Por la fachada parece un gran hotel

La simpatía del personal que lo atiende.

La fachada es imponente, pero el interior no está a la altura ni de lejos. Las habitaciones no son cálidas ni agradables.

Muy buena ubicación. Varios puntos a mejorar

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, compartiendo manzana con Galerías Pacífico. Habitación anmplia y cómoda. El desayuno es bueno, poco variado.

La habitación tenia varios problemas de mantenimiento. El más importante es que el resumidero de la bañera no drenaba lo suficiente y el agua se acumulaba en la bañera. Hice el aviso en la recepción pero la segunda noche sucedió lo mismo.

Localização, limpeza, funcionários simpáticos e cordiais, café da manhã bom.

O único ponto ruim é o controle do ar condicionado ser na central. Por esse motivo, o quarto ficou extremamente quente.

Bom para quem quer apenas um local bem localizado para tomar um bom café e aproveitar os dias em BA.

O Hotel fica em uma área muito central, muito se consegue fazer a pé devido a boa localização. Fica apenas 15 minutos de Cabify do aeroporto. Os quartos são grandes, a cama não é ruim mas não é a mais confortável do mundo. A equipe muito cordial e educada. Servem café de cortesia na recepção.

No primeiro quarto no qual fui alocado tiver problemas com o aquecedor (que não estava funcionando), após 3 tentativas de reparar o equipamento, fui trocado para um quarto que era aquecido normalmente. As banheiras são antigas. O café da manhã possui poucas opções salgadas, mas o pouco que oferece é bom.

La ubicacion del hotel es ideal para quienes llegan en barco a buenos aires

El sistema de calefaccion central del hotel, que no se puede regular desde cada habitacion hace que sea extremadamente sofocante el calor, aun cuando se pida que se apague

Perfecta locación para pasear y recorrer Buenos Aires junto con una excelente personal.

La ubicación y la atención de todo el personal, desde la recepción hasta los cocineros fue excepcional. Nos cambiaron pesos con mejor tipo de cambio que en la calle.

No tiene mucha aislación sonora. Se escucha mucho lo que pasa dentro del hotel.

Bom custo benefício

Simpatia dos funcionários e disponibilidade para ajudar os hóspedes com dicas de passeios, restaurantes e etc. Oferecem a realização de câmbio com valores próximos ao câmbio da wester union.

Quartos tem climatização central controlada pela recepção do hotel e não conseguimos regular a temperatura, tendo noites muito frias e outras mais quentes. Café da manhã tem poucos funcionários e a reposição é demorada ou não acontece.

El hotel no es lo ofrecido en las fotografías cargadas en booking. Sus instalaciones son antiguas. No estaba limpio, las cortinas percudidas y las cobijas con cabellos. El ruido era absolutamente infernal, no había insonorización alguna. El desayuno totalmente reducido.

Os funcionários que nos recepcionaram (Carlos e Ariel) foram sempre muito educados, gentis e prestativos. A edificação fica em um prédio histórico bonito, charmoso e bem conservado, com uma localização que facilita o acesso aos pontos que os turistas costumam visitar e ao transporte em geral. O quarto é limpo e confortável e a limpeza é realizada com eficiência quando é solicitada.

O ar-condicionado da área do café da manhã pode estar adequado ou muito acentuado, conforme o responsável do dia, mas quanto a isto cabe apenas um pequeno alinhamento; não se trata exatamente de uma reclamação.

Perfectly comfortable hotel near Florida street.

Very nice, comfortable hotel rich next to Galería Pacifico. Good room, large bathroom, helpful staff.

Would definitively stay again. The amazing staff is enough to make the stay super pleasant.

Breakfast too simple and the same everyday. Lack of choice. Also we asked for an iron and they said they didn’t provide one, which is strange as we always ask for irons at hotels and they always have them

Though the location is in a great location, it is very loud as it’s along a main road. No air conditioner in the room made it difficult to sleep. It was very hot in the room.

Very good hotel right at the heart of BA

Everything! Spacious room, beautiful interior art decors and attwntive staffs. Very conveniently located right next to Florida Street and near a lot of amenities. And very good price!

Strongly recommended. Fantastic location, top rated service and facility.

We really like this place. Staff all very friendly and willing to help for anything customers ask for. The building has an "ancient" outside, but modern inside. Room is comfortable. And I have to point out, the art work displayed through out the building are fantastic! The location is superb. Close to everything and very convenient.

A chair in the room would be helpful to use the table space in case someone stays there for work. Additional power outlet on night stand would be great so that I don't have to unplug the table lamp to plug in my charger. A night light in the bath room would also help during the night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is excellent. Accommodations were good.

Breakfast was okay and I was expecting it a little better. The room was big what was good, but the TV was too small and it was hard to see 'cause it was far from bed.
