Martin’s place was perfect!! Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make everything we wanted to! The pools and beach were wonderful. Plenty of chairs at both the pool and beach and the staff was super helpful! The view was amazing ! We’ll definitely be back!

Martin's condo is a wonderful place to stay with family! This was our second visit and the condo and overall property at Villa La Estancia were once again the perfect getaway. Ahead of the trip Martin provided his recommended airport transportation service and Maggie the concierge, helped us organize grocery delivery and an early check-in. The resort staff were amazing - especially Diane at the front desk. The pool and beach were as wonderful as we remembered. We also loved the pickleball courts and the sports bar at the sister resort was a great place to catch an NFL playoff game. We hope to return again soon!

Wow!!!! This place is 10 out of a 10! The unit is perfect and has everything you need to make it feel like a 2nd home! We loved making breakfast every morning and sitting out on the beautiful HUGE patio with beautiful ocean views! At the end of the day we enjoy a few backgammon tourneys with with family. So much fun and so very relaxing! The property management takes amazing care of the pools and the pool deck and surrounding area! We'll be back!!! Thank you Martin! Maggie you made my Birthday very special, thank you for your thoughtfulness!

This unit is incredibly well located and has a great third floor view close to the Sea and pools with really good views and great afternoon sun on the patio. Large unit very well maintained and decorated. Pool and beach seems like they could use more lounge chairs but that is a complex issue not a unit issue.

My husband and I visited with our sons aged 9 and 6 in January to escape the Missouri winter. Our stay at Martin's condo was absolute perfection. The resort amenities, coupled with the space, view and location of the property, set the stage for a flawless vacation. Martin the owner and Maggie the concierge made our stay seamless and comfortable and the resort staff were helpful at ever turn. We have already booked a return stay!

This condo had a great view and location at the resort. We spent a lot of time on the large patio. Pics are exactly as the experience. Very clean and kitchen had nice appliances. We only had 4 adults, but easily could have fit 6. The resort has hotel amenities and it is a 20 min walk to town, 30 min to the marina. Owner and property manager very responsive. The transportation company they recommended were great too. Wifi was not great.

Family of five loved the property had everything we needed, staff was fantastic, high end condo with full resort amenities but not the crowd of a timeshare or hotel. Loved being close to other resorts for additional food options but not in the middle of craziness yet close enough to walk to the heart of Medano beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas with service were available and we spent a lot of time there enjoying the amazing water. Pool was never crowded kept warm, swim up bar really nice. Condo view was great large patio great furniture. Washer and dryer was a nice benefit. Martin was responsive and a great host. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning.

Hellooo! This condo is in a wonderful, secluded, and at the same fun place I spent with my mom. We swam at the pool, went to to the ocean, and hung out the hotel. The room service and hotel pool bar food were amazing - 10 out of 10. The pool was spectacular; we loved the food and the service at the swim-up up bar. I definitely want to go back again!

Amazing Cabo Vacation!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa 1302 at the Villa la Estancia. Martin was super easy to deal with and everything was as advertised. The villa was in immaculate condition and looked exactly as it does in the photos. Martin put me in touch with Maggie who was arranged for our groceries to be delivered prior to our arrival. She even greeted us when we checked in to make sure everything was ok.
I can't say enough good things about the staff at the resort. They were extremely friendly and helpful and made it truly feel like we were at home. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We definitely plan on returning!

Great Place to Stay!
We really enjoyed this unit. It was spacious, comfortable and had a great view. We enjoyed the location, a 25 minute walk to downtown or a quick $10 taxi. Close enough for convenience but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Communication with the owner and manager was fantastic. The juicer was broken and it could use a few more bowls but other than that the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely rent again!

Fabulous week at Villa La Estancia
Martin’s Villa was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, super comfortable beds, and the view was amazing. Although the beach was not swimmable this week, the pools are beautiful and we also kept busy with boat rides, ATV adventure, golf, and an amazing visit to Flora Farms. We hope to return!

Absolutely Wonderful
Our family just returned from an amazing week at 1302 Villa La Estancia! It began with being greeted graciously at the airport by a driver the owner suggested. We made a quick stop at the market for groceries and the bellhops when we arrived brought our bags and groceries up to our room. Very friendly and helpful! Upon our arrival we also met Maggie who was so pleasant in showing us around the property and it’s features. Maggie had completely surprised us with balloons and rose petals in a heart shape for our 25th wedding anniversary in our room. She went above and beyond during our stay to answer any questions regarding restaurants, downtown and excursions. 1302 was so beautiful, clean, and very spacious. It has a lot of separation between the two bedrooms and the balcony is gorgeous with the most spectacular view. The resort, including the pool area, is super clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn’t want to leave but we are sure to return!

Just Perfect
This was our first time staying at La Estancia and also our first time not being at an all inclusive resort in Mexico. In hindsight, I would not have changed a thing. Maggie was sooo helpful! She did a little grocery shopping for us prior to our arrival, and let me tell you - it is fabulous walking into a condo pre-stocked with cold beer and snacks so that your vacation starts from the moment you arrive! Everything from the view to the comfort of the beds was as good or better than other resorts I've visited in Cabo. The staff around the resort was very friendly and accomodating. The pool at La Estancia was perfect for us... plenty of people but not overcrowded, and there was a pool bar with good mixed drinks and the food at the bar was very good as well. As an added bonus, you have access to the resort on either side of La Estancia, I believe those 2 are both timeshare properties so they are a bit more crowded and hectic but fun to mix up the scenery, and there were some good food options (on the beach) at the resort directly behind our room. All in all, our 7 nights in Martin's condo just couldn't have been better!! Thank you Martin and Maggie for all of your hospitality - we will be back :)
p.s. we found a dinner spot we just loved... visit Maria Corona for dinner one evening if you have time. It's on the more expensive side for Cabo, but the ambiance as well as the food were fantastic!

Beautiful condo
My family and I just returned home from our 1st ever vacation in Cabo. We decided to stay at Villa Estancia and chose this beautiful condo. The owner, Martin was easy to work with, in spite of my ever changing plans because of COVID. Maggie greeted us upon arrival, and answered all my questions quickly. The resort, as well as this condo, are beautiful - top notch!

Incredible Family Vacation
I am so happy to write this review. My family and I just returned from our second visit to Villa La Estancia. It is now our annual trip and I can't wait to book for next year!!
From start to finish, we were so well taken care of!!! Martin was so helpful throughout the planning process. He also arranged for us to enjoy the Boat trip aboard the Mimosa Star. AMAZING!!!! The trip and crew were fantastic!!
Maggie was an absolute delight to meet and she really does make the best margaritas. We all, but especially my, kids devoured her chips, pico de gallo, and guacamole. So Good!!!
The accommodations at the Villa La Estancia are beautiful and perfect for families, there is SO much space for everyone.
The Resort itself is always immaculate and clean. The staff are incredible, and a few even remembered us from last year!!

Great condo
Beautiful, clean, safe resort with ample amenities. We especially enjoyed the warm pool and huge hot tubs. Coffee and cocktails on the balcony was a perfect start and end to each day.
The owner was easy to communicate with via email, and he and the personal concierge, along with staff at Villa La Estancia, made this a very easy and fun vacation. The only thing we could suggest would be upgrading the queen beds and pillows in the 2nd bedroom. Otherwise, zero complaints.

It was top notch and the communication was good from the start with a Martin as the owner and then all the way through the stay. The Pool Staff was great also both Sebastian and his team and Fernando from the pool bar area who waited on the pool chair folks... the location was great and this property (Estancia) was great and of the three at this location the best for adults. The fact that all are privately owned makes a difference and thus made it feel like you were not staying at a spot for young adults with lots of noise and partying. The staff from a security perspective at the beach entry and exit is 7x24 which is great and the locals looking to sell stuff are respectful of a simple no gracias. I will almost certainly visit Cabo again and this specific spot and Villa!!! Hard to find much to improve... a dinner at Flora Farms also was awesome and we ran into Simon Cowell (of the you will see someone rich and famous) which was great.

Paradise
The resort is very clean, quiet, and wonderful. The balcony was ginormous— and perfect for morning yoga. We were able to keep our patio doors open so we could listen to the ocean waves every night. I watched the staff clean the pools every morning, wipe down the entire patio, and prep the chairs...of which there were plenty to always have a spot. The condo was impressive — inside and out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Loved the condo and the resort. The condo is very spacious and clean and has an amazing view from the patio. The resort is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate and the staff are friendly and helpful. Maggie was great and helped coordinate a grocery delivery prior to our arrival.

Amazing property
The villa was as nice if not nicer than described. The view incredible of the rocks. The owner was extremely quick to respond to all my questions. We stopped at Walmart to get food for the week. Maggie was at the property to greet us. Made margaritas and chips and salsa as stated she would have for us complementary in the villa. She was full of tips for the stay. Also, there was a employee of La Estancia with her that put all the groceries away for us. All employees were kind, helpful, respectful. Teresa at the pool with extremely helpful!Sebastian at the concierge extremely helpful! Not one complaint. We travel often and would highly recommend this villa and property.

Excellent Beachfront Property
We just returned from a 7-day stay at Villa LaEstancia. We have stayed at this resort about 20 times, mostly with our children, but sometimes with other adults. We have tried a couple of other resorts and always come back to this one. Here's what we love: The location right on Medano Beach is perfect for us. To get downtown we can either take a water taxi, stroll down the beach, walk along the sidewalks behind the property, or take a taxi from the lobby entrance. There are other waterfront properties closer to town, but we like to avoid the crowds and noise. The units are spacious, including a full kitchen, but there are also two restaurants on site, room service, and food and beverage service at the beautiful pool. There's also a swim-up bar. There are also additional restaurants on the two properties adjacent to this one. There's a small market at the property next door that includes all the essentials. This property shows no signs of wear in our 13 years of staying there. The staff is top notch; always making us feel welcome. (Tere, one of pool concierge members, is outstanding. She remembers us and knows where we like to sit at the pool.) It's a great value for what you get. The units are spacious with large decks. A family can really spread out. We have always felt safe; an employee is always stationed at the entrance to the beach. We have never had anything stolen from our unit. The units do have safes, but we don't always remember to lock up our valuables.
For this visit we rented directly from Martin Blade, the owner of unit 1302. Martin was friendly and responsive, handling our reservation promptly. We like to stay in a unit close to the water so this one was perfect. It's on the third floor, the second unit back from the beach. We had a beautiful view of Del Arco, the iconic arch at the end of the Baja Peninsula.
If your vacation priorities align with ours, you can't go wrong with Villa LaEstancia. We are already planning our next trip.

Beautiful views, spacious condo, and excellent service
My husband, 8-year-old daughter, and I had a perfect vacation. The spacious condo has amazing ocean views and is well-stocked. Martin was incredibly responsive, and Maggie welcomed us at check-in with guacamole, chips, and margaritas. She also arranged to have a special surprise for our daughter's birthday. The maid service was excellent, and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed dinner the first night at La Casona (the steak was amazing) and also explored the excellent area restaurants (The Office, Tres Los Gallos, Maria Corona, Mama's Royal Café, Taco Guss). I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic stay!
We absolutely loved our week in this unit! It was very comfortable and (fairly) well equipped. I say fairly only because the touch pad on the microwave was not working, so we had to have maintenance come a couple of times, and they eventually just brought us an extra one to sit on the counter which took up a lot of space, but it was fine. The other thing that would have been nice to have is a normal size BBQ. Luckily the friends we were traveling with just happened to be only 2 units away from us so we BBQ'd at their place. The view is beautiful, the location on the beach is very nice, the staff is very nice everywhere we were. The beds were very comfortable as well. I loved being able to have a bubble bath in the big jetted tub as we don't have a nice bathtub at home. We enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and work out facility. We loved Maggie greeting us and getting us settling us in......and our friends 2 doors down! She started us off on a great note! Thank you for a wonderful place to call home in Cabo for a week!

Lovely Stay!
We had a lovely stay in this condo. The unit is huge and the second bedroom essentially has its own wing so you do not even know someone else is staying with you! The unit was very clean, nicely furnished and has a large balcony with nice views. It is also nice that you an walk to the bars and restaurants off Medano (The Office, SUR, Sand Bar) or just take a $5 water taxi, which picks you up just down the beach from the resort.
Villa Estancia is by far the nicer of the three Villa Resorts - it has more of a higher end feeling versus Villa de Arco and Villa de Paloma. Villa Estancia has a lot of owners there, so it is very quiet. My only complaint - the food is awful at all the restaurants and deli. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen so that solves that problem! I would recommend this unit - you will enjoy!

Best vacation with the most amazing view!
My wife and I recently went to Cabo and stayed at La Estancia at Villa 1302 and it was hands down the most amazing and relaxing vacation Ive ever been on. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach is breathtaking. I highly recommend staying here!!! Ill definitely be back

La Estancia unit 1302 was absolutly AMAZING!
From the moment we arrived at La Estancia we felt relaxed and welcome. Then we were escorted to our accommodations, and they were absolutely perfect. Beautiful furnishings, clean, large open main living space, well equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms and an amazing deck with a beautiful view of the pool, ocean and arches. This was our first time visiting Cabo and we absolutely LOVED it! This unit accommodated my husband and two 18 year olds with ease. We will be back most definitely and will look to rent this unit again!
