This is a beach front property in Lighthouse Cove with a great view. You will enjoy the open concept kitchen that is complete with all the essentials. The condo has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from fishing on the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah's Ark waterpark is less than a 10-minute walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay
overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole
responsibility of Guest.
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to
6 persons. Person on reservation must be 21 years old or be preapproved by host.
• Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in
which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for
residents.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep
noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the
whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool
areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in
pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are
reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim
diapers are required for the little ones.
• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-
property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.
No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas.
Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over
the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any
accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its
facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss
of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this
reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to
the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from
their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in
the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one
by the grills.
• Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while
on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
• Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only
use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that
may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may
not be kept in #32 overnight.

My husband, two-year-old, and I had a quick getaway to WI Dells to meet family in the area later the same weekend…we wished we could have stayed longer! Great condo with all the perfect amenities for our family to relax and enjoy time away from home. Pool and beach are perfect for both adults and kiddos!

Absolutely amazing stay, the only nit picky thing I have is absolutely no fault of the host, but I was finding items from the previous guest(s) everywhere. There was a tooth flossing stick on the bathroom floor in the master, a tissue behind the toilet in the guest bathroom, a plastic bag crumpled up under the bed, etc. it wasn’t a huge deal and obviously the place had been vacuumed so I wasn’t too concerned. Besides that we had the best stay and would 1000 percent do it again.

Stayed with my teenage daughter, niece and nephew for a short spring break getaway. Great place close to downtown Dells. Kids had fun in the pool while I got a few work items done. Nice place, easy parking, simple directions on how to check in and out. Had a great time. :)

We enjoyed our time in the Dells last weekend! Chris was kind and prompt in his communication with us. He allowed us to check-in an hour early which was great. A few notes for families looking at this as a potential option --
a. The bunkbed setup is not really ideal for littles. We have a 10 YO, 8YO and 2 5 YOs. Thought the bunkbed room would be perfect. Turns out the gap between bed and wall was huge -- so big that my 5 YOs couldn't sleep in the bunks for fear they'd get caught between the bunk and wall. I'd suggest bringing bumpers to prevent this! Also, they are loud! Sleepers who move a lot will possibly wake other sleepers when in the same room. We thought this room was a major selling point, but it created a number of problems for us, unfortunately.
*Also, no extra blankets or pillows provided. Bring extra!
b. Size-wise, the pool was great -- but maintenance-wise, it didn't seem super well-kept (floors super dirty with hair and dirt). Not a dealbreaker, but not ideal.
c. Not an issue in the summer, but ... all four of my kids slipped and fell on the steps walking into the condo. Dripping water caused an ice build-up on the steps. No salt present. Not a dealbreaker, but not ideal.
The master bed and bath was beautiful, comfortable, and wonderful for all. The living space and kitchen are exactly as pictured. Perfect for our family of 6!

Condo was very clean and spacious. View from living room and balconies was beautiful overlooking lake. We stayed in the winter so did not get to use the beach, but looked great and right under the condo.
The main suite bath was huge with what looked like a 4 person shower.
Kitchen utensils were a bit sparse, and no spices, salt, pepper, etc. If you plan on cooking meals here be sure to bring your own.
One request would be to have additional blankets for stays during the winter but otherwise a very nice and comfortable stay!
We used the indoor pool which was very close and easy to get to. Pool was big enough for kids to play for a while.

This was a great place to stay for our NYE weekend to the Dells for skiing (Cascade) and more fun. The place looks just like the pictures. Check in and out was a breeze and we had very good communication from the owner leading up to our stay.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. This was the second year that we stayed at this property during my daughter's cheer competition weekend. The unit was very clean and comfortable and the owner reached out several times prior to our arrival and during. He was very informative and responsive if needed. I hope we can find the time to travel in warmer months to see all that area has to offer. It is located near all of the major attractions and the local restaurants are amazing. Everything was just about a 4-6 minute drive. Even my older teenage kids loved our stay and are hoping we can go back again next year. Thanks Chris for making our stay amazing again!

Property was a little hard to find in the dark, but Property was clean and pretty well stocked. Tried to figure out how to turn on the fireplace was never able to... but did not take away from the place. The view of lake was gorgeous.

This property was fantastic. Our two kids (5 and 7) loved the beach and swimming to the platform, but also loved having the option to go to either the indoor or outdoor pool. The condo was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was close by and the recommendations provided by the host were helpful. We rented a boat one day and had the best time.

Checking in was so easy! My husband and I and our 3 boys (6,9,11) loved the home. The location was perfect to so many area attractions. The property has a really nice pool and hot tub indoors and outdoors which allowed for late night swims and something to do on our rainy day. The view and the beach area were just perfect for a beach day. I would 10/10 recommend this property to anyone.
Christopher was great to communicate with and provide quick responses and a wonder list of suggestions of things to check out.

Everything was as advertised! We had everything that we could have needed. We have 4 boys ranging from 9 down to 2 years old and they had a blast! Great location too! Very close to all the attractions but off the main roads and away from the hustle and bustle. It is right on Lake Delton with a great little private beach. The reservation process and check in process was super simple and Chris was great to work with. Highly recommend!!

If you are handicap accessible this unit is not for you. You need to make sure the listing says there are stairs and lots of them to take to get to unit with suitcases and cooler and NO elevator or easy way to get the items to the unit.
Otherwise the place was very clean, beds were good, and big couch was nice for family to hang out on.
