This was so roomy, secluded, clean and very well stocked. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay! Will definitely stay here again!

This cabin was perfect for our stay It had everything we needed to cook, except a pitcher for water, tea, lemonade, etc. There were plenty of linens for the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom. We did use all the paper towels, TP, and trash bags they supplied, so I'd suggest bringing those to have in case you run out. It is a short distance to the lowest Roaring River campground, and very convenient to get to on Hwy 112. Even though it is on the highway, it's set back enough that we never heard traffic! It is super quiet at the cabin. It has a large deck with two tables and chairs, and a nice grill. This is an authentic cabin, and we really loved everything about it. It is well-appointed, and the decor is perfect. The bed - the BED! Oh my gosh, this is the most comfortable bed you can imagine. Wow - I need this at home! All in all, you can't go wrong with this wonderful cabin. The tv and wifi worked well. We had family staying in their RV in the RR campground, and it was so nice to have plenty of room to seat 8 people for meals.

We wanted a cabin to stay in. And we wanted a cute cabin to stay in including AC. We wanted something close to Roaring River State Park, The Great Passion Play, and the Dogwood Canyon Park. They were all within a 30 minute drive of the cabin

Wonderful stay...extremely cozy...great bed. .great kitchen, etc. Loved the deck...host was very very responsive to a couple of issues and took care of them immediately...we were not too sure about the drive to Eureka Springs...curvy with massive hills, but that is no reflection on the cabin! We would definitely stay again!!!

Very, very nice cabin. Spacious, plenty of furniture to lounge and relax on. The king size bed is very comfortable. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Very easy access to the cabin. We loved it. Will be booking again next year!

This was our first VRBO booking and I was skeptical that it would be as nice as it looked in the pictures. We were delighted to see that the interior was just as beautiful as the pictures showed. The seating was comfortable and there was plenty of it. The WiFi was strong and the Roku on the tv worked perfectly for streaming our favorite shows. The huge deck was perfect for outside cooking, and it protected us from the rain. The cabin was very private since the small cabin that shared the deck was not occupied during our visit. The only improvement we would suggest is to put a clock on the beside nightstand.

We stayed for a long weekend to watch the solar eclipse. The original plan was to travel about 2 hours south of the cabin the day of the eclipse for full effect (totality) however, we were so comfortable at the cabin we just stayed there on the back deck and enjoyed the event in complete solitude. It's nice to get exactly what the ad says....great place to stay

Cabin is very nice and clean. Right on hwy, so some car noise, no real "view". The other cabin is right next to the cabin A. With a shared deck. Blinds are see thru so doesnt leave privacy if others are on the deck.
It was a nice 2 day stay. We prefer something more secluded.
The bed is king size and extremely comfortable!
Take coffee, sugar and salt with you. Nice size fridge and freezer there.

Our trip was fun and enjoyed by all. The propane for the grill was empty but property manager handled it for us quickly. Only con about the trip was that the property was 20 yards from the main highway, which kept us, as parents, on high alert.

My husband and I love to fish at Roaring Rivers State Park. Due to heat we didn’t want to camp. This place was lovely, and clean. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Our stay in the cabin was wonderful! The cabin was very clean and super comfortable. We loved the way the cabin was decorated and felt like we were in a cabin in Colorado. We will definitely be back. It was a great place to get away and relax.
The cabin was very close to Roaring River State Park and we also went to Eureka Springs, Beaver Lake and Table Rock Lake while we were there.
Once again, we will be back as soon as we can to stay there again.

We spent a few days at Roaring River state park and stayed here. We were specifically looking for a place that would accommodate our dogs for a reasonable rate. This cabin surpassed our expectations on sooooo many levels! Very very close to the park and beautiful. It was tucked away and very private with a large yard. It was also close to Cassville and Eagle Rock if we needed to run into town for supplies. The cabin was beautifully decorated and very clean. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We will def make this top of our list when visiting.

Nice Cabin with large deck, fire pit area and additional cabin that connects to the back deck for additional family members. We have 4 adults, 3 teenagers, 2 children and two dogs. Loved the large kitchen and open floor plan. Nice front porch and large covered parking area (with Lights, electric and water spicket that might be able to place tents for additional guests if property allows it. Pets will need to be leashed when outside because there is no fenced in area for them to roam.

Cabin was very clean. The decor made us feel like we were in Colorado or Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Close to Roaring River State Park and several lakes. Very relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back.
