We were traveling w/a newborn + 3 sons, otw to STL for an overnite stay, when the check engine light appeared. It was close to midnite so we took the first exit w/hotels to be safe.
Horrible choice. Roach motel. Bedding had stains & cigarette burns. Roaches were seen in bathroom + main area. I killed 2 in my home, once we returned.

DO NOT BOOK!!!
Worst hotel I’ve ever set foot in. Supposedly being “remodeled”. No hot water in entire building on arrival.’ Most rooms appeared to be permanent residences for crackheads. Saw police circle the building twice before we even got to the front door. Lobby dirty. Stairways/hallways filthy, smelled like pot. Actual room was horrifying. Couldn’t see out the filthy window. Both beds had highly questionable stains on them. Holes in bathroom door leading to unfinished, disgusting bathroom. Entire room floor felt dirty and I still had my shoes on. I wouldn’t even put my luggage down! We walked out and met at least 5 other couples outside that were also leaving for the same reasons. The most respectable people I saw on the property were the ones that refused to stay and were leaving. Absolutely no “quality” at this Quality Inn! Wyndham needs to pull their name off this hotel. HUGE black eye!

Checked in to hotel. When we went up to room and it smelled like smoke, there was some kind of substance on the floor, half the lights didnt work. Went down and got a refund and while we were down there getting refund some other people brought down towels that looked fresh but had hair all over them. Place needs new management if they cant keep place clean or up kept.

Definitely the worst motel I've ever stayed in. The room was not fully cleaned when I checked in, there was food left over in the refrigerator from the previous guest, the toilet was very old and dirty, and there were red stains all over the sink wall switch and one of the towels (I'm really hoping that that was ketchup or some type of sauce, not blood). I took the liberty of wiping down all the furniture with my cleansing towels. However, the front desk clerk (or could've been the manager) and the maid lady were very nice and friendly.

Room itself was clean, but hallways were musty smelling and caused my wife to gag. We could not stay

The worst experience in a hotel, dirty, stinky, with an unbearable smell of cigarettes in all spaces,

After paying for our stay through Expedia we got here and they charged more money and then when we got to our room there was no trash can the floors while newer looking didn’t even go all the way to the walls and the smell of 420 was enough to choke a person. When we got up the next morning our truck which was perfectly fine when we parked it had a huge dent from the fender through the door. When we reported it to the desk we were informed that there cameras don’t work and there was nothing they could do. We ended up calling for an officer who came out and said he wasn’t surprised. So our anniversary weekend was a bit of a let down that took a few hours of our time and then the staff was bleh. Oh and breakfast served is a joke. No where to sit nothing but waffle mix. No coffee. Very disappointing.

The hotel lobby and rooms are in great disaray. The rooms were falling apart and needed repairs done. It was very dirty everywhere. The pool was closed but they didnt state that on the website when we reserved our rooms. Its also in a pretty bad area. We reserved to rooms we had to switch rooms for the first room cause the toilet leaked on the floor and my daughter had to switch rooms because they open the dresser drawers and there was still other people clothes in the drawers. We also found food wrappers under the mattress, so they apparently dont clean the rooms very well.

It was one of the worst places we have stayed. Sure isn't Days Inn quality. The bathroom area was bad. Fecal matter on the toilet, when you sat on the toilet it was like you were on a roller coast, the tank cover didn't even fit and there was black on the shower curtain-didn't know if it was grease, stained or mold. The beds were ok except the one bed made noises when you sat on it. It was nearly 100 degrees outside and the air hadn't even been turned on before we entered the room. It took nearly 5 hours for it to get comfortable and then when it did, the air conditioner shut off. It would come back on periodically. It looks like they are attempting to update the spaces as the floor was new but filthy and the flat screen worked well. The WIFI worked in the lobby and hallway but not in the rooms. Looked like there was only one worker in the whole place and he was overwhelmed. The lady in front of us didn't have a reservation and was told to wait. As we were trying to register another customer came in complaining she couldn't get in her room and insisted on being helped now. He didn't and helped us. Oh ya, there was NO toilet paper in the room at all and only 2 bath towels for 4 people. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

It was a all around terrible place to stay and I didn’t get any rest. From no toilet paper and towels to constant marijuana smell throughout the night. No fire alarm and cigarette butts around the room on the floor.

There were mouse droppings in every drawer. The ac didn't work, the fridge didn't work the lights didn't work we came in with 2 adults and 3 kids they gave us one towel then couldn't provide us with more. The only thing they had out for "continental breakfast" was bread and a toaster with no butter or jam and an empty pit of coffee which the woman at the counter refused to refill after 10am.....

This place is disgusting. There is roach spray on the front desk and caution tape on the stairs during check in. There was a man on meth yelling all night so we had to leave in the middle of the night. The place smelled like stale smoke and weed. It was awful and very unsafe

Our stay was horrible, while the staff was decent the owner was a total SOB! The facility is under renovation and was filthy to and the amenities were almost non-existant. Do yourself a favor and stay almost anywhere else!

It did not have anything it stated on the website. The pictures were even wrong. It was hard to find and I was looking for red and blue sign it was yellow and green. Smells were horrible. People smoking pot. Roaches at night could not sleep with lights off. Dirty dingy towels and sheets. I could go on and on.

Easy access to freeway, Cracker Barril next door, McDonald's 2 blocks away. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast is from 6am-9am.
Both breakfasts were very disappointing. They offered 2 cereals, no milk, no coffee, nothing else to eat. Spoke with front desk day 1 said to wait till 8am to speak with manager. Front desk did start a pot of coffee at 7:45am Day 2 went to breakfast at 8am. Same 2 cereals, no milk, just a little coffee in the coffee pot. Day manager was in he said staff will get us breakfast. Spoke with staff person and she was reluctant to get milk but did start the coffee maker. Was told continental breakfast was cereal and donuts (which only appeared when I asked for them)

The toilet was broken, had to go tell them. Bed had a spring sticking out, had to ask for clean towels, had to forward my email from u all cause they said they didnt have me down or even paid for. I have stayed in these hotels before. This one is awful. The breakfast bar looked like bugs in the cereal. We ate at McDonalds instead. It should b removed from your list of places to stay at. Just wished I would have taken pictures. Front lobby smelled like pot.

The receptionist only spoke when asked a direct question. The room was filthy, including toothpicks on the floor, stained and yellowed pillow cases and towels. Breakfast consisted of stale Fruit Loops and skim milk. The employees stood outside the main door smoking. We had to speak to them to get out the door.

Smelled like cigarette smoke. Roaches and other bugs in room. Holes in wall. No hair dryer. Limited breakfast. Rough, dingy, towels. Toilet paper holder broken. Needs updated badly.

The room was absolutely filthy and needed a good cleaning. On the night stand there was a sticky substance and next to the bed, on the wall, was what looked like mucus. The breakfast was also disappointing and practically non existent with barely any food.

Had to ask for towels room look like it was just wiped down instead of being cleaned. The three day we were there they never cleaned the room and was hard to get help at front desk

The original room we were given 1) The sheets looked dirty 2) The phone didn't work 3) there was only 1 towel and washcloth in the room. Had to ask for more towels. 4) The toilet leaked from under the tank. Stepped in water 5) WiFi didn't work 6) The continental breakfast was supposed to last till 9, but there was no food available when we arrived in the dining area around 8:15, the counters in the dinning area weren't cleaned up.
Had to ask for another room.
The second room was much better. But the toilet paper holder didn't have a roller to put the toilet paper on, and the WiFi didn't work in this room either.

There was only cold coffee available in the "lobby" which stinks. The doors didn't work so had to unload suitcases at another entrance and walk up steps as elevator was sketchy. Tv was very old whereby the power and volume buttons didn't coordinate with remote. Over all pretty bad. Plus had an idiot whistle at me out one of the windows. Looked like a drug hotel

There was absolutely no other place to stay the night before full solar eclipse. I had zero expectations and the place was true to them. There is no internet, there was the only electrical outlet working, all furniture pieces are slightly broken, the place is thoroughly dirty throughout. It smells like weed and cats pee in all places. If you thinking about something illegal this is the place. Don't believe in breakfast it is non- existent. It charges slightly less then my preferred reputable hotel chain, so I guess the owners roll in profit. But eclipse was well worth staying one night in this place. I found one positive thing, the hotel is dog friendly for an extra fee.

Nice location, right off of interstate, Has a Cracker Barrel just across the parking lot with a Dairy Queen within walking distance. Older facility needs some tender loving care. (Which was being done, as we saw repairs being made to the parking lot and painting being accomplished in one of the hallways) Spent two nights with my wife celebrating our fortieth wedding anniversary Complimentary Continental Breakfast was really poor. Only had a twelve cup coffee pot , never saw any thing to eat or munch on, I guess 6:45 am was to late for a 6:00 am - 9:00 am Complimentary Breakfast. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave, T.V. King size bed and the Jacuzzi that we had asked for. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling with one wire loose. ( Guess this was due to the fact that it was a smoking room as we had requested) There was only one ash tray supplied and there was definitely signs of other patrons using lack of care, respect and common sense. Their were cigarette burns along the edges of the furniture, Jacuzzi and lavatory sink counter. The use of the Jacuzzi was not as expected as it was outfitted with only three jets on the left and right sides (Impossible for me to use it for my sore back and neck) there were no jets along the foot or back area. The use of which was not relaxing for me at all.The room was supplied with a small two cup coffee pot (should have brought some grounds, filters and sugar from home) as there was none supplied either day. Visited worse.

Room was serviced but not restocked. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Attendant on duty in evening didn't even speak when he was approached out the towels and toilet paper. He was playing on his phone which seemed to be more important to him. Breakfast bar was a joke. Room needed a lot of attention like the walls needed repainted, proper working lights, etc. Also, I think they overcharged me from what the amount was supposed to be - seems like the taxes were a little high. Ice machine didn't work.

Pulled back sheets..BED BUGS..checked back out
