I loved the location of this rental. My main concern was parking but we were able to park across the street without a problem. One thing to note is that it is just a kitchenette set up. So, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. We enjoyed the hot tub, the spacious bathroom and the view from the patio!

Clean, comfy beds, hot tub was great, super close to downtown

Spacious little place! Beautiful neighborhood. Loved the patio/deck.

We didnt realize the parking was roadside until after booking. Is says enough space for 2 vehicles, but our 1 suburban felt dangerously tight in the space roadside. That being said, the property was clean and catered to our family with kids games and books inside.

Nestled in a beautiful location, great views and simply perfect for small family.

The home was beautiful with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Only downside was the hot tub not functioning correctly - stayed above 114 degrees and was scorching hot. Couldn’t get help so we didn’t get to use it.

Loved the view from patio. Hot tub was great after hiking 6 miles a couple days. Location to downtown was perfect. Parking is on very busy street that has to be crossed to access property.

This was our second stay at this property. We love it. The cottage is always spotless and inviting. We loved the sweeping views of the Grove Park and the mountains beyond. The hot tub was so soothing and we had 2 dinners out on the large deck. The beds and linens were comfortable and luxurious. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. We had several early morning strolls. And our kids loved the game cabinet with board games and toys and the fact that they could find all their favorite channels and shows on the Samsung Smart tv. This is one of our favorite places to stay in Asheville.

A wonderfully clean, comfortable guesthouse! Area is beautiful and quiet. Conveniently located walking distance to many great restaurants and the Grove Inn - only 10 minutes from downtown! Worked remotely out of this home for a week and was a wonderful experience. We will be back!

Very clean and a perfect sized unit to stay in for a visit.

This beautiful, quaint cottage sits behind a beautiful historic home in the Historic Grove Park Inn area. Imagine an upscale detached mother in law suite. Beautiful floors, black and white furniture and linens, oversized glass stand up shower large enough for 2, small kitchenette w/ microwave, fridge, and kuerig. Thank goodness there was a hair dryer, cause I forgot mine. Smart TV so you can sign into all your tv apps. And of course a beautiful deck that has gorgeous view of the Grove Park Inn clubhouse, and the actual Inn on the mountain. “Town” is only a couple minutes away, so fine dining and entertainment isn’t far. We will definitely be back.

Good location in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants within a short drive. House was very clean and everything was well stocked. We enjoyed unknowingly having access to Grove Park Inn located right across the street - we walked over to watch the sunset and have cocktails one night. Beautiful views!

We loved this little guest house. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood and we enjoyed watching the GPI from the back deck. It looked even better in person than the pictures. Plush linens and immaculately clean. We loved the hot tub. We appreciated the assortment of morning coffee and tea. The toys under the entertainment center were a pleasant surprise that our 4-yr old enjoyed. We also loved the notebook of recommendations for local food and drinks. So thoughtful. We had a wonderful time.
