Designed to feel like your home away from home so you can enjoy the perfect vacation. Be ready to soak up the lake life in this charming waterfront home on Lake Norman with deep water, great sunset views and quiet cove with long views.

This property offers two living rooms, wet bar with an ice maker, a private beach, yard games, two kayaks, a paddle board, fire pit and two grills (gas and flat top griddle). The lower level makes the perfect space for a family fun game night.

The expansive deck with roof is so close to the water's edge it makes you feel like you can touch the lake. Have your morning coffee on the dock and watch out for Henry the Heron who likes to perch on the dock. You will be on vacation mode the minute you arrive and will be ready for all the fun that the lake and surrounding area has to offer.

The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with a very private back yard and boasts over 200 feet of shoreline, dock with ladder and plenty of space for your boat.

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Free early check-in / late check-out applies to Friday through Sunday bookings only. Check-in Friday at 2pm and check-out Sunday at 7pm, subject to availability, excludes holidays and must contact us to confirm eligibility
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed

Needs some TLC !! House layout and Deck were what was expected. Landscape, Dock, pathway all need attention. House needs TLC. Lower level bathroom has some mildew issues. Ceiling fan in upstairs primary was not operating…. Well equipped property just not maintained welldidn’t w

house was as advertised and pictures were accurate. Very clean and kitchen was very well stocked with all items needed. Deck was great and we used it all week. Plenty of outdoor seating for our family of 11. Home was on the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic great for kids. The beach area was good but would recommend to have water shoes since there are some rocks in the water. Used the kayaks and paddleboard and were in good condition. We rented a pontoon from Lake Norman Marina and was delivered to our dock. The lake water was clear and the area beautiful. The only recommendation i would have is the need for an outdoor water spigot with a hose at the back of the house so you can wash the sand off before going inside. This was hard with small children. Overall i would rent this home again we had a great time and my grandkids loved it.

We rented the home for our daughter’s Bachelorette weekend it was such a great stay! The home is beautiful and the deck/beach were big hits! Expansive property, large dock! House was stocked with plenty of amenities such as cleaning supplies, games, (indoor and outdoor), water toys, and LOTS of seating! Only thing we wish would have been available, as it is Fall and the evenings and mornings are cooler, was the heaters on the deck. We were told they were not for rental use. We just bundled up. Property is nestled in quiet cul de sac, but close to groceries, restaurants, and more. Views were stunning we the sun set at the back of the house! Thanks for the fun stay! We live in the area and will recommend to friends and family!

Could not have been a better place to stay at lake Norman. Small beach, dock, kyaks and paddle board plus convient to all. Kitchen great and all items needed including bar and ice maker Deck was amazing. Owners should be very proud. If anyone is looking to rent for a getaway this is it, look no further.

The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. The views from the deck are amazing. The house had everything we needed. My only complaint would be that the house seems very dark, even with all the lights on and windows open. That being said, it is an amazing home and I would stay there again. It was a seamless check in and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

This house is fantastic! Spacious and well equipped kitchen, a great beach for our little ones, kayaks and paddle boards, a huge wonderful deck with a beautiful view of the lake all made for a wonderful family gathering.

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful house with everything we needed and more. The deck was outstanding! It was very difficult for us to pull ourselves away from the deck to enjoy the other amenities. Sunsets are breathtaking. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. I think the pictures do not show off the house, deck, and dock as well as they could. Beautiful sunsets from the huge deck. Perfect dock and great location. Very comfortable house and very usable kitchen. We had kids with us and they loved the paddle boards and kayaks. We brought our own boat and the dock was great. I hope we can come back soon!

We so enjoyed our stay. We are fairly local and wanted time with family with limited travel. The house was very nice and provided the needed space we expected. The location could not have been better! The lake view and “toys” that were there were greatly used by the kids!

Well equipped roomy house with large modern kitchen and an outstanding porch with a spectacular view. Nice beach area for swimming and plenty of water toys (kayaks, paddle boards, floats, etc.). Just be aware that sleeping 12 people on the beds of the house is a stretch. Our group of twelve was sleeping on beds, couches and on floor mattresses. Enjoyed our pontoon boat evening sunset cruise. Overall it was a great week.

We had an excellent vacation on LKN . The house was in a cove on the lake not a lot of noise from Boat traffic . If you looking for a cozy spacious well stocked house that is close to some great breakfast cafes and local shopping this is the place for you .

Loved the location. Complaints: not enough bath towels; bottom floor was very cold and the heat was difficult to manage. It could have been a bit cleaner. However, the location, kitchen, bedding and outside facilities were great. We had a wonderful time and would return.

My family enjoyed swimming, fishing and kayaking. We caught some little fish but unfortunately not the big one we hoped for, but maybe next time! The house is beautiful and spacious, and the best thing you should do is enjoy a coffee on the dock and watch the sunrise. Thank you for a great vacay!

The house and location were absolutely ideal. Small beach area allowed the little kids to play while the older kids went kayaking and swimming. The house is beautiful and had everything needed for our amazing vacation!

The whole process of renting this house went smoothly. The weather was perfect and we spent each morning having coffee and enjoying the lake views. The rest of the day we were either in or on the water. The dock and cove were the focal point of our stay and we brought our boat and paddle boards with us. Our kids had a blast and the whole trip really thought the family closer. As an aside, the neighbors were very friendly and we can’t wait to come back.

This house has everything you need for an amazing family vacation. The upstairs master bedroom was beautiful - sheets were so soft. The additional bedrooms upstairs were perfect for the little boys and big boys to have their own space. And the second master downstairs was great for added privacy. We relaxed on the dock all day while the kids jumped into the water and played on the beach. It was a magical week.
