House offers fully equipped kitchen with 4 island chairs and dining room table with 6 comfortable sittings. 2 Master en-suites with a King size beds and walk in closets, 1 bedroom with Queen size bed and additional bedroom with 2 Day beds with trundles. Upstairs convertible sofa also sleeps 2 persons. House provides 3 smart TV's (Downstairs Master bedroom, living room and upstairs living room)
All bedrooms have new mattresses with luxury bedding and a high quality linen, down pillows and comforters (all hyper-allergenic bedding ).
Out back fully fenced backyard with a gorgeous saltwater heated pool along with a tanning ledge and 2 floating luxury lounges, expansive patio with outdoor kitchen and grill.
Please no "Disruptive or Unauthorized Events." We love our neighbors and I am happy that they are ok with us having this property on Vrbo. No street parking, Thank you.
Pool is heated during winter month to 85 F.
