Le cadre de l’hôtel est magnifique

I never requested a quiet room, I never made a special request for anything. We did not eat breakfast, but we did eat dinner and that was OK. The location is awesome, you can just go right off of the cliff and snorkel.
I really loved everything about the place except the no air-conditioning. During our stay it was very very humid so it did make for an uncomfortable nights sleep. If it was a little bit less humid and a little bit more of a breeze, I’m sure it would’ve been perfect but this particular evening Was like a steam bath in the room.

Everything from check-in to the comfort of the room. All was fantastic, room is very clean staff are friendly and kind the bed is so comfortable omg not to mention the nice hot water in the shower everything was great,I had extend my stay to an extra night.I don't even know what the face sign mean but everything was excellent hope I have mark the correct one.
I forget to go get food to eat Saturday night bcuz I fell asleep the bed was too comfortable to get out.

The property is very nice and clean. However. The wifi. Was trouble. In and out alday. Also, we paid extra for the T.V. and had the same issue. The cable was up but mostly down. The restaurant food was amazing. We tried several items on the menu, and each was awesome.
Not having the wifi as well as not being able to watch t.v. due to the cable being out or and down.

The quietness.
Not having study wifi.

The restaurant had amazing food for breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the quiet environment. The view from our cottage of the cliffs and water were phenomenal. You can walk into the caves and explore the cliffs.

Having a place to sleep, rest and move about from was good. I refuse the first room based on its conditions and was offered a better room that was actually nice to stay in.
It is advertised as a beachfront but it is not. It is a water front from cliffs for those who want to go deep sea diving. It does not provide a beach.
Room was hot, I had to ask for an Ac remote on the last night as it’s not automatically given to you. Restaurant opens after 8 for breakfast or coffee. The room has no microwave, but has a mini fridge.

I loved the cave down to the sea... and the pool was relaxing. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
I didn't like the cliff side room I originally paid for. It was bare minimum on amenities... not even a mini fridge or rags in the bathroom. It didn't even have a view of the sea from where we were... there was also minimal space for parking.

The curtains in the cottage were too thin. It's possible that passersby could see inside the cottage.

the location is perfect. The staff so welcoming and friendly. The food is above average and great value compared to other nearby resorts. There’s a nice laid back and peaceful vibe all throughout. And the wifi is strong throughout the entire property which is was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed walking throughout the property as there are many fruit trees that you can help yourself to or like I did, have one of the grounds keepers help get mangos, neesberries, sweetsop, plums, and even breadfruit! OMG the cliffs! Hands down, best view, best cliff diving spot, best caves, best access to beautiful coral & colourful fish. Better than Ricks cafe which was only a 25 mins fun walk with lots of places you stop and either take in the scenery or grab a drink or even a little shopping.
hmmm that’s a head scratcher… I’ll get back to you on this one. I truly loved it all!

The cliffs were cool but that’s all it really had going for it.
the rooms were absolutely roast infested and when I brought it up to staff they didn’t even respond. my first night/day staying there I had no water for over 18 hours. I couldn’t flush my toilet, take a shower, brush my teeth or anything that required water during that time. When I asked to get switched into a room with running water they told me I could either wait or pay to upgrade to a room that had water. Staff was incredibly rude and seemed pissed off to have to serve you at the restaurant as well. Also there’s absolutely nothing within walking distance and the only way to get drinkable water is to pay for a cab to town or pay the hotel to get bottled water. No free drinkable water is provided.

Good location on the cliffs.
Wait staff were friendly and helpful.
Room did have a ceiling fan.
Reception staff were not friendly, no greeting. Deposit for room key in cash (US$20.00) required. Hand written details of credit card for house charges taken, then kept in an accordion file on the desk, where anyone could access it. (no Data protection in place). I was in room 10, no fridge (pay extra to rent one) no A/C. NO WATER for 2 nights.
Big step down onto a smooth tiled "shower" bath area, no safety bar or handrail. My bathroom came with a live train of termites.

Location was beautiful, perfect swimming location
Showerhead had very poor water pressure in my room but not in my friends' room. Restaurant had limited vegetarian options and restaurant menu did not match what was advertised on the website.

The Ocean view
There was a speaker literally 20 feet from our bed that was blaring music until 2am. We paid for the honey moon sweet and it was literally a nightmare trying to fall asleep.

The setting is fantastic. It is great to be able to snorkel directly from the hotel. Stunning sunset spot. Lovely waking up in the morning and being able to look at the sea from my bedroom door.
The room was very tired. There is a fine line between rustic and tired. The curtains should be changed, the bed cover is dated, the furniture is dated and the bathroom needs a major upgrade. I know I am paying for the view (my cottage has a sea view) but when one pays over $200 per night one does expect a little more. The breakfast is not great and if you order a cup of tea for breakfast I would think that a re-fill would be possible without having to pay and extra $5 for a second cup of tea.

view, restaurant, coves below and snorkeling.
street light shining through front door window, no comfortable lounge, no water kettle or way to cook in our two bungalows.

I liked one of the cleaners and there was 2 girls in the day that work there they was really nice that's it
I did not like how things look the same from 10 years ago I did not like the woman call Donna as her customer service was not good at all the pool was dirty all the time had to ask for it to be cleaned they only had one iron for the hotel would never go back
3.8
the restaurant and drinks was nice and lovely bar staff
The atmosphere from the hotel staff was off sometimes , but especially from DONNA , she acted as if I done her something in past life when I don’t know her from no where , her customer service was terrible. I would like to commend the two young lady workers as they was always so helpful and greeted me in a lovely manner , I never had tv services for the first 7 days due to them not paying there tv bill and kept using a excuse of it being down but when the tv turnt on it said it needed to be paid , also internet was down for a few days and if I didn’t go and ask they wouldn’t of told me , I believe I am owed compensation for both those as it was TOLD it would be included in my stay that I paid for , the pool was always dirty and had to ask for it to be cleaned but anytime I did it was done quickly and efficiently the pool cleaner was very nice and respectful, some stuff in the hotel just need updating and also to have a iron and ironing board for each room would maybe help instead of 1 iron for how many customers , also some tvs was smart some tv was not which was very frustrating.
