make a very loud banging noise when closing.

The house was good. The rooms were ok. Pool was very good too. Property management is terrible. Avoid.
This has been one of the worse experiences I had when renting a holiday home.
They make you go downtown to pick up the keys and make you sign a waiver. Not only you need to move to two locations, they demand that you need to go there before 7PM or they will charge you a 20€ fee for being late. (And more $$ if you need any assistance afterhours)
Being there at 4PM (when the office downtown opens), there was already a 20+ person queue and traffic on the street was blocked of all these cars due poor management of rentals.
The person handing over the keys also let us know that cleaning wasn't complete yet (being 4.30PM). When asked about the check in time listed on Booking, she said that "it was between 4 and 7pm" meaning they can handle their time however they want.
When asked about checkout, she said that we could leave 10.30am because of the cleaning thing, when we showed her that the listed time in booking said between 10am and 12pm, she said that this was incorrect.
Once on the house, there was no directions of where the rooms were and nobody was there to help assisting with it. (there are 6+ rooms on the house). We ended up assisting other tourists as the message they sent with these special instructions was sent just a couple of hours before checking in and not all of us had internet to read on these extra notes.
On the morning, breakfast was room temperature yogurt and juice.
While the house was great, the rest of it was a mess.

The outdoor area and the swimming pool are quite pleasant.
The mattress in my room was not that confortable. Not sure if they are the same in all rooms, but this was my personal experience.

The big living room and terrace onto the swimming pool.
The check-in was difficult - having to find the office, no-one there to greet you. Plus checkin from 4pm and checkout until 10am is not ideal - I've never stayed at any hotel with such a late checkin.
The bedroom was like a hospital - no pictures, no rug, no style, very clinical. The bedcover was like a tablecloth - not comfortable.
Location wasn't good for walking anywhere, no grocery so it cafe nearby.
The 'continental breakfast' was the worst I've ever had. 1sachet of instant coffee, a small dry bread roll with a slice of processed cheese.
