And no matter if you are on the terrace, in the garden or in the house - you always have the beautiful lake in front of your eyes. So if you want to spend an all-round relaxing vacation in an atmospheric ambience, Villa Genovese al Lago welcomes you and offers comfortable space with 6 beds.
Villa Genovese al Lago is located on a private access road, which also serves as a lake walkway. From the lockable garage - which offers enough space for a large as well as a smaller car - a few stairs lead directly into the villa. And there you are, with Lake Maggiore - literally - at your feet.
The wonderful thing is that in the Villa Genovese al Lago you can live indoors as well as outdoors - according to your mood and the season. Outside, in addition to the spacious terrace with absolute privacy, with direct access to and into the lake, you have an atmospheric garden seating area with outdoor fireplace, where you can welcome the evening with an aperitivo and experience an atmospheric sunset.
Inside you will find a comfortable and spacious living area with flat screen TV (140 cm) with Smart/TV, Netflix to log in, Youtoube etc., Bluewin/TV (including all German language channels) and a DVD player. And of course free wifi is available. Furthermore, a new, open and well-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 1 double bedroom with direct lake view, 2 further bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a storage room - ideal for your suitcases - with its own washing machine and tumble dryer.
Do you feel the need to jump into the water after a heavenly quiet night? This will not remain a dream: You choose whether you want to do this directly in the lake or in the unheated indoor pool (in the basement). Isn't that just unique and extraordinary?
The villa Genovese al Lago is located directly on the lake promenade, which is also lined up with several restaurants. Exceptional also in this point: Who cares about promille😊 afterwards.
Ideal also for guests who want to arrive by train, because the Villa Genovese al Lago is not far from the train station.
Would you like to explore the lake with your own yacht? No problem! Because a free buoy is also at your disposal.
Please note that the Villa Genovese al Lago is a non-smoking accommodation. Of course, smoking is allowed on the terrace.

P.S. The unheated indoor swimming pool is at the free disposal to our guests from 15 March to the end of October.
