LUXURY ALL-INCLUSIVE PLAN: Privileged use of all restaurants, beverages (Wine, Beer, Spirts, Cocktails, Juices, and Soft Drinks) from all bars on the property. PLEASE NOTE THE INCLUSIVE RATE FOR ADULTS IS US$130.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT AND CHILDREN AGES 3-11 IS US$60.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. THIS WILL BE CHARGED AT CHECK-IN FOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE LISTED ON THE CONFIRMATION. THE ALL-INCLUSIVE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND MANDATORY FOR ALL GUESTS.

RESORT FEE: ADULT GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A RESORT FEE OF US$18.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT (CHILDREN AGES 3-11 US$9.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT). THIS WILL BE CHARGED AT CHECK-IN FOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE LISTED ON THE CONFIRMATION. RESORT FEES ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL GUESTS.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time for all accommodations is 3 PM. If you are required to meet with customer service prior to check-in, you must do so no later than 5 PM on the day of arrival. Should you arrive to the resort after 5 PM, you will only be able to check-in by paying the current walk-in rate for the first night and will be issued non-VIP bands. In order to check in under your VIP reservation you must meet with customer service no later than 11 AM the following day. All arrivals after 12 AM midnight due to scheduled flights will pay only 50% of the all-inclusive for the first night. Any arrivals prior to midnight pay the full all-inclusive rate as normal. Check-in will not be permitted if the lead passenger is not present. Photo identification of each traveler is required in order to check-in.

CHECK-OUT: The check-out time at Presidential Suites by Lifestyle is 11:30 AM, all bands and room keys must be returned to reception at that time in exchange for a check out ticket which allows use of the resort facilities until 3 pm. Requests for late check-out in the room must be made directly to hotel reception and are based upon availability. For those to wish to stay on resort premises after 3:00 pm, this can be done until 6pm for an additional cost per person per hour, payable to hotel reception.

ALTERATION POLICY: Any changes to a reservation within 48 hours prior to arrival will have a penalty of $75.00, and it must be paid at the Customer service office before checking in.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY: Confirmed reservations may be canceled up to (30) thirty days prior to arrival and will receive a full-service fee accreditation valid for 2 years. Any cancellation with less than (30) thirty days prior to arrival or no show, will result in the service fee being forfeited in its entirety.
