The pool and the hot tub
Pretty much everything else false advertisement on website not worth price of rooms per night

Clean. The pool and jacuzzi was great!
The ice machine wasn’t working.

Pool and beds were so comfy
Customer service people were BLAHHHH
3.2
Pool, room
Staff, questionable activities in parking lot all night long

Mattress’s were nice and the rooms were clean. You could tell the staff really spent time cleaning common areas as well.
Rooms were updated. There is still some updating that needs to be done to the common areas and parking lot but I realize that takes time.
The continental breakfast has a lot to be desired. Once we looked at the offerings, we decided to go to a restaurant.
3.2
The pool
The one vending machine we could find had stale product and no change given.
The laundry was broken down as well. Breakfast was a joke, even for a hotel.

Pool was nice and warm. Hot tub great! Front desk was very helpful. Provided us with extra towels, and mopped up a leak in room. Modernized room, had cable TV and USB charging ports. Loved the appearance of common area and look of rooms. Place is still under construction, but they are doing very good work on it.
Ac unit didn't work very well, room.was warm. No vending machines. Shower curtain wasn't big enough and water sprayed everywhere. Beds were NOT comfortable. Wish the double doors were automatic-was difficult to get rolling cart through. Floors need some kind of anti slip outside the pool-I slipped once and almost fell. My reservation was for a double bed with balcony. Didn't get the balcony view.

Close to beach.
Garbage

Nice location and neighborhood
Ice machine didn't work. I had to go to front desk to get ice. No vending machines, and there were never enough towels at the pool area. I know their working on those things

It’s a scam. Pictures are not the same how the hotel looks also it’s advertised 5 star hotel and it’s maybe 1 star. The room was dirty, fries on the floor. There were not even signs of the name of the hotel. We were so confused what it was called. Very outdated. For $150? I couldn’t easily stay at a beautiful hotel downtown Chicago not like here in the middle of nowhere!

Loved the ambiance of the place. You can see that it needs work, but they are working on it.
Ice machine was down, and the breakfast selection was very small.

Newly renovated and attractive with quality furnishings. Mostly cold Breakfast buffet was adequate. Honored my changing my dates for stay. Nice big TV. Helpful receptionist checked me in.
Some small things not fixed, the hardware on bathroom door needs replacing and wood repaired. The entire front door hardware on an apartment across from me was totally ripped out. There was a persistent high pitched sound ringing in hallway all night. Weak internet so unable to connect with key email sites. Felt apprehensive as there where less than 5 cars in hotel parking lot. Needed a single room and only had a double “available”, yet hotel was empty. We’re there no singles refurbished. Feel cheated! Front desk employee told me he knew of no taxi service to Midway. Fortunately I had an old taxi firm I had used before. Then while waiting for my contact, looking at a small table display, I found a business card about one! So receptionist needs to be made aware of hotel partners.

Close to our location. The beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean.

Room furniture was new
The facility was under construction and definitely not ready for the public. I think I should be compensated in some way.

they redid the whole in side it has always been one of my kids favorite places to go but the pool was broken for ever so glad it’s working now! hot tub could be hotter sauna was amazing
the outside needs attention

it was easy to find. right in the middle of everything. I have been there before so I was excited to see what was done inside and to swim. check in was easy. parking easy.
pictures were definitely deceiving. our fire alarm was going off when we entered our room. batteries needed changed. no one from maintenance was there to change it. I ended up changing it because the receptionist was not tall enough to reach even on the bed. the fire alarm then came out of the wall. continued to go off saying carbon monoxide detected then fire then it was silent. I put it back into the was as it was never once in the three days we stayed did we get room service we had to ask for more towels each day. the hot tub and sauna was out of order. across our room they had a whole room gutted and open for all of us to see. they were not ready for business yet. especially for a family.

This hotel was a joke they advertise five star hotel with all the amenities and they have none of the amenities they say it was a construction site with very few rooms open and we tried to take a shower in our room flooded we had a waterfall Coming Down the Walls are bags got ruined our stuff got ruined the hotel said they were going to make it right and refund our money for the room in the hotel owner would call us to discuss the situation in our bags we never got a refund and never got a call beware do not stay at this hotel. After we drove 4 hours and got there and realized it was under construction the hotel staff lied and said that they only had a couple of rooms under construction and they were fully operational except for a chemical imbalance in the hot tub which was a lie if he had just been honest with us it wouldn't have been that big of a deal but to be lied to online about the hotel and then lie to in your face about the hotel and have problems the whole time you're there no ice machines worked no vending machines to get a pop no restaurant no bar as advertised the health department really needs to inspect this hotel I'm not even sure they're supposed to be taken reservations in the shape they're in right now needless to say it was a waste of $140 and then to be lied to to tell us we would get a refund and to not give us one so now I got to drive 4 hours to argue it out with the owner or just eat the cost I will be eating the cost that's okay but the health department will be contacted very very disappointed and no continental breakfast as promised couldn't even get a pop or ice
