I’m the owner of the vr you and your family will staying at. You can call/text me at (Alan) or my property management person (Heather) I am sending you a mQ invite, it’s for your access through the garage, if you prefer. You will need to install the app and (don’t forget) to activate it and accept all the q’s before installing or it won’t function. You shouldn’t have to reinstall or reconnect any devices. Also, The front door access code it’s the last 4 digits of your phone number followed by four zeros (0000). There’s some treats in the fridge. If there’s anything you want me to get at the store for the fridge, I would be happy to do that for you at no cost, with exception of the reimbursement for the items you want.
If you have any questions, please, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. My wife and I hope you will enjoy your stay. Welcome to Central Oregon!
FYI, I have noticed that customers have had difficulty starting the fire table on the back patio. There is no need to turn on the tank inside, the valve is already opened; on the outside of the table there are controls to start and raise the flame. To start the flame, PUSH IN and turn on the volume control while pushing the igniter button at the same time. If you want to raise the flame higher, after starting the flame, PULL UP on the volume control knob and turn to the desired height. I hope this helps with any confusion. Thanks
Front door access note:
I have added an access code for you to use my lock.
Call (Alan) if you have any problems with access.
TO UNLOCK:
From the outside, press the Home logo and enter 21550000.
From the inside, turn the thumbturn.

Parking & Garbage days:
FYI, Monday’s are garbage days, so if there is anything you want to dispose off, please put it into the two garage cans provided on the west side of the house. I live in Bend, but I will be over early in the morning to put the can/cans out on the curbside unless you text me letting me know that you want do it yourselves. Also, please try not to block the neighbors driveways, they get really ticked off. Lots off extra parking on the open field (soon to be park) side of the street…all the way up the street. I know the builder short sheeted us on the garage space, but if you want to leave the garage door open and pull further in you may; anyway, it will allow you a little more space. If you need anything, don’t hesitate to text or call. Special note: Please avoid chopping with heavy cleavers on the countertops, and remember that cutting boards are for slicing, not heavy chopping. Additionally, do not disconnect Wi-Fi connections to the modem, router, or TV sets.
Any repair fees due to improper use of appliances will be the client’s responsibility.

This home went above and beyond! From the extras in the fridge and pantry to the super cozy beds and great showers, the big screen tv to the bonus rooms - all 10 of us from the grandparents to the toddler had a five-star experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend 100%.

Not a single problem. The house was beautiful…so big! We had a great of women and we could each have space. The owner left cookies and a vege tray in the fridge for us. We didn’t use them but it was a nice touch. We hope to stay here again next summer!
