The guests are responsible and liable for any harm or injury that may occur to themselves or others while using the pool, hot tub, or bicycles on the premises.
We're delighted to offer you the use of our pool and hot tub during your stay. Please note that there is a $100 per night charge for heating the pool (all nights required), but the hot tub heating is complimentary. We kindly ask for your understanding in regards to the pool heating cost increase, which is due to the current high gas prices that have had a significant impact on our expenses.
