About this apartment rental

This is our cozy little cabin-condo and we love it! When we cannot be here we would love to share our place with you.

Our condo accommodates a total maximum of 3 persons only, including children. Please do not book if you have more than 3 in your party.

Come and enjoy some wonderful, fresh mountain air! Cozy up to the warmth of the woodburning fireplace (firewood provided) after a day of skiing, tubing or hiking one of the numerous nearby trails in our charming, rustic style condo. Our home features one bedroom with a queen TempurPedic mattress. Our little loft area offers a twin bed and desk. The loft area is NOT recommended for very small children. There is a pull out chair/bed in the bedroom for a young child.
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need, pots, pans, dishes, some staples, spices, etc. Keurig, French Press, and electric kettle. Keurig pods, coffee and tea provided. Bar seating along with small table and chairs in living room.
Living room has sofa and comfy lazy boy dual reclining love seat to relax by the fire, watch tv or play some games.

Firefly Fiber Broadband WIFI to stream all your favorite shows.

We welcome children but our home is not child proof and our loft has steep steps. Small children are NOT allowed in the loft for safety reasons.
Maximum TOTAL Occupancy is 3 including children.

Video doorbell located at front door.

Our condo is located on the first floor however there are approximately 17 steps from parking area to our level.

We are located in a great location to enjoy all that the Wintergreen area offers.
Our complex, Tanners Ridge is located just past the Nature Foundation.
The 12th fairway of Devils Knob is directly behind condo.
Less than a 5 minute drive to The Resort and Ski Slopes.
Hiking trails outside the door and a short distance to several popular trails throughout the area. Within walking distance to a couple overlooks for amazing sunrise/sunsets.
Close by restaurants at the resort and only a 1/2 mile walk to the new Fire & Frost.
Convenient to HWY151 and the "Brew Trail" as well as many other area breweries, cideries, and wineries.

If you're looking to stay busy, our area offers many activities to keep you moving. If you just want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle, the mountains are the perfect place to do that. We offer the best of both!

You know that special fishing hole or camping spot that is so perfect you don’t want anyone to know about it… that’s what you’ll find here. The host has provided that special place only you want to know about. Even sandwich bags when my husband said “oh dang! I forgot sandwich bags”. There they were. Beautiful, clean, comfy bed, amazing communication. Thank you Gina- a most special place that was such a blessing to us.

We loved this property. The hosts had excellent communication the entire time. We arrived to a surprising Winter Wonderland. The hosts even reached out to let us know about road conditions in the area. Gina was excellent to work with, and we can't wait to return!

I would highly recommend this Wintergreen condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay just minutes from the slopes and resort. It was welcoming and inviting and very clean and exactly as advertised. Five stars all around and an extremely helpful and friendly host! Don't miss this one for your next stay in the Mountains!

This place is everything you need and more for a couples getaway to wintergreen resort. Location was perfect, we were able to ski all morning then head back to relax and grab lunch then hit the slopes to finish off the night of skiing. We will definitely be back. 5 stars across the board!!

We had everything we needed. Right on the mountain, not far from the slopes. Great staff that kept roads dry when it was icy. I slept like a baby after a day on the slopes! I loved the little details, and who does not appreciate extra essential's in the kitchen like coffee! the owners are so thoughtful.

We decided to take advantage of an extended weekend to hit the slopes at Wintergreen. This condo was just perfect for our winter weekend getaway! From the start I had an extremely positive experience with timely responses to reserve the property. Upon arrival we realized the host had beautifully decorated the condo to make it so cozy and welcoming. Connecting to the internet and other check in details were spelled out and easy to follow. What makes this condo and host stand out from other properties I have stayed at are the details of a hot coco and coffee station. Well equiped kitchen. The firewood available for the fireplace and proximity to the slopes. I would recommend this condo to my friends! A big thank you to our hosts. :)

Just as described in the listing - there is something special that makes this unit super cozy. The loft is well built - my 15 year old slept in the loft and loved it. The unit really came alive late-night with a fire. (As with most WGreen condos - being your own newspaper and kindling to get the fire going). Many special touches in the decor but also things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee fixings. Short drive to the slopes for skiing.

I rented this condo for a little post Christmas get away. The condo was exactly as described in the listing and was wonderful! It’s so cozy and comfortable! The fireplace, coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar and the info on area attractions were the highlights for us! And the location is great in Wintergreen! We didn’t want to leave! I will hopefully be staying here again!

My husband and I stayed here for our 5 year anniversary. It was perfect and cozy and exactly what we had in mind. There were a couple little things we forgot to pack and it had everything stocked in the bathroom and the kitchen so we were all set. We loved the fireplace and how everything was decorated. Booking was easy and the owners are so sweet. Will definitely be back!

This location is perfect with close access to hiking trails, cideries/breweries, amazing views of the mountains, and very close to the slopes if you’re skiing in the winter. The place was super clean with an easy check in/check out process and was a perfect size for 2-3 people. Property managers were super nice and helpful. Definitely looking to come back here in the winter for a skiing trip.

Stayed in this location for a very short stay. Mostly just a bed to sleep in after attending a concert at Devil’s Backbone brewery. The bed was super comfortable, the condo was clean and nice! The host contacted me early and allowed early check in which was so very nice coming from out of town. That being said, this was not during leaf or ski season so don’t count on that if you are coming during prime time. I mention this fact because it was a demonstration of how the hist was active and mindful during my one night stay. It made my trip much more enjoyable that she was actively interacting to make my short stay great. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Gina’s place. The condo is charming, very cozy, comfortable, has a feel of a cottage. It seems to be newly renovated, extremely clean, well equipped. You find everything you need, like at home. It is not a typical rental place, makes you feel like you are visiting your family. We appreciated all the blankets and pillows, paper products, comfy bed, morning coffee on the porch, the peace and quiet of the area. It is walking distance from the aquatic center and close to the resort inn with its amenities. Gina is a gracious host, communicative and helpful. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Hope to be back soon.

We stayed in this condo over Memorial Day weekend - looking for some quiet time in a beautiful location. We were thoroughly impressed with how well put together and cozy this condo was. It was very well stocked with everything that we needed, was very clean and the best place my girlfriend had ever stayed (she has a lot more experience with staying in VRBOs. The owner was very easy to communicate with and made every aspect of our stay a breeze. We will DEFINITELY be returning for a future getaway! Highly recommended!
