Suites???

Buona la posizione e ottimo il bar sotto la struttura.

Pagare 83,00 euro a notte per non avere alcun servizio mi sembra una follia. - pulizia approssimativa, ho trovato capelli non miei sul letto, aspiratore del bagno pieno di polvere, luce del bagno fulminata, tubo della doccia rotto. - Non viene pulita la camera giornalmente, non pretendo che vengano cambiata la biancheria o gli asciugamani, ma almeno rifatto il letto e pulito il bagno. - macchina del caffè presente, ma se non mi fornite le cialde il caffè con l'aria è difficile farlo, lo stesso vale per il bollitore, l'acqua calda senza infuso non è il massimo. - non è presente lo staff all'interno della struttura, quindi per segnalare il problema bisogna chiamare o scrivere e aspettare che arrivi qualcuno. - l'affaccio con le inferiate sul cortile interno ti fa sembrare di stare in prigione. Io capisco che possano esserci degli imprevisti, è normale, ma se pago 166,00 per due notti e ke chiamate SUITES mi aspetto che la camera venga controllata prima del mio arrivo e non dopo la mia segnalazione. ( la signora è arrivata dopo 1 ora circa dalla mia chiamata, ma non ha potuto cambiare la luce, quindi io sono stato senza luce al bagno) Il problema della luce e del tubo doccia è stato risolto solo il giorno dopo, l'aspiratore pulito giusto perché a qualcuno deve essere caduto l'occhio mentre cambiava la luce del bagno, ma la polvere è caduta sul lavandino e li è rimasta. Quindi io ho dovuto adeguarmi ad un disservizio. Ho dormito in ostelli e servizi e pulizia erano decisamente superiori. Peccato perché la posizione è ottima.

Spartańskie warunki w stylowym wydaniu

Generalnie fajne położenie, nad samą rzeką Douro, niedaleko mostu Ponte da Arrábida. Blisko Museu do Carro Eléctrico i początkowego przystanku linii tramwajowej nr 1, czyli z najładniej położoną trasą., którą można dojechać pod kościół Św. Franciszka. Niedaleko supermarket Continente oraz heliport, z którego można odbyć lot widokowy nad Porto helikopterem. Około pół godziny spacerem do mostu Dom Luis I w dzielnicy Ribeira. Pokoje położone w klimatycznej starej kamienicy. Sprawny i dobry kontakt przez WhatsAppa z obsługą.

Dotarliśmy do obiektu po zmroku i ciężko było go znaleźć. Po ciemku słabo widoczny nr ulicy. Sąsiadujące kamienice lekko nieciekawe, w ruinie. Ciężko znaleźć miejsce obok parkingowe. Obiekt co prawda wysyła wskazówki odnośnie parkowania, ale we wskazanej lokalizacji i w bezpośredniej okolicy nie było wolnych miejsc. Musieliśmy zatoczyć kilka kółek i pozwiedzać pobliskie, niektóre bardzo wąskie, uliczki. Pokój klimatycznie, ale bardzo niepraktycznie urządzony. W środku tylko trzy łóżka (dwa złączone w podwójne oraz jedno z dostawki,- rozłożony fotel. Do każdego po stoliku nocnym i dwa a la stoliki, ale z plecionki, więc nic nie można położyć, bo spada pomiędzy szpaty w materiale, więc bardziej w charakterze ozdoby. Do tego dwa pojedyncze wieszaki na ubrania. Przydałby się jakiś stół i krzesła, żeby można było usiąść, czy cokolwiek gdzieś położyć/postawić. Nie ma jakichkolwiek szaf, czy półek. Nie mówiąc, że przydałyby się również np. jakieś szklanki. Musieliśmy kupować w sklepie kubki, żeby mieć z czego napić się. Łazienka klaustrofobicznie ciasna, bardzo niepraktyczna, bo szeroka na ok. 1 m. Drzwi otwierają się do środka i blokują dojście do sedesu, trzeba się przeciskać, żeby je zamknąć i do niego dojść. Potrzeby fizjologiczne trzeba załatwiać po skosie, bo nie miejsca, żeby stanąć, czy usiąść normalnie. W pokoju było bardzo zimno, Musieliśmy dogrzewać klimatyzacją (brak grzejników), ale i tak nocami oraz w łazience marzliśmy. Brak żelazka które było w opisie wyposażenia Pokój miał okna wychodzące na malutką studnię z wieloma innymi oknami, najbliższymi oddalonymi o ok. metr. Wszystkie zakratowane. To w połączeniu z malutką łazienką i w/w opisanym skromnym wyposażeniem sprawiło odczucie, jak to trafnie podsumowała moja rodzina, jakby przebywało się w celi więziennej. Obiekt na zdjęciach wygląda dużo ciekawiej niż w rzeczywistości. Przez blisko 3-tyg. objazdówkę po Portugalii nocowaliśmy w kilku miejscach i to miało najgorszy stosunek ceny do jakości.

The view on the river The style of the room, looks very cozy The heating system was a very helpful due to the not airtight windows Bakery downstairs and a supermarket just a few meters away The people from Alameda Suites were very nice and helpful, 10/10 service They will book a transfer to the airport for you or you can also get breakfast to your room You get a long list of recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing before your arrival

The bed was very hard No kettle The doors were very hard to close and the walls pretty thin, so I heard the other people in their rooms a lot Windows weren’t airtight, so you could hear the noise from the streets and u have to heat or else you room will be very cold

Gute Location. Großes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit TV und Klimaanlage.

Gute Lage, etwas außerhalb der City. Daher eher ruhig. Bus - und Straßenbahnlinien vor der Haustüre. Wir hatten großes Dreibettzimmer mit kleinem Bad.

Bad etwas eng. Wenigstens einmaliger Handtuchwechsel wäre toll gewesen.

Molto buono!

La struttura affaccia proprio sul fiume e si può raggiungere il centro storico tranquillamente a piedi. 20/25 di camminata per il ponte Dom Luis I. la camera è minimal ma accogliente . Proprio accanto al portone c’è un bar dove poter fare colazione con affaccio sulla fermata del tram turistico. Self check-in molto semplice.

An enjoyable stay.

We liked the room, good size and great bathroom and shower. Great location, 20 min walk from town.

We found the bed uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep very well. We were both very itchy in the sheets so had to sleep on duvet. We could hear the noise from the TV next door going a lot at night.

Good looking room in a great location and powered by a great team

A tastefully renovated building in a beautiful part of Porto – gorgeous high ceilings and hardwood floors with an historic tramline running past the front door. The support team is fantastic. The hosts accommodated extra requests quickly and eagerly and the cleaning staff were patient when we were late in making check-out.

The number pad for the lock can be tricky – you just need to trust it and press each number gently. The room is not well equipped by default (no kettle, no cutlery or crockery, no fridge) but the host team was prepared to try and help with those things when we asked for them.

great place to stay for a family with one kid. simple and stylish design.

the place is perfectly situated. not too far from the city center, but at the same time it has no noises and crowds of tourists nearby.

Great value for money

The apartment is very nicely decorated, in a great location and has loads of space. You have the bus stops right outside and a few cafes and restaurants at a stone's throw.

There was no storage for our clothes/luggage, and there could be an additional nightstand/lamp. Also, I would say more pillows and some toilet supplies could be provided on a if-need-to-use basis

Lovely stay

Great location by the river, with plenty of local cafes and a lovely brunch restaurant a shirt walk. Bus directly opposite to get to Foz area and Bolt taxi's super cheap to get into the city centre. Lovely powerful shower. Comfy bed.

Worth noting room 3 has an interior window to the building. Building and room touch keypad is very sensitive and can be tricky to get to open.

Clean and modern but lacking a human touch

Clean and modern room; large TV with plenty of channels; good view of the river. Good access to trams and bus into town.

The room was advertised as having a 24 hour front desk, this was NOT the case; there was nobody there at all during the duration of our stay. The keypad to enter the building was not working properly; it took multiple attempts to get it to work.Nobody offered to change our towels during our 5 night stay. There was nobody there to help when the keypad wasn't working.Noise from traffic and trams outside our window was too loud. The duvet was tucked in so tight we didn't know it was there and we only found it after two cold nights shivering under a thin sheet.
