Sleep soundly in the king bed with ample storage and an ensuite bathroom boasting a custom tile shower. The guest rooms offer cozy comfort, with a queen bed and two sets of twin bunk beds.

Amenities cards are $50 a piece for 7 days or $35 a piece for 4 days ($35 and $25 in the off season) and only required for those over the age of 13. They give you access to the pools, restaurants, bars, fitness center, golf course and a few other resort amenities. Without them you can only go to some of the shops and the beach.
No need to worry about the added resort taxes—the owner has you covered! For just the price of just the cards, we'll provide amenities cards for your group.

We just left Fripp and loved our stay. Kitchen very well stocked. Helpful that towels and linens were there. Very prompt response from Bryan when the VRBO app/messenger wasn’t working. Would absolutely stay again.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay! The house is as pictured, super cute, cozy, and in a great location, right off the main road. We had plenty of parking for 3 cars and 2 golf carts. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the privacy - you could open all of the blinds in the living/kitchen space and still have almost 100% privacy. Lots of extra bath towels and wash cloths. Plenty of dishes. The host is very responsive.
Our complaints would be that the house wasn’t the cleanest. We had a crawling baby with us and my husband had to sweep and go buy a swiffer mop to get up all of the dirt and dog hair that was still on the floors.
Our other big complaint was that the twin bunk beds and king bed were so soft, springy, and uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and not supportive at all. The twin beds only had shams & no pillows with cases. There was a memory foam on the king bed, but it was too soft so we took it off, but the bed still was not comfortable or supportive at all. If you’re over the age of 28-30, a good night sleep in a good bed is important, esp on vacation as it can make or break your vacation, and for most of the trip, we didn’t really go to sleep until 3am due to tossing/turning/bouncing the other person with any movement.
We were also told that beach towels would be provided. We found 5 - 4 that were scratchy beach sheets and 1 actual beach towel. Had I known it was beach sheets, I would have brought my own beach towels.

This bungalow was perfect for us while the rest of the family - 6 adult children & 10 grands stayed in another house. We had our dogs and were able to work when needed. The bungalow had all the basics, was very comfortable and in a nice location.

The property management team was great and resolved issues getting into the resort gate quickly. Mr. Stinger went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get onto Fripp Island around 5:30pm.
The house needed a better cleaning before our arrival. There were dirty bowls, plates, and silverware that had been put away in the cabinets and spiderwebs in the showers.
After our second day we realized there were many mosquitos and bugs inside and found that the drain in the en suite back bathroom wasn’t connected to a drain pipe under the house. We could see daylight coming through the shower drain and discovered the drain flowed to directly under the house. This allowed a way inside for bugs directly through the shower. The property manager did report that they intend to fix the drain problem with some coming renovations, but I would recommend checking before finalizing a booking, especially in the summer or early fall.
Bring K-cups, as there is only a Keurig coffee maker.
Overall, the house met our needs for a half week vacation, but needs a little work to resolve an unfinished shower drain installation. The property manager was responsive and gave great information leading up to and during our stay.

This house was perfect for our family. It was everything it said it was. We had adults, little kiddos a new born and our fur baby, had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook large meals as well as a grill for our fresh catch.
The home owner was very attentive and checked in with us everyday to make sure that everything was okay.

This house was perfect for our party of five. I’d say eight would be a squeeze though unless the other three were small children.
Loved the amenities. Hairdryers a big plus. Location is perfect. Communication with manager was great. Very cute and clean. Highly recommend!!!
