Good facility for extended family to vacation together. Comfortable. Good access to showers. Overall and good vacation option. Four bathrooms - so great for many people.
The only problem is that the facility is directly below a venue. Unfortunately there was a wedding reception going on when we arrived. Very loud music and stomping around upstairs. We were jet lagged and wanted to sleep but could not. In fairness, they did shut down around 11:30 pm but it should be stated that this is a possibility on the site.

Lovely setting. Very well equipped and very tastefully furnished

The location is superb, it's a stone's throw from the town, close to the castle, and everything is literally on the doorstep.
The lodgings are great, very clean, a large entrance with easy access to all the rooms, plenty of space to move around, there were 6 in our group but you could entertain more. Each of us were impressed with the property and have all recommended this to family and friends. I'd recommend having the twin beds joined, I was given the option but refused. The cupboards are well stocked, the furniture very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We were all disappointed that our stay came to an end. The bathrooms were fabulous, three bathrooms and an en-suite. One full bath with shower over and three walk in showers! No fighting for the loos, it was fab!
There is a juke box, bring some change with you, it was great choosing songs together.
The single beds were a little too narrow and a couple of the ladies fell off the beds rolling over, they recommend having them joined.
Remove the carpet from the en-suite.
It was a little too warm for us in the building and we couldn't find the thermostat to turn it down.
Bring shot glasses if required.
Also dishwasher tablets.

Fantastic location. Unique and wonderful mix of historic and contemporary accommodation. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very responsive host.
Hard to find any fault, but the mattresses were not the absolute best I have slept on. Nevertheless, slept very well in the peaceful surroundings.

Well for starters, when we arrived we saw Andrew (the owner) he showed us how to collect the property keys. It was great to meet him and he showed us around, etc. We loved the location since it was so close to the town. The property was very comfortable. We were intrigued with how old the building was, it's a very charming place. We all loved it and it was spacious, too, for all seven of us.
Since we were from the US, we would have liked to have a top sheet for our beds. Towards the end of the week, it got very warm especially in the wee hours of the morning. We would have liked to have a fan or fans for our rooms. A broom would have been good to have to sweep up crumbs in the kitchen. And the availability of a dryer. We used the washing machine a couple of times but had no where to dry our clothes. Found out later there was a dryer in the locked room. We improvised and found a way to dry the clothes. That's it. All in all, it was a historic and great place to stay.

Location gave the best of all Skipton has to offer. Easy access for walks plus a stone throw away from central Skipton. Quiet and central location

Stunning property in a beautiful location. Visited with a group of friends for weekend break. Beautiful converted old corn mill. Spacious, quirky property. Spotless clean and comfortable. Also had a juke box which added further enjoyment to this wonderful place. Had all that was needed for a lovely break. Ideal for visiting Skipton Castle, Castle garden walk which is beautiful, market, shops, restaurants and canal. Great communication from the property prior and during stay and welcoming complementary items. Would not hesitate to recommend this place. Thank you. We will hopefully be able to return again soon.

Great location in the centre of the town. Everything is within walking distance. We think we may have been the first to stay in the property as there were still tags on some soft furnishings and kitchen items. The apartment is presented to a high standard and was well equipped. Overlooks the Eller Beck which runs beneath day and night and offers lovely background noise. Features the old mill wheel which clunks into action and turns when people visit the museum beneath. Owner arrived on first day to show us the historical features, was very friendly and flexible. Essentials available on arrival including a Happy Easter Box of Yorkshire goodies.
Single beds were reportedly very small for strapping teenagers and the beds were not the most comfortable given the quality of presentation throughout. Also, we thought we had hired the entire apartment (although we were only 5) and discovered some of the rooms were locked. Wasn't a problem for us in the end but worth making sure the owners know if you require all rooms to be open.
