Very nice place with a perfect ocean beach
1.0
The property was very bad and the management even worse.
First of all, the elevator didn’t work so we had to carry luggage first, we didn’t ask the bell boys because we didn’t know this and we didn’t want to go back to the lobby to get harassed by the time share people.
Second, the “bucanero” bar was closed, so there was really no place to get drinks. You needed to walk to the restaurant kitchen, ask for it there, and then sign some piece of paper saying you got drinks even if it’s all inclusive.
Third, and what bothered me the most was that the bar at the restaurant which was the only one open past 6pm, was insanely hot. Everyone was sweating bullets, even the staff, a lot of people complained and they didn’t want to turn the AC on. After days and days complaining they turned it on once.
They didn’t turn the AC again because the building LOST POWER it was almost 100 degrees and no AC. And obviously the people cared less.
I asked to speak to the manager many times, and he was “never there”. No one really bothered. The only person that helped and was a rockstar was the bartender at the bar name Marco. But the entire management of this place and property conditions, and not being able to grab food or water without signing a bill didn’t make up for it. Stay away.

We loved this resort! We have been to a few all-inclusive resorts in Cabo and this one by far had the best food. This resort can be booked as all inclusive or non-all-inclusive and I think that’s what made the difference. The only thing is you have to get a check and sign after every meal which is a little annoying for all inclusive guests. There are also premium items on the menu that come at an additional charge that you have to watch out for but they are really easy to distinguish on the menu. The location was great, the service around the pool was outstanding and the housekeeping did a great job! We would definitely stay at this resort again.

Overall, we had great time here! Travelled with family, pools are nice, many options for food.
I want to mention some people that made our vacation a better experience! Alberto for activities, aqua exercise and volleyball games, and 7:30 night shows. Ignacio, Kevin, and Vicente around pool side service and at el patron restaurant, Pablo helped the checkout to feel like a breeze. Unnamed heroes that cleaned the room and cooked the delicious food, and kept the hotel clean.
The only thing I did not like was to sign the check every time we had food or a beer. That made the all inclusive feeling a bit worse than usual, but in the end we did not pay any extra at checkout.
I think I would come back here! Los Cabos is beautiful, location of this place is excellent!

The hotel was beautiful, the food and service was fantastic. I would definitely go back

From 4-6 there was no water for restrooms or showers. Renovations are taking place so some restaurants and areas are restricted. Night activities are cancelled without notice. People working are very pleasant but the property does not offer what is advertised

The beauty and charm! The friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again!

We stayed in a two bedroom suite with two adults and three children. Initially, they didn’t give us the room we had booked, which was two queen beds and the second bedroom. However, they made up for it by bringing in some rollaway beds, as well as giving us a free massage credit. We really enjoyed the facility, several pools and the beach. We thought the food was wonderful, and enjoyed the variety of the many restaurants when you include the Sister property. The service was excellent. The gym space was amazing. We would absolutely come back to this place.

I really liked the property is located right in front of beach and share the restaurant and other amenities with sister resort located right next to it. But their foods were not safe to eat. I won't say that all of their foods were not safe but some. I had a dinner at the seafood restaurant that I had to make a reservation prior. Seafood must be really fresh you can get sick really easily without proper cooking technique or preparation. Their sashimi platter included raw oyster. It wasn't fresh at all. It was even kind of warm. After I came back home, a nightmare started. Diarrhea, fever, body ache... It is still on-going while I am leaving this review. The property itselft was fantastic. Maybe I got infected from their pool. Pools look clean from outside, but if you get in to the pool and see the water inside, you will be surprised. They need to filter their pools. Well, luckily, I became sick after I came back not a while I was there.

Beautiful property. The staff was great and attentive. Food was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was having to sign a bill after every order even though we were all inclusive.

Everything was great! The only thing that was unfortunate was they closed down the Bucanero lounge while we were there on our 2nd day to remodel the flooring.

Upon arrival, the staff was very professional and attentive. This was a last minute booking through Expedia and we were given a wonderful room with a fantastic view. The concierge provided useful information while also trying to schedule us for one of their marketing breakfasts, albeit not too pushy (we passed). The kids loved room service and the pools. I enjoyed services at the spa, although a bit pricey, were well worth it. All the employees we encountered were AMAZING! Service was never lacking. The reason for a three star review is because our daughter got sick from the food 2 times. She was so sick from the last nights dinner (on property) that when we landed back in the states the following afternoon, she went straight to the ER. Tests later revealed she had a bacterial infection from the food. She spent more time recovering from food poisoning than actually enjoying herself.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms could use an upgrade. The staff was friendly but honestly they need more staff. It was hard to flag down staff when at the pool to place an order through no fault of their own cause you can see they are hustling and trying to keep people happy and served. Our room didn't get cleaned on two separate days and it was very hard to get anyone to pick up the phone when ordering room service or the kids club but I honestly think it's because of high demand all around. Would definitely come back but hopefully they get more help for their staff.

We stayed 5 days 4 nights in August 2024. Two adults and two kids (4 and 2)
First the positives:
We had a one bedroom suit with washer and dryer that was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean. It was very humid there so it was nice to be able to do laundry there.
Diana at the kids club and Eduardo at Taco bar were amazing.
Restaurants were decent. Neptune had great food and great service.
unfortunately the positives end there and the service really tainted the rest of the experience.
Negatives:
1) kids club was a joke. You can only sign up for 3 hrs in the morning or two hrs in the afternoon. Need to make advance resercatuon

Like: Love the swimming pool area and staffs were wonderful.
Dislike: time-share promoters. They're a bit aggressive trying to promote their products.

They charge for ice cream and some of the people who work at the pool don't want to help you with questions or services.

The property is good for a stay with families!
But the meal options are very less. Especially if you are a vegetarian, be ready to eat the same meal for the length of your stay.
Room service takes forever and sometimes don’t even come.

Property was always clean, staff was very helpful and always willing to help food is great if you get all inclusive other wise food and drinks can get very expensive

By far the best property I’ve ever stayed at in my life anywhere in the world. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that is looking for a good all-around all inclusive resort.

Great family trip! The all inclusive was worth it and the staff were very sweet. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I love that it was so close to the shops and we can see the cruise ships from where we were.

Spectacular entertainment at sister facilities as well as food diversity.
5.0
Nice facility for a family vacation. Food is good and rooms are very nice. Staff is friendly and help when they can. The two major drawbacks are that 1. You have to sign a bill for everything despite paying for gratuities and all inclusive fees already (inconvenient when on vacation) and 2. They charge additional taxes on your stay when you check out. (Environmental Sanitation tax of 38 pesos per day).

Overall really good time with wife and kids ( 5 and 10) the grounds were well kept. The family felt safe. Beach time was memorable .. we will be back for sure !!

We felt unwelcomed...because we didn't pay for extra activities...& we were made to wait for several hours for our room..we felt like it was because we didn't sign up for extras.
