The look and feel of the hotel is really nice. The beds are comfy and the staff are prepared to help you in any way. The location is not bad like some said here. There are so many taxis coming past and if you walk about 10 seconds down to the fork in the road you have double the chance of taxis. And at least the taxis are always honest in Baguio and you dont have to ask about how much.
There are some things that could be better. The breakfast is very simple and you don’t have that much choice. After day 2 i was done with the same breakfast. No drinks except for water and coffee were free. Small things like fixing the leaking shower to the rest of the bathroom or a weird smell coming from the sewer in one of our rooms. And for a lot of things you are the one who will ask for it at the crew. For instance the breakfast vouchers, we are the ones who asked. But still when you ask they are really nice and prepared to help you. So the crew gets a solid 9!

staff are all very accommodating and kind. beds and linens have the 5-star hotel feels. The room smells clean. CR is small but clean.
car parking is limited and no assurance for secured slot when going back, hence opted to just take taxi cab. However, most of the cab drivers were not familiar with the hotel and its location. I suggest that front desk would advise guests on what to tell the cab drivers.
Also, since we stayed in 2nd floor with window facing a residential house with male teens (kasambahay) - when we opened the window curtain, it was annoying that they were watching us and even teasingly cheered . I suggest that the lower glass part of the window should have glass tint for guests' privacy if they would opt to have the windows open for more cooler air to come-in.

Location is in a quiet neighborhood. Hotel seems new.
Room was not ready when we arrived, no toilet paper, soap & shampoo. Though staff was accommodating when I asked for the above complimentary stuffs. Our room floor needs cleaning, we can see the dirt marks on our feet.
