really bad wish i didnt add extra days

One of the beds was broken which we was told we would get a replacement for but never did. No room was cleaned at all even having a bloody sanitry towel in the radiator, muddy footprints in the rugs, door lock booted of the door so wasnt even secure. when we got to the property the building was also blocked off with works and there was no shower or hot water

Was ok for 1 night exactly what we needed no frills quiet n comfortable although beds a little bumpy

A bit difficult had no correspondence from you or anyone office number you have was closed on Saturdays only thru me going trying landlord website was able to locate a mobile number eventually to find door code !! need to send emails to customers with these details or be available 24/7 for keys

Nice house to stay in clean and has the essentials and cosy

Was clean and fairly well equipped, had everything we needed .

The area is quite away from the town centre , the location of the house is on an estate which the photos don’t show this and generally the garden needs attention as overgrown and decking is rotting . Double bed mattress isn’t comfy and dosent fit the bed , also 2nd bedroom said double bed but it was a single really .

Absolutely not worth it

The house was dirty, almost filthy. Cutlery, pans, plates and glasses all had to be washed before being used. Cupboards in the kitchen couldnt be used for storing food as they were dirty. The sofa had crumbs and rubbish all over. Curtains were stains with old sticky food, all windows have mould issue due to condensation...The house has potential but not without a deep clean. The house is located in an typical British Estate and we were greated by a strong smell of cannabis. I was invoiced £70 for cleaning, and it is outrageous as we found the house dirty to start with and we had to cleaned up on arrival. Ideally I should be refunded. The host provides a phone number that rings without ever been answered. We had some bedding missing and it took 3 hrs to get sorted. Bad communication, dirty house and rubbish location
