The real tuscany experience

The location of the hotel is magical. The view to the tuscany panorama from the restaurant/terras/breakfast is amazing. The staff was very nice. The room was spotless clean. The breakfast was delicious. We already want to go back.

Check-out was a little too early (10:00). But to be honest it pushed us to continue our travel journey and thanks to that we manages to visit Pisa and Cinqueterre…so all good.

La pace e posizione sono i punti di forza della struttura

Ottima la posizione per visitare le numerose città nei dintorni. Molto bella la struttura, nella quiete più totale e con una bella piscina e una vista su San Gimignano veramente mozzafiato. Camere accoglienti e con tutto il necessario.

I limiti al ristorante nel caso della mezza pensione. Possibilità di scegliere due piatti dal menu più il dolce. Porzioni piuttosto contenute. Sarebbe opportuno precisare in fase di prenotazione che le bevande sono escluse (anche l’acqua).

Non c’è lo siamo potuti godere e non c’è stato riscontro da parte dell’hotel

Struttura molto bella e curata, Ma camera con riscaldamento non funzionante. Dépendance al piano terra molto fredda Bagno inavvicinabile non è stato possibile fare una doccia. Peccato perché la struttura sembra molto carina e curata

È inammissibile non avere la possibilità ad aprile di scaldare una stanza. Non avrebbero nemmeno dovuto proporla.

Pretty hotel in San Gimignano. Clean. Great staff. Nice pool. Breakfast included.

GPS wouldn’t take us to the hotel. Don’t know why?? It’s in a good location though, once all was figured out. A/C didn’t get super cold. But I think that’s most of Italy.

Everything was great!

Great location, swimming pool saved us after a long trip. Very friendly stuff and great restaurant with a view. We will definitely come back.

Amazingly beautiful location in a beautiful hotel. Literally every direction will take your breath away. The staff were so friendly. The restaurant on-site was so great and affordable that we ate there every night!

if you stay in San Gimignano, you need to stay here.

The view from the back deck is amazing. The owner and staff could not have been nicer — they even gave us a ride to and from San Gimignano because it was difficult to reserve a taxi.

Beautiful views!

The views are beautiful and serene. The hotel staff is welcoming and kind. Our dog was able to walk the property and our room had lots of space. The room was clean and had amazing views of the countryside. The breakfast was nice, but limited choices. The hotel is a short drive to the city center but feels as if you are in the middle of nowhere.

Wonderful experience at this lovely hotel -- recommend highly!

The view from the restaurant/bar, as well as the food and service, were truly outstanding. the pool was beautiful. The rooms were perfectly comfortable and pleasant.

Excellent place to relax a few blocks from the center of the city

Great location, great views, amazing staff, delicious breakfast and big rooms. The room service was also very good and the person who was serving the bar was extremely friendly and answered all my questions.

Beautiful location uncomfortable room

Just a few minutes from San Gimignano, Villa Ducci is a beautiful place, very nice pool, great view of the valley and the town from the terrace, lots of green and tranquility. The staff, miss Elisa, was wonderful from the beginning to the end.

The only negative note was our room, we stayed in a quadruple that was very warm because the AC wasn’t working until later in the evening and still is a very old unit that doesn’t completely cool the room. The most negative aspect were the beds, we had all single beds with a very thin mattress basically hostel style, soooo uncomfortable, they should really update the beds, the furniture and the AC units. Also the restaurant was closed, we were expecting to dine in enjoying more the structure and the evening there with a view.

Delightful.

The staff were really helpful and friendly and especially good when.it came to catering for my coeliac daughter.

The breakfast was very basic and underwhelming. Fresh bread and real fruit juice should be expected.

Great accommodation, well maintained & designed. Scenografic views, large rooms, pool, great breakfast & free parking available.

Just to find something, bed was hard & pillows flat.
