Stay more safe. This is unit is ground floor with added easy in/out from the lanai (keyed). No need to walk through the hotel hallways / corridors, or use an elevator to a higher floor location. Our unit also features its own dedicated ventilation and AC system and air is NOT circulated/shared with other units and common places.
Current Maui / Honua Kai status: All pools / hot tubs are open at the resort. The beach is open. Dukes Restaurant is open for dine in and take-out and has live entertainment 6:00pm-8:30pm, daily. Whalers store is open 8 hours per day. Aina cafe is open daily until 2 PM. The gym is open: Hours: 6 AM to 6 PM, 8 guests at a time, 60 min limit, first come first serve. Bell / Valet is currently operating to help you move luggage to the unit. Times supermarket across the street is open for groceries, many on island excursions are open with reduced capacity, and many nearby restaurants are open.

ABOUT THIS CONDO. This is a 2230 square foot (plus 1310 sq ft Lanai/Garden) GROUND FLOOR Ocean Front (3) bedroom (3) bathroom condominium in the Honua Kai Resort Konea tower.
This home has been custom furnished by interior designer Natasha Plitt, and is part of the Makai Collection at Honua Kai, a selection of residences showcasing the very best of resort living on Ka’anapali Beach, Maui. It features a prime oceanfront location, has expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, contemporary resort furnishings, and endless Maui sunsets. It provides a unique take on island living not easily found elsewhere on West Maui with a Viking gas BBQ outdoor kitchen, oversized lanai. Inside, the home features a open concept living area complete with a Viking gourmet kitchen, new Subzero fridge, Vitamix blender, a dining area for up to eight (8) guests, two (2) master bedrooms with ensuite, a 3rd bedroom and bathroom, insuite laundry, and Honua Kai's first Savant Home Automation system where you can control everything including the lighting and drapes with a touch of a button. All rooms have their own flat screen TV's with cable. A Blu-Ray DVD is available in the living room. Wireless AC Fast Internet is also included free of charge. This unit features Fiber 300 fast internet at up to 300MB speed. Up to 10x faster than some other Honua Kai units.
Only the Ground Floor units offer tall 11' ceilings, oversized lanai's, and very quick and easy access in and out (from the after market keyed Lanai or condo door) ... no elevators needed. This ground floor ocean front residence has direct access to the pools and the beach and its lanai opens up to lush lawns & walkways with views of the ocean. My unit is conveniently located in the middle of the resort and is not located on the outside end caps of either tower.

Three generations staying in this 3 bedroom large condo that was equipped with everything we needed.
It was lovely being on the ground floor with a large shaded patio with a large dining table and multiple types of patio furniture, a nice BBQ and also a grassy area the kids could play on. It was a very short walk to everything that the Honua Kai Resort has to offer and the bonus was we didn’t have to use any elevators. I would recommend this highly to families who have young kids with lots of energy!

Beautiful property with easy access to beaches, pools, and dukes without having to navigate long halls, while still being convenient to the general store that we visited a lot!
Monty was so attentive and responsive when a neighbor was smoking and it was affecting our unit. I wish I had notified him sooner, but I was being patient. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to have a nice day out on the beach, and so comfortable in the evenings when we were decompressing.
Thank you for hosting our incredible family reunion memories!

WOW! Our trip to Maui started with finding this condo and when you walk in your jaw will drop.So much space and amenities for two adults and five teen/tweens we often forgot they were here with us. Love the wrap around lanai and it's views. The resort is amazing in itself. Find the bonus exit if your heading off property or over to Times supermarket for a bottle of wine (or two).
The beach seems endless. The ocean is perfect temp. and floating with sea turtles all afternoon is priceless.

Stayed here with family and our jaws hit the floor as we walked in! So beautiful and spacious! Tall ceilings and immaculate! We loved the ground floor access. So easy to go to the pool which was steps away and the beach was just beyond the pool. We had come from the Westin Villas, which was nice but very cramped. Monty’s place at the Honua Kai was leaps and bounds above the Westin as far as luxury and space. Monty was extremely accommodating and good to check in with us frequently to make sure all was well. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this condo! You will feel like a millionaire! ;)

We have a wonderful stay. Monty communicated well and addressed any issues promptly. The location on the ground floor is perfect for families. The kids enjoyed hunting for frogs and lizards right outside our door, and getting to the pool directly from the backyard was super convenient. Would highly recommend staying here!

If you want to feel like you live in a beautiful home in a tropical paradise, this is where you want to stay. The condo is fantastic - it’s literally closer to the beach than to the Bell desk. Get anything from the fish market up the street, grab your favorite adult beverage on the way back, and you can grill something that was swimming that morning as you watch an unobstructed view of the sunset from the lanai.
OK, if instead you want to spend your time in Hawaii looking for problems then yes, you might find a scuff in the paint. But you’re going to have to look for the scuffs - this property is very well maintained.
Monty was a great host - checking in to make sure things were going well without being intrusive. Just the right balance.
This condo is a big, comfortable place to enjoy with your family in an idyllic setting. We will be staying here on our next Maui vacation.

The accommodations were as described and the host did an excellent job of providing all the items you'd need to fully enjoy the property (beach chairs and umbrellas, kitchen supplies and utensils, coffee maker, etc.). Additionally, Monty was extremely responsive when we ran into any issues.

We had such a great time staying at this condo and property! Monty was such a responsive and attentive host. Like others have mentioned the location of this unit specifically is top notch. We were able to get the pools and beach with ease. The interior is well appointed and was comfortable for the 6 of us that stayed (family of 5 plus Nana). We will definitely be back!

Beautiful unit with a partial ocean view. We enjoyed our stay and mini getaway for my son’s 4th birthday. When we first checked in we did find a dirty cup under the guest bed due to one of our phones falling in the back of it or we would’ve never found it. Other then that everything was perfect. :)

We had a great stay. The condo was perfect for our family. The property has lots of amenities and the kids loved the pools, gym and location! Right at the beach. The condo check in and out was very easy and the property was very well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was amazing! We had a great 12 day stay. The location of the condo was perfect. You can leave from your private lanai and walk 1 min to the pools. The rooms were so spacious and the bathrooms were beautiful.
My only negative would be that many of the appliances are old/not working. One, the dryer door did not work. You have to use tape for it to close tightly and dry your clothes. Two, I had to PURCHASE a blender to make purees for my baby. There is a vitamix blender in the condo, but it did NOT blend well. It left too many chunks which would be a chocking hazard for my baby. Three, the TVs were not smart TVs. My dad wanted to watch a soccer game while we were there, but he could not use the app to watch it on the tv. He had to watch it on his phone. Four, the freezer door didn't close easily. You had to push it for it to close all the way. Besides the appliances needing to be upgraded, it was a great stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Honua Kai unit! I don't think you can beat the access to the pools, beach, and Dukes. It's, literally, steps from the back patio! This is a very clean, spacious unit that accommodated my family of 5 (kidults/kid: 22, 19, & 16) plus my parents. We hung out mostly on the patio when we were in the unit and made good use of the grill. There are many thoughtful extras: portable cribs, roll away bed, beach chairs, rolling cooler, beach umbrella, etc. It's going to be difficult to find any other unit that compares to this one, and we can't wait to go back!

Everything about this unit was incredible! It made our vacation stay more memorable. Very spacious for our family of seven. Appreciate the wheelchair accessible all the way down to the shower chair for my mother! Everything you need and want is there! Private huge patio, comfortable bed, different dining options, pools, hot tubs, grocery stores, beach, gym, awesome hospitality, immediate response for questions and help. It’s the perfect staycation! We feel blessed and honored to have such a beautiful place while making inspirational family memories! Mahalo

The property location was exceptional but the maintenance and cleanliness could have been so much better. The carpet was very dirty and the kitchen cooking pans looked like they were camping pans used for about 30 years, they were pretty bad but I do have to say the property manager replaced the right away. The patio furniture was pretty dirty and pretty worn out and had bird poo all over them, they were pretty ratty looking and so were the dining table outside was not good. Most cushions were worn out. Location was excellent for this place though and the bedrooms were all pretty nice. They kitchen sink on the rubber seam had molding and coffee pot was pretty dirty. I won’t be staying here in the future. A beautiful place but upkeep has not been happening here.

We were very happy in Ka’anapali. The condo was perfectly clean, beautiful and updated feeling. We loved the location so close to the food trucks, on the beach, a few minutes drive to calm swimming bays.
It felt luxurious at a reasonable price. The 5 of us fit perfectly, my 18 year old son said the couch was very comfortable, the beds were excellent and linens all clean and good quality. We loved being on the garden side and not hearing noise from the pool, but still having a beautiful ocean view if you step onto the lanai.
We could only hear neighbors above us when they moved chairs around, otherwise it was very quiet. The condo was well stocked with beach and kitchen necessities, I would only recommend bringing your own tissues if you use those in your makeup routine as there were none.

Loved our 2 bedroom condo, very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking out at the beautiful landscaping and ocean beyond. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Great place!

Dean’s property is everywhere you expect of Honua Kai. Communication was comprehensive and robust. Late, late checkin for us and no issues with getting what we needed from security. Well stocked space with beach stuff and kitchen had more than what we needed. Great space and great experience.

We enjoyed our time in this condo. Very easy to walk to the pool or the beach. They provide beach chairs in the condo which makes it easy to enjoy the ocean. The beach is very nice. We loved the evening sunsets over looking the water!
The pool area can get crowded so you have to plan ahead for lounge chairs.
The kitchen reasonably well stocked if you want to make your own meals.

It was a beautiful condo with a great view of the ocean. Almost everything you need located right downstairs. Some of us utilized the work out facilities on the grounds and it was clean and well stocked with machines. Short drive to shopping. Just feet from the ocean and a wonderful walking path. The jacuzzi at night was an added plus. I highly recommend this condo and we will be staying here again.

Unit 210 was perfect for our son and his family. The unit had all the amenities needed and communication with the host was spot on. The location at the resort was great as it had an ocean view from the lanai and was a short walk out the door to the beach for great snorkeling. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our family vacation!

The condo at Honua Kai Resort was excellent. We wanted to relax and it was just what the doctor ordered! With a full kitchen and bbq facilities right outside meals were easy and fun with friends, and the pool and the beach made relaxing easy also. Would definitely rent condo B-210 again.
