The good and the bad….
Best part of the property was the screened porch on the water. Felt like we were sitting on the dock while in our rental. We also enjoyed that the property was close to Main Street and was off the beaten path. The bed was comfortable and the unit was very sound proof. Yet, the unit was very old and in desperate need of renovation. The over head light in the kitchen did not work. The air conditioning unit was caked with dust as was the fan on the screened porch. The only sitting in the unit was location on the porch. It had seen better days and needed to be replaced. There was an old coffee pot but, we would have enjoyed a Keurig. This was the first Vrbo that we stayed in that didn’t come equipped with a Keurig. We came prepared with our Keurig cups and would have loved to have coffee on the porch in the mornings but, couldn’t do so. We were also surprised that no hand soap was provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but, we would not choose at this property again.

Need to write where kitchen light switch is. Kept trying to turn on lights but it was located behind microwave. Once that one was found then we also noticed there is an outside light also hidden. Superintendent informed us this was common with older residencies but people visiting wouldn't expect switches to be hidden away from kitchen or porch.

We enjoyed waking every day to the water at our doorstep. The sunroom was a great place to sit. The place is a bit worn and could use some care, but it was clean and comfortable.

Such a great island to visit. The Bay view was perfect. Got to see the sunset on our first night. Easy trip onto the Island for dinner at Rope Walk and Bills Steak & Seafood. Both were excellent. The bed was not very comfortable and the AC was not the greatest. Overall a great place to stay for a long weekend.

Property was clean, all advertised amenities were provided, quiet area (off season). Only negatives was the constant humming coming from the attached utility room that shared a wall with the bedroom. Humming was loud enough to wake us up at night. Also, that same side of the building is starting to settle and slopes down 1+ inch.

A lovely small condo for two, with an excellent view of the waterfront. A hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and small fridge, as well as all the pots, pans, and dishes you need, are provided. The table is out on the patio, so perhaps not ideal for especially warm or cold days, but we found it a lovely way to share a meal or play a game in the evening. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the provided book of information on the local stores, restaurants, and attractions was very useful. We'll be looking to rent from these folks again in the future, to be sure!
