Superb

Location and amenities

Kitchen and dining service has a scope to improve. Little bit lagging comparing to Meritas other properties. Please look in the matter so you could be at a expecting Mark. All our best.

Very good

The restaurant was really good, especially the live counter for morning breakfast. The room was decently sized, with a small but nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

There is only one real issue to mention: the hot water in the bathroom wasn't adequately warm. Even after informing them multiple times, the issue didn't get fixed. On the day of checkout, we were informed that the problem was persistent and was observed in all the rooms, not just ours, and it might take longer to fix. Hopefully, they have taken care of it.

Good but could be better

I liked that they had ensuite bedrooms in the bungalow, room service, private pool and a big swimming pool.

The booking was quite difficult with the hotel stressing me about getting 50% in advance. Also the hotel could organise more activities: walks, yoga, etc.

Please train your staff and revise your policies for a pleasant stay .

The property is good , the weather was awesome , hygiene and cleanliness was intact .

The check in was awful ,we had 2 rooms booked , had to wait for more than 1.5 hour , we got the room only by 1.30 noon , at the check in counter we were asked to pay full balance only after which we were allotted rooms though we had paid in advance for 1 room full amount and 2nd room half amount , even at the Restaurant for dinner Food bill Service charges were levied and after objecting it took them an hour to handover and we were still at the restaurant . For check out the manager was insisting that we strictly move out by 11 am , though we were allotted the rooms late . Highly disappointed in this part , the fun of a holiday was totally ruined . Overall the property in very good

Great cosy place for big groups with good food

Bungalow with private pool experience along with hotel service, best of both worlds. Great place for larger families to book the entire bungalow. There is also a bigger common swimming pool. All the food items were top notch quality... we ordered in room, every item was very well prepared and arrived in reasonable time. The non veg chicken platter is a must try. The breakfast spread is also really good. Cleanliness was well maintained in the rooms and around the resort.

Housekeeping services could be quicker, we had to call multiple times for the same things. They seemed like they were short staffed, but all the staff were courteous. Some marble areas around the pools are sharp and needs to be finished better to avoid accidents.

One of the best places to stay in Lonavala with your loved ones

The property is new and very refreshing with an amazing mountain view. We stayed in a room with a balcony and it was peaceful. You also have the option of staying in the row house with 3 bhk and plunge pool. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Food is delicious. All the best guys...really amazing stay.🙂🙂

They should start serving alcohol..😄
