Litlle and next time diferent hotel

Sorpresas en Benidorm

El precio era muy bueno. En la habitación cabíamos los cuatro amigos sin problema, que no siempre se encuentra. El personal de la recepción muy amable y servicial. A unos minutillos andando de la playa de levanta y el centro.

Ponía en las fotos que eran dos camas de 90 y una litera y una de las camas era de matrimonio. Además encontramos pelos en una de las toallas limpias y algo de suciedad en camas y bañera. La habitación no era muy espaciosa.

Also ich würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer und mit den Empfang Zimmerboden imme

Affordable, quiet & clean room on a budget, right in the centre of Benidorm.

It was a perfect little room for my husband & I to spend the night in Benidorm. The room was lovely & clean, with no noise coming from the street despite it's central location. We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities, but it was by no means a deal breaker & probably just very British of us to expect! The manager was extremely accommodating & friendly too. We would certainly stay there again!

Served a purpose as we just needed a room for one night stay

The location was close to the tram and the beach

The bathroom was extremely small , my partner hit his head at least three times on the towel rail which is a head level and hard to avoid due to the size of bathroom and the need to move around to close the door before accessing the toilet

Wanderful

It was an amaizing experience.The staff was very kind and friendly.Even the ladies from cleaning.Everybody was saying hi to us,and they even help us to keep for a few hours our bags.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location

Staff are professional and friendly, very helpful. Close to the drop off point for airport Close walk to beach front and shops nearby for restaurants, groceries etc but quiet streets for good sleep Antonio was great to help with confusion with my transfer details and contacted me in the evening with them, very grateful for this

Disappointing and difficult for a disabled person.

This Hotel is only a basic Bed & Breakfast.

The en suite Bathroom door was very unstable and extremely small. Very tiny cardboard cups in bathroom, barely a mouthfull when full. Only one very shaky plastic chair. The one blanket did not fit the bed. A balcony without any chairs or table. There was two fixed sun beds. The parking advertised as being available from an outside source was in fact 10 minutes walk from this B & B. I advised the B & B when making the reservation that I was disabled, but the B & B did not advise me that I would have to walk for 10 minutes and a distance away. There was no breakfast to be seen, but this could ? be available, what that would consist of was never shown. There was no restaurant. When we arrived this B & B staff did not know we had a dog or that we required a parking garage despite these requests being stated on our booking acknowledgement.

Cheap but sturdy Benidorm

Comfortable beds, good bathroom, decent balcony. Kind and helpful staff.

We didn't have electricity in the room when we entered and placed the card on the slot, had to go to the receptionist and ask him what was wrong, and he turned something in a control room, he proceeded to accompany me to the room and it was working but there was a few missing lightbulbs in the wall lighting. It's residential so naturally there's noise outside, bikes, screams, not the best sound proofing but that's fine

Excellent in every way.

The staff are so friendly, the location is perfect and is away from all the 'rabble'. Short walk to the old town and is a pleasant walk. Air con is very good!! The beds, what can I say other than I didn't want to get out of it! They're soft and very very comfortable. Balcony with seating which is good to rest and watch the world go by whilst recovering from your hangover. Second stay and plan to stay again.

Cleaned everyday, comfortable beds, felt safe.

Traffic noise in the early hours made windows shake if a big vehicle noise from guest upstairs sounded like dragging furniture across the floor, no safe or kettle in rooms

great stay for the price

clean, friendly and helpful staff, cheap, great shower

decor, needs updating however for the price you can’t complain I did have trouble with the key card, every time we went out the key wouldn’t let us back in so we had to get reception to reset the card.
