Home is a beautiful as the pictures and had plenty of space for my family of four with college-aged kids. Loved the decor and overall layout plus the master room was downstairs with TV. Two dining areas and a nice patio area (but we didn't go outside due to heat). Good communication with the owner representative.
Two issues we had - there are two a/c units and the upstairs one went out, but it was quickly fixed the next day.
The other issue was although we were able to access the garage through the community gate, the garage code directions provided never worked for us and we did not have a remote, so we had to have a person go through the front door and open the garage each time we arrived. We were happy to be in the garage, as opposed to parking on the street, but very inconvenienced.
Overall, the issues would not stop me from renting this location again. It was a great choice and my family was happy with the selection. We recommend it.

We needed a place to stay due to construction at our home and we needed a space large enough to accomodate our family and pets. This house was perfect-- great design, more reasonably priced than a hotel, with plenty of space, and in a great part of Memphis. It was a like being on "stay-cation". The owner was also very accommodating when we had to extend our stay due to unforeseen construction delays. The process of renting was quick and easy. I will definitely check with VRBO the next time we need an extended stay, or if I decide to offer my home when I'm traveling.

This house was amazing! It looked just like the photos and was very neat and clean. My only suggestion would be for them not to advertise free parking and garage if no one has access to use it. I asked about the gate code and didn’t get a response until I asked again the following day after someone tried to break into my car. Luckily my alarm instantly went off and I had my husband and two of his friends go outside to check. We ended up cutting our stay short after I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my vehicle out front any longer.

We were in town to celebrate my uncle's milestone birthday (they live about 10 min from the property). Darrell's place worked out nicely with plenty of space and bathrooms for my family. King beds in each bedroom + a bed in the pool table room were also nice. Although we didn't get to use the garage (he didn't have access code to gate from the association), there was street parking nearby and we used the alley for a bags/cornhole tournament.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this spacious, newer home in Midtown Memphis. It is a short drive to downtown and there are a lot of restaurants nearby as well. The home was really beautiful and as shown in the pictures. On-street parking was always available near the home. Darrell always responded quickly to our questions. He set up a rollaway bed in the game room for my son which was really nice! We would definitely stay here again on a trip to Memphis.

Stopping in Memphis for a quick 2 night stay on our way to a family reunion.
The home was located conveniently to restaurants and grocery store. And a quick Uber ride to Beale Street and surrounding areas of interest.
It was a beautiful place, comfortable beds and clean.
Had a couple of issues with refrigerator and cooling AC unit. Was happy with the quick response and how efficiently everything was taken care of.
Hopefully owners will add an informative packet to be on site along with leaving a few cleaning supplies on site for end of stay clean up.
We enjoyed our stay.
