Algo desagradable estar en un sitio donde no ofrecen servicio de aseo.

Buenas instalaciones, pero desaseadas no se disfrutan plenamente.

No hubo servicios de limpieza en 5 dias y 4 noches que estuvimos en el apartamento, ademas las sabanas de las camas no se veían limpias. Esto es algo desagradable mas cuando cobraron 31 dolares por día para este servicio y no lo ofrecieron durante nuestra estadía, se perdieron 124 dolares y nadie se responsabilizo de la situación ni Booking ni los administradores del apartamento.

No se queden aquí. Van a perder su tiempo y sobretodo su dinero. En definitiva van a pasar un mal rato.

La locación es muy estratégica y bastante cómodo para moverse

NO SE QUEDEN AQUÍ. El apartamento no cubría las necesidades básicas de un alquiler normal como esponjas, jabón de lavaplatos, paños de cocina. No teníamos cómo limpiar la mesa después de comer LITERAL porque no había ni servilletas. El aire de la habitación principal nunca funcionó, y faltaban 2 de 4 controles de aire acondicionado. Nunca lo repararon. Pero lo peor fue que la propiedad sabía sobre un racionamiento de agua que se haría durante mi estadía y nunca se me fue comunicado. Tengo un bebé de 1 año y solo los que son padres entenderán lo difícil de esta situación. Estuvimos más de 24 horas sin poder bajar los inodoros y éramos 5 personas en el apartamento. Se comunicó en muchas ocasiones sobre este problema y nunca hicieron nada

This place has potential but the host is not concerned with providing a good experience.

- Within minutes of booking, the host informed me that the pool was closed for maintenance. I immediately asked to cancel but was told "no" because it was a non-refundable rental. I thought this to be unreasonable. - When we arrived, the hot water line was turned off. My son showered with cold water before I was able to figure out the problem but not all guests would know how to fix this. - There are no blankets, only a single sheet. I messaged the host asking for blankets and was told there are none offered. - There is no dish soap or sponge to wash dishes, and no dishwasher. We had no way to wash dishes except with water. I messaged the host and was told dish soap is not provided but I could buy my own. When we arrived, many of the "clean" dishes had dirty smudges on them which I assume to be prior guests' attempt to wash dishes without soap. I ended up leaving all our dirty dishes in the sink hoping they could be properly washed for the next guests and left a note for the cleaning service apologizing for the mess. - There was no soap in the bathrooms either, or hand towels so we had no way to wash our hands. The only toiletries that were made available in the bathrooms were two tubes of conditioner and some body lotion. - The WiFi in the bedrooms is not very good. - The floors of the apartment were dirty. When we walked around barefoot, the bottoms of our feet turned black with dirt. - We had a problem with the balcony door not closing which made the apartment loud and hot. The host said they would arrive the next morning btwn 9-10 to fix it. We awaited their arrival and by 10 am they hadn't arrived. I messaged the host and they said someone knocked and got no answer. I said we had all been awaiting their arrival and no one knocked or rang the doorbell. The response was just that someone had in fact knocked and the implication was that I was wrong. - I wouldn't stay here again.

Disappointing Stay

Perfect location and impressive panoramic views.

I stayed at this place and, although the location and panoramic views are good, there were serious issues that cannot be ignored, especially considering the price and the "luxury" advertising of the establishment: Lo - **Poor service:** The doormen make you feel like they're doing you a favor, even though you are paying for the service. - **Misleading information:** It is not clarified before booking that the pool is not functioning, which is especially disappointing when traveling with young children. - **Unacceptable cleanliness:** The room was in deplorable condition: mold in the air conditioners, moldy bathrooms, and stained floors. Mold is harmful to health and unacceptable in any establishment, particularly one advertised as luxury. - **Problems in the master bedroom:** The air conditioner did not cool properly, forcing us to leave the bedroom door open and rely on the air from the living room and other rooms to cool the master bedroom. This solution was insufficient, resulting in an uncomfortably hot night. - **Poor maintenance:** The handles in one of the rooms were broken, and there was no soap for washing dishes. Additionally, apart from the WiFi I requested from the apartment manager, I did not communicate further with him as, if nothing was done before our arrival and they considered delivering the room in such condition acceptable, they would not change it anyway. Worst of all, due to the non-refundable policy, we couldn't cancel the reservation. We didn't want to lose our money, and our stay was very short, but we will definitely **NOT RETURN**. Very disappointing.

Bell appartamento al 13 piano , vista stupenda vari ristoranti e fast food in zona ed anche supermercati . Camere con condizionatori una di queste con bagno in camera ! Staff sempre disponibile e gentile rispondono subito per ogni esigenza . Spero che sistemiate quelle 2/3 cose!! sono dei dettagli ma questi alzerebbero di molto il livello

Poche stoviglie,coperte mancanti e brutto odore di fogna nel secondo bagno e qualche insetto in giro per casa qualche muro aveva segni di non so ancora cosa !!! Per le stoviglie ci hanno subito dato assistenza portandoci qualcosina come ci hanno portato il phone per capelli , per gli insetti abbiamo risolto con degli insetticidi , per l’odore di fogna abbiamo buttato dell’acqua e coperto gli scarichi nel pavimento temporaneamente.

Appartement de luxe avec une vue extraordinaire sur le Pacifique et la ville

L'appartement est super, très grand avec une vue extraordinaire. Nous avons profité de la piscine et du gym. Enregistrement rapide. Appartement tranquille et sécuritaire. Il y a deux épiceries à proximité et plusieurs petits restaurants.

Équipment minimaliste, à prévoir: linge de vaisselle, savons, très peu de vaisselle. Une semaine sans ménage. Il faut juste prévoir, c'est comme à la maison.

Great location, safe, beautiful apartment but needs more maintenance.

The hallways could’ve been cleaner. They should tell the visitors where to throw the garbage. I had to ask the person via the chat where to throw the garbage. I had to ask them about several things that was not communicated to me beforehand. Also the only way to communicate with the owners/management was through char and it was odd because different people would speak, English and Spanish. I wanted to call and they said to only chat. It was hard because my WiFi was bad and chatting is too much back and forth. They just have to make the communication process easier, not have to go through all these steps to simply ask questions about the facilities,etc. It could be cleaner too!

Very good location and value for your money 8/10 recommendations

Location was excellent, property had basic amenities. Property was clean , view was good . Pool could use some maintenance but was still pretty decent . Kitchen was missing forks but overall I would recommend and stay at this property .

Beds could’ve used more sheets there was only 1 single sheet on most the beds . WiFi worked but was poorer to the kitchen and bedrooms closer to the front door . Front desk wasn’t able to speak English at all and wasn’t very helpful . Thankfully didn’t have to interact very much .1

Everything looked good in the photos and then I arrived and saw the real truth.

I liked the location and close proximity to commercial places. it is also easy to get onto the "Corredores" with a car. I liked the view of the city from the room. What i did like was the educative experience of deciding that i would never buy an apartment in a PH building in Panamá. the construction is horrific and the finishes are just plain awful. Parking in the building is a nightmare. Looks like it was designed only for Kia Picantos! (probably similar in all PH buildings and probably not just in this one) I did like the washer/dryer in the room, that was handy!

Terrible service from staff, they made me feel like a criminal for having my dog with me. They told me i needed to put a muzzle on my dog when every other dog i saw didn't have one (my dog is 13 years old and very well trained). The room was not properly cleaned on arrival, the beds are really small and not what i expected (you can't even charge a phone next to the beds. The toilet wasn't fixed to the floor and one of the basins had a big crack in it. The swimming pool is hideous. Maybe they should let dogs go and swim in it as no human should.

The apartment was in a good location and the view was very nice.

I rented two 3 bedroom apartments for our family. We got one key per apartment which also had a fob to use elevator, took two days to get another. Lots of stair walking for us. There were not enough towels for the amount of people you would have for a 3 bedroom apt. two bathrooms per apartment and only 1 toilet paper roll, they did not supply any more. No way to clean dishes in sink, no sponge and no dishwashing liquid. we borrowed from another apartment. No blankets for the beds only one sheet. We were granted late checkout then security came up and said we had to be out at original time. Very bad management.

Health Hazard - Mould on Bedroom Wall

There was mould on the walls in one of the bedrooms. This was hazardous to our health. After 4 days the issue was not addressed, so we were forced to leave and seek accommodation at a hotel. The service was awful.

It was great to have a self catering apartment but it should be stocked as such.

Nice neat 3 bedroom apartment. Bedrooms are spacious. Nice to have a washer/dryer to be able to do laundry. Pool facilities and the gym are great, well kept and clean.

The apartment is not adequately stocked with crockery and cutlery for an apartment that accommodates 6 people. There are not enough plates or bowls and no pots big enough to cook for a family, which is the reason for choosing self catering. There is an oven but no roasting dishes of any kind. There is no spare bedding to use, only a sheet on the beds. There were no cloths or sponges provided to wash dishes. The apartment is cheaply built and I did not feel safe on the patio. The apartment also needs to use its full name as their are many Boutique Apartments in Coco del Mar and our Uber kept taking us to the wrong apartments.

Beautiful view, felt safe and easy accessible

We loved the location, the view, easily accessible to and from malls and surrounding restaurants. I would stay again on my next visit and I would recommend as well.

The apartment could have been a bit cleaner, I think the towels has done their time and can now be replaced, the AC unit in that specific apartment needs to be cleaned and filter changed . The internet connection could have been a bit better. The reception persons need to be bilingual or use translator app for English speaking guest.

Did not appreciate the previous occupant ex large dirty white tee shirt and secret deodorant left under the middle room bed along with dust mites. Worked on my allergy.

Would stay again

Space enough for a family, pool was fine and garage parking was a plus. Grateful for a washer and dryer! Property manager was responsive when we couldn’t find location and when we needed a bit more time to check out

Would have liked a few more items in the kitchen, as we stayed there to cook our own food: a dish towel, oven mit, cookie sheet/ oven pan and forks. We did buy our own dish soap and cleaning items for the kitchen. Mattress and pillows not great, but not horrible

This apartment needs to be fixed in their bathrooms and if you like to sleep with blankets you need to bring one because they don't have one. the kitchen is not well equipped, there is little you could cook. However it has a beautiful view.

The view, all the facilities to stay with family o groups. Laundry, wifi, kitchen it was so good.

The tv , the audio didnt work. There is no manual to know how to use tv/cable control, call reception or the wifi. Also need manual for kitchen/laundry machine. The pool is good but it needs maintenance to fix the floor and walls.
