Sehr geflegtes Hotel in ruhiger zentraler Lage

Es ist ein sehr schoenes Hote mit Tradition, höfliches und hilfbereites Personal, sehr guter Zimmerservie und auch sonst hervorragend geflegt Räumlichkeiten, sehr ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Empfehlenswert auch für ältere Gäste.

Alles bestens bei unserem Kurzaufenthalt!

Die Hoteleigentümer sowie das Personal sind unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ein kleines, aber gerade deswegen tolles, familiengeführtes Hotel. Zimmer war top und nachts sehr ruhig, Frühstück prima. Lage des Hotels bestens für Innenstadt, Weihnachtsmarkt sowie bei uns Besuch einer Veranstaltung in der SAP-Arena. Parken konnten wir gegen angemessene Gebühr im Innenhof. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die beiden Geschäftsführer waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Nutzen der hoteleigenen Parkgaragen war unkompliziert.

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Exceptional

- The staff were amazing. I had to arrive later than the check-in time due to issues with train delays and a long trip to get there. They were understanding and waited for me. Very friendly staff who also showed me around and explained how everything in the hotel works. - The design of the hotel (especially the lobby) was very classic and i liked it. - Room had all advertised amenities and everything you might expect like toiletries. Bed was comfy, and the shower was spacious. - Multiple public transportation options around the hotel that take you to points of interest. - Room soundproofing was quite good. Overall, it was very satisfactory, and I would happily stay again if I am around Mannheim.

Very clean!

I stayed just for one night and I didn't have any particular wishes and even didn't have breakfast at the hotel because I needed to leave for the train station. The stuff at Hotel Mack was very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, I even mentioned it during check out.

Fabulous hotel with great hospitality.

We felt as if we visited a mansion of a German relative (whom we don't have) The hotel is full of history but also with modern comfort. The room was big, clean, and very pretty. "Wow" was the first word that came out when we entered the room. The gentleman who runs the hotel with his brother was so kind and attentive. We parked our car in a gated garage which used to be a horse stable a century ago.

Nice but not beautiful 😉

I liked the kindness at the reception desk and the possibility to park the car in the garage of the hotel. The bed was confortable.

The moquette is everywhere, the bedroom is not so large and has no frigobar. The breakfast is pretty poor with discount-style products available only. No cappuccio or espresso available.

Quiet, 20-25 minutes from the train station (on foot), friendly staff, very clean. Comfortable bed, electric shutters, I slept very well. Very clean. A few minutes to Neckar, near the Water Tower.

Very glad I found this place, I won't even look at another hotel when I come back to Mannheim.

The level of attention to detail in this place was exceptional. Having come directly from a disgusting and dirty Amsterdam hotel, I almost cried with happiness to see the level of cleanliness of my room, and in fact the whole hotel. The show was large and all the equipment was top-spec, easy to use, and consistently excellent.

Wondering Place to Stay

The check-is was easy (over the phone due to our Arrival time), the place was well located (at least from where we planned to go), very clean and the bed was comfortable, parking was also convinient, and the most important factor was that we could take our small dog with us.
